Restructuring has to do with the corporate management term for the act of reorganizing the legal, ownership, operational, or other structures of a company for the purpose of making it more profitable, or better organized for its present needs.




With the recent ongoing cry for the restructuring of Nigeria, here are top ten things that would happen if Nigeria is restructured.

1. No More Federal Allocation: The normal trend of states waiting to receive allocation/ "oil money" from the federal treasury will become a thing of the past.

2. States Will Control Their Resources: The various states in Nigeria, will be in full control of their resources. Take for instance, Enugu; the coal producing state will be in full control of how coal is mined, transported and exported without the interference of the federal government. The federal government will play it's role by ensuring the coal mining follows due procedure.

3. Less Power in Abuja: Currently, Nigeria runs a very a expensive government because of the centralized power in Abuja. If Nigeria is restructured, power no longer rests solely in Abuja, but is shared equally among states. This implies that states can have their own separate laws guiding them.

4. State Policing Will be Made Possible: Imagine a Nigeria with a police force bearing the name "KAPD" standing as Kano State Police Department. The various states in Nigeria will be able to be in full control of their military; with Abuja overseeing them all.

5. Government Workers will be more serious: Restructuring this country, is sure to make civil servants serious in carrying out their responsibilities as there would be competition among states to have the best output.

6. Unemployment Reduction: Restructuring Nigeria will reduce the rate of unemployment; because the 36 states with mineral resources will begin to explore and harness their resources leading to a new era of utilization of these human and mineral resources.

7. Increase in Healthy Competition: Nigerian states without good healthcare, schools and public infrastructure will begin to work hard to provide such, so that they can be seen as good among their counterparts. For instance, if a state is not doing well in providing quality education; and sees people leaving the state for other states that state can decide to work hard to improve the education infrastructure to see that it competes with states with the best education.

8. Less dependence on Oil: Due to the fact, that states now control their resources, crude oil will no longer be the main source of revenue for the country; leading to the increase in diversity in revenue generation. Some states could go into manufacturing, some into real large scale Textile making, some into full time agriculture.

9. General Development: The country will generally develop. Each state will be responsible for the improving a key sector of the economy leading to massive development.


10. Nigerian crude oil could lose value: With the dwindling price of oil, and the growing concern about carbon poisoning caused by crude oil, the world is moving toward a green environment. Hence, revenue generated by oil in the south south of Nigeria will make little or no sense in the international markets in the nearest future. By 2020, many countries in Europe will begin the use of electric vehicles.

Next I would also like to advice you to do away with supposed teachings of scriptures that are prosperity based, prosperity preachers are making a mess of themselves by monitizing the gospel...True christians are aware that God owns everything and as he's children are worth more than the entire universe and as such clamouring for earthly riches is infact not thinking big rather its a myopic thinking. As a christian I'm aware that the earth as a result of sin is cursed and so all the evils present in the world are a result of it ...even as a christian I am affected by this curse, I sweat, I fall sick, I cry, I'll die but I am fully aware that the present realities would one day face out and exist no more. I know life is for a purpose and I strive to live a purposeful life, aim high, achieve much and so on but in the midst of all these I know it doesn't end here for me, so no matter what the outcome of my earthly struggles are I know it is inconsequential to my final destination and state of being which means I'll have no 'Net Losses' but an inevitable 'Net Gain.'

I was a choir master and a Sunday school teacher at a point. All along I have always noticed that some if not all of the teaching and preaching from our preachers doesn't connect. Through life experiences, I have come to realize that almost everything I was tough about prayers and Good answering prayers was not true. I have realized that whatever I have asked from God never come from unseen God but from me or from my fellow human being. Anything I can't do for myself no unseen God has ever done for me. No matter how I pray or go to church, all decisions, all actions, plans are all on me. I don't need to ask for permission from any unseen God for me to prosper or be successful in life
That is why, believers and unbelievers succeed or fail alike. Both get sick and iether die or recover alike. I believe that in life, once you apply the basic principles that guied anything you do, you will succeed with or without any God. It has work for me and I believe it has been working for so many people who do not even know what Bible is. So that means all the believes that There is God who we must ask permission to guide us and provide for us are false. If there is God how come poeple who don't care about him do even better in life endeavors than believers? How come Saudi Arabia, Dubai and other countries like China, who do not care about Bible and God are doing far more better than Nigeria where Christian abound? But if you Insist that God exit, then answer these.
1. if there is God who created heaven and Earth, where was God before the creation?
2. If there is God who is omnipotent and omniscience how come God created Eve even when he knows quite well that Eve would eat the fruit?

