Nigerians are the only class of people who want their country to overtake the US, UK and Canada, but not ready to pay their fair share like citizens of those countries.

Also, Nigerians demand instant change and never ready to make sacrifices for gradual change.

Growing up in Ikd, there were lots of Igede folks in my hood. I so much love your tribe. The people are very hardworking, have melodious music and tradition.

I even learnt Igede language sef. I still remember some till this moment.

My only issue with BAT is his Lack of integrity. His entire Pre-1992 life is all a mystery till date. A secret we may never know.

Lease out the house. If the front yard has enough space, build mini-shopping plaza with it. If you don't have money to develop it, give it to credible developers.
