Well in my opinion, No election can be seen as entirely free and fair. Every election is relative but considerin the way/manner in wish the June 12 election was conducted, its easy to say its the best we'v had by far, and would continue to be a standard in which subsequent elections will be measured,

Serve them right. You dont get away with everyfin but at least they had the chance to say their last prayer. Many of us wouldnt.

Surely, not all girls like the ideas of collecting money off their boyfriends and though some girls see it as a right, its true that some girls don't bother to ask. As far as the boy is loving, money's not an issue even though they're broke. Though some guys may struggle to meet the demands of their girlfriends, they see giving their girlfriend money as a duty and feel uncomfortable when they sense their girlfriend is lacking essentially cz of little/no cash and is unwilling to accept money from them. This obviously does not happen often but I personally do not believe one's girlfriend should be made to ask before we sort them out. Though such attitude _{(not asking for money)} may come across as pride, this is not alwayz the case and what the guy does is to pay some money into her account without her knowledge when he think the girl's on a red,

My question is this. How much on average (per week) should be just enough to ensure that ones' gfrd is essentially ok considering the need to look good, transportation, rechargecards and the rest,

It may help to list the essentials girls spend money on.

love in the university is the ficklest thing i've ever seen. u're probably infatuated, in lust, whatever. you'll forget the guy soon enough. find someone around. ogb's right - long distance is going to hurt your studies, plus it's for the emotionally strong because of the many issues involved.

break it up nicely. rite now your relationships should ease the stress of school not exacerbate it, and provide tons of memories for afterwards. i don't think u get fun memories from long bus rides.

The stress of the trip was horrendous. from my school in Ogbomosho to hers in Benin

From School
Ogbomosho to Oshogbo (The type bus was usually filled with market women, farmers)
Oshogbo to Ore ( Rickety cars and full of illiterates, they don't even sell gala on the route. Akara was the only snacks)
Ore to Benin (I was almost kidnapped on this route, only to be rescued by Mobile police, i would have been history now!!)

Only for me to go visiting sometimes in may 2000 and met her in an uncompromising way with her male "friend". She had no remorse what happened and made me feel worthless. I was actually a broke ass, who was in love then,


As God would have it, SIX years later. Level had changed. I was in Benin to work on a project , I had an official car( which was a jeep), with a driver and mobile police attached to me. I was just talking to someone when her name was mentioned.
I just told the person to get her details for me, and eventually i got her number, ,.,., What did i do? oh la la la. Made her the mumu. Did not feel bad about it anyway

~ I have refused to go with my family on a holiday because i didnt want to miss him

~ I have trekked for 3hrs once, because i didnt hav money for transport and i wanted to see him (i was in secondary sch)

~ I hav driven from lagos to abeokuta to look for him

~ I've stolen my mums food to feed him

~ the first and only tim i entered night bus in my entire existence was because of man

~ i have cried and begged from 11pm to 7am when he broke up with me