So recently she was mad at me, giving me attitude - you know when girls start getting mad at you for no reason, you just let them be. She asked I drive her to somewhere to do some registration, which I obliged. We were still fighting then, but I had to do it as she had a pain on her leg, and so couldnt walk properly. Fastforward...So he calls her while we re driving, talking on the phone where I then hear her telling the guy that "I m annoying and I wouldnt apologize for what I did wrong" and all those other stuff in my car. I also heard them deciding whether to see later that evening or not. I kept minding my business and decided to turn up the volume of my music which then seemed to disturb her call. She then turns it low and then an argument ensued where she abruptly left the car where I was stopped at an intersection. On the way home, I got a call from a girl, and pretended we were talking and also deciding to see. She then kept asking me who I am going to see. It was at that point I got mad at her behaviour.. cos you cannot play judge and jury on me.... Well, I sternly still warned her not to try such disrespect with me... We argued, were quiet for the rest of the trip, dropped her home and broke up there and then... She probably didnt expect it till I asked for one important item I left in her place, she then texts me to pack her stuff in my place while she does same,..... I m like naaahhh.. forget everything and come arrange her own stuff whenever she ready

I closely follow another thread regarding dreams, but found myself contributing mostly regarding the topic of the end times.
So I decided to start a new thread on the subject.
For months back in 2016, I was consistently having dreams of the end times. I occasionally still have dreams like that now.
I saw scenes similar to World War II. I saw the spirit of Hitler, the 3rd reich. I saw tanks, helicopters, armies, soldiers, etc.

I live in the state of California, USA. I see firsthand the formation of the NWO in this country. What happens in America will replicate throughout the world. It won't be long before the principalities ruling over America will converge with the principalities in Nigeria and Africa at large. Africa is the last frontier for the NWO. For decades America has been installing puppet presidents on the continent. Buhari was placed into power by none other than the Obama administration (google David Axelrod). Buhari, like most African leaders, is serving the interest of western powers to rapidly destabilize Africa, so the powers of the NWO can "save" it. Trump is doing the same in America.

I can get quiet long-winded so I'll get to the point. The saints need to start spiritually preparing for a world-wide tribulation. There will be no pre-tribulation rapture as commonly taught in many of these churches. Just read Matt 24:29-31. The church has mostly been compromised, many have false prophets, teachers and occultists/free masons as their leaders. Any church that is a MEGA church, RUN. Any church that doesn't preach against homosexuality (which is big here in America), vanity, love of money, fornication, bribe, sexual sin, etc RUN. Any church that preaches only breakthrough, miracles, signs and wonders, healings, deliverance, prosperity, self-help, self-love, RUN. If they're not preaching to strive DAILY to renounce this world, and forsake our flesh to pursue God's holiness, sanctification, perfection, consecration and meditation, dedication to prayer in God's Word to purge our garments of filth so He can make it white, RUN.

Don't listen to anyone preaching pre-tribulation rapture, this is a false teaching to lull the church into a false sense of security before the antichrist is unveiled. The only thing that would save us from the tribulation is if our garments are found without spot, blemish or wrinkle. We don't HAVE to go through the tribulation if God has already made a way out (Luke 21:36). Read the whole chapter to get the proper context. Most so-called believers will endure the tribulation. If we're not in the process of making our garment white now, it'll be made white through fire and testing (tribulation). A remnant will make it into the wilderness and spared the hour of temptation that will befall the earth (Rev 3:10). There is another remnant that will be the warrior bride of Christ. These are the 144K, a literal (Rev 7) and symbolic body of SEALED believers (Eph 4:30) who are found the most worthy to preach the gospel, exhort and encourage the saints. They will be empowered with awesome miracles, signs and wonders to build the faith of the believers (and convert non-believers) during the tribulation.

I was born and raised in a Christian way for the past 33 years of my life. Thing that I say about God are all personal experiences that have made me to conclude that there is no God in heaven. If anything, I believe we human beings are our own gods. Regardless of how you pray and fast, every single thing that you have ever asked for from your unseen God has always been given to you either by yourself or someone else around you. You will tell me that it was the unseen God who made it happen and i will ask you how come the unseen God also make things goods happen to people who do not even acknowledge him?. All the good things that you see around the whole world are created and still being created by human beings like you with the exception of natural things like water, planets and others. You will tell me that it was God who made the natural things. But how come nothing else new has been made by him?.
I think one of the reasons Africa is not doing well is because of the way we have misused religion. We have been taught again and again that everything comes from the unseen God. That we can not do anything except for him. That we do not have power of our own to do anything. All these teaching and believes has made many of us to ignore and abandon our human strength and wisdom. We have depended wholly on unseen God to answer our prayers instead of us to take initiative and plan for yourself. Even when we achieve any little thing, we would give the glory to the unseen God instead of acknowledging that we are the power behind our success. How can we teach our children how to be successful in life when we don't even know that we have what it takes to make our success come through? Religion has ruined us all.
