Am Onajite.. An Agric student from the University of Benin, and am currently having my two months out station training in Songhai, Amukpe, Delta State.

Songhai is a non-academic area where livestocks are reared and cash crops are grown for the purpose of making money. The place is so nice, the walls are made with bricks, all the roads are tarred, the environment is so neat, saw an ostrich live for the first time here.

Since we came to the place, there have been constant light, I mean the light is sharp, without spot or rinkle, just that the network here is not really good.

This is my 4th day here and am kind of enjoying my stay, though we are working our asses out, but u he place is cool

Or do you feel every person is to themselves when it comes to this matter?..

On how you can easily recognise toxic people, if you don’t already know that getting rid of toxic people adds happiness to your own life, am telling you now.

You may have a lot of them in your life without even knowing they are becoming or are already toxic. Toxic people are those that are capable of or causing great harm to individuals internally.

I believe we all want to have smooth lives, we all want people that will push us to greater heights, and not those who will play with our emotions.

So you’ll always come across them, as long as you’re human, they will always be around. So it’s your duty to notice them with these features or characteristics below and not to allow them remain around.

They Manipulate a lot

Emotionally, mentally, physically, they will try to force you into doing things that favours their living.

Being in a relationship with someone who is manipulative will never help you. It’s never mutual. They keep taking from you and never give you in return.

This is one way on how you can easily recognise toxic people and prevent them from coming closer to you.

They never apologize

They will never apologize because they always feel they are on the right side, and you on the other side.

Even if the issues is clear and fingers are pointing at them, they will never accept the fact they they’re wrong.

They do things themselves

They’ll never ask for your opinion or what you think about what they want to do.

They make decisions first before talking about it with anyone. They don’t take counsell from nobody. In other words they are self centered.

A Lovely day to you all.. So today will be talking about what your spouse wants from you every morning before leaving the house. Will be talking from both ends (husband & wife). Most times when your alarm goes off, the first thing that comes to mind is how to prepare the kids for school, what they’re going to take (breakfast) that morning, washing the car for work, getting so cut up with activities, that you forget about everything about your next partner.Sure, you think about your partner. SAY GOOD MORNING & GOODBYE.
Sounds really small, but has a great impact. It’s something common that you tell everyone at work or when you’re about leaving work.

Your Spouse shouldn’t be left out.

Not saying good morning will make them feel isolated kind of, and later you may wonder why they aren’t telling you stuffs anymore. you started it.

And saying goodbye drops something, whether you’re fighting or not, it just acknowledges the person. Jumping out the door without saying a word feel abandoning to some people. Don’t let it be your partner.

GIVE A SOFT KISS BEFORE LEAVING.
Your partner won’t ask for a kiss, but they need it 100%. Kissing is a simple kind of way to bond with your partner, and it’s best when its done in the morning, with a warm hug.

A 3sec. soft kiss will take them for the day till you return, and you’re good for that day. Plus it kind of appreciate them for being part of you.

LOOK AT EACH OTHER.
When you first started dating, you couldn’t get over each other, and probably spent time looking at each other’s eyes.

There’s nothing as genuine as keeping up with first love (continuing with what brought the two of you together) in marriage. So it is very important to recreate the experience of falling in love.

It gives this “I’ve got you and you’ve got me” feeling. And even if it ends up with some giggles, it’s an important way to start the day.

But there’s something some of us do, while others don’t before leaving for any meeting, class or work place. So am going to be starting the day the way it should be for every normal human so as to avoid being disgraced outside.

Immediately after waking up, a lot of persons take water, which is very good because I heard somehow that it helps flush your system, though I don’t do this often. Cause I can always get water anywhere to drink, and there’s no way not drinking water immediately after waking up will disgrace you outside. Then you get your plans for the day written or you get conscious of them. For me most times, i don’t write them down, I just know what am doing for that day and try as much as possible to meet each and every one of them.

Then you get to brush your mouth, so as to prevent killing someone with bad breath when you talk outside. This, when not done is actually a disgrace, but this isn’t where am driving to. After brushing, you take your bath to keep your fresh look. Some people don’t do this during winter, which is very understandable. Then you cream up and wear your clothes for the day after applying perfumes to smell good. But you missed something.

You didn’t use the toilet. Yes this is it. This bro right here can disgrace hell out of you. Make sure to always use your toilet before leaving your house, even if you don’t feel like using it.. Force yourself, just make sure something comes out before you leave. Sometimes I miss drinking of water, even planning because of early lectures. But I never miss my toilet. Getting the feeling of using the toilet when you’re already away from the house is something that isn’t cool.

It will ruin some plans for that day. It makes you so uncomfortable, you’ll give everyone fake smiles because all you’re thinking of is how to drop some weights off you. So if you want to have a wonderful day without having second thoughts, make sure you’re friends with your toilet before leaving your house. There may be a part 2.
