Most people who go far on the show comes out having some haters. It’s a competition, people pick sides and some fans hate a housemate for just competing against their faves. So winner or not, the fans/haters ratio is almost 50:50.

Atiku is not half the leader Tinubu is. No president who takes instruction from the public can make meaningful progress in this country.

We saw how Atiku withdrew his condemnation on murderers because of public outcry.

We saw how he supported the Buhari policy of naira redesign even though people were dying from it, all because he thought it would help him win elections.

We saw him violate the unwritten North/south agreement to contest for the presidency immediately after eight years of Northern rule.

Atiku doesn’t love Nigerians. He loves only himself and power. Atiku’s name translated to the Yoruba language is literally ‘we have dyed’. That will be the fate of so many Nigerians if he becomes president.

Not ministerial position but slot. Some past president have picked ministers based on governors recommendation. Like Tinubu had the vice president slot in 2015 and nominated Osibanjo.

There are a lot of ‘not so smart’ people in Nigeria. People who would rather get information on the new tax regime from street vendors than from the person who put the whole thing together.

Currently if you earn #100,000 a month and pay %15 in taxes, you pay #15,000 taxes. With the new regime, the first #66,000 is untaxed. You pay 15% on #34,000.
Which means anyone earning #66,000 and below is totally exempted from paying tax. Majority of people currently paying tax will see a reduction in what they pay.

This man has been going from one station to the other telling you the fact about the tax regime but you will rather watch sabinus with your time and get tax info from the pepper seller down the street.

Even today, there are lots of women who get cheated on and stay. For most of the women who left, cheating was the last straw. There were already fundamental issues with the marriage.

A lot of women still continue to see marriage as the ultimate. In today’s world where most men aren’t interested in getting married or even committing to a relationship, most women understand the difficulty of replacing a husband.

So holding on to a man who chose you when other men only considered you for sex isn’t old fashioned. Leave him to go be with men who aren’t looking for anything serious? Or the ones who lie they want you but changed tone after sleeping with you twice?

Most women just cheat back low-key. A lot of women need consistency, they always want someone to hold on to for something long term. Most of the ones who divorce end up begging for the same consistency from a man who wouldn’t even date them less alone marry them.

In today’s generation, almost every man is looking for a woman who makes her own money. It’s women who continue to insist on being provided for.

Men are big pushers of equality. Feminists are pushers of female superiority.

Technically she didn’t date a married man. She married one. Being a side chick to a married man is different from a married man seeing a woman and telling her straight up - I want you to be my third wife.

Also, people grow up. Our perception of reality changes as we grow and we have to adapt to survive. It would be nice If everyone’s childhood dreams came true, but we do not live in an ideal world.

To execute something religiously is not the same as religion motivated killing.

Are the likes of RMD, Otedola and Elumelu not physically attractive? There are several attributes that can make a person look more physically appealing and there are attributes that can make someone lose their physical appeal as well.

Eloquence, wealth, kindness, talent etc can make someone look better than they are. Rudeness, promiscuity, violence, poverty can make someone look ugly. Tonto Dike may look physically appealing, but how many men want to marry her?

The last picture was from a protest organized by CAN against the Buhari’s government for the insecurity in Nigeria in 2020. This wasn’t even just a protest, it was a prayer walk.

Adeboye supported GEJ both in 2011 and 2015. He said he was under CAN’s authority and he stands by the decision of the body to support GEJ.

I think subconsciously a lot of people in this generation don’t want to get married. We may consciously want it but the subconscious will always override the conscious.

You see people praying to God for a partner, they get one and five months later, one petty argument is all it takes to make them stop talking. Then they find someone else, three months later, ghosted again.

The ones who get married, get divorced in less than three years because they miss the times when they were single. Men and women will continue to blame the dating pool until we choose to do what is in alignment with our subconscious or change it.

What if the man was raped? What if his sperm was stolen? What if he wasn’t informed about the child - say she pinned the pregnancy on another man until her secret was exposed? What if the child was a product of manipulation and lies?

I think the law and lawmakers assume that women are incapable of evil. It’s time we start sending red pillers to the senate and house. Nobody is fighting for the rights of men in the world.
