That's one of the problems with our judicial system. Cases can drug for so long that they continue to adjourn continuously because they want judgment beyond reasonable doubts. To the best of my knowledge, I cannot recall any case that has been closed in the past 2 years.

Any money collected is an evidence in the court of law until final judgment. The government has no right to spend the money until the case is closed. So when you hear about money recovered, don't expect government to start spending it.
