You only just showed me a template of regret mail......when I asked for screenshot, I wasn’t asking for the content of a regret mail, I know how one looks like. I could actually compose that text message and you screenshot it like you did. So there’s nothing deeper than that.
Show me the screenshot of the email with every detail suggesting it was from testmi or ayuda.....and it pertains this NCDMB recruitment. We are all intelligent and we can make judgments for ourselves.
I know you innocently accepted this; but next time don’t let people deceive you. Humans are funny.

In all honesty, GT questions were tougher!

83 percent 1st stage. 62 percent second stage. I was able to only answer 4 questions in the Situational judgement test .
For those that would come across such exam for SJTs with so little a time, just read the options alone. That's what I did and was able to answer 4 in just 2 minutes.

@voltts, I never said the cut off mark was 70%. Those were my earlier posts above. I only attested to the fact that @Scheme124 is a very reliable person. He actually got his information from a GM in the concerned agency. Plans can always change. Let's endeavour to apply emotional intelligence in our engagements.

*Disbursement of Earned Allowances*

The EA money disbursed this morning for SSANU members comprises the following:

1. Responsibility Allowances (65% for 11 months)

2. Hazard Allowances (65% for 11 months)

3. Excess work load (65% for 11 months)

4. Overtime allowances ( as submitted by he Heads of unit/Dept.)

5. Call duty/shift allowance

Therefore, any member whose allowances have not been paid or got something less than what he/she expected, shall get clarification first from Raji at Bursary Office.

Thereafter, write a letter of complaint to the Committee of Earned Allowances and forward a copy to SSANU.

The anomaly would be corrected as there is provision for that.

Advice needed pls.

I've been with this guy for close to four years now and its not really been a perfect relationship. Lots of ups and downs due to what I can term insecurity. At some point we're cool and the next minute issues arises just like every other relationship.

He's a good guy to some extent as he showers me with love ( my thoughts)and a lot of times he gives gifts not money though. I've had to give financial assistance to him alot of times, he returns some if he deemed it necessary and doesn't return if he so wishes. I've never complained about this and still always willing to help him out whenever he is in need. Pls note that we're both financially ok.

This gesture of me offering him financial help stopped when I realise he doesn't do same to me. I've had to test him on serval occasions that I needed financial help and he has never for once helped out on those request despite knowing he has. I never needed the money though, I made those request to know if I could actually fall back to him if I'm in need.

Last year October, I told him about my plans of getting a new car as I got tired of the one I was using. Pls note that I did not request him to buy for me neither did I ask for any support whatsoever. I contacted my source in the US with my budget and spec, was able to find one in a short time and I paid for it. All of this moves were known to him. By December, the car arrived and cleared accordingly with every expenses incurred payed by me. He gave some moral support though.

A week after getting the car, he called me one morning and started apologising for not supporting financially in getting the car which I told him I had no issues with that. I told him I wasn't expecting more than moral support from him since I could afford getting the car on my own. I also made him realise he doesn't owe me no apology as I wasn't t his responsibility since we weren't married and that even if we were married, ill always want to get my stuffs myself as long as I can afford it. The next I heard was him ranting on phone that he doesn't expect less from me, said I'm a proud and that he knew I wasn't going to be a good wife. He said he has always known I wasn't going to be a submissive wife and a whole lot of other derogatory words despite not having issues whatsoever prior to that time. I ended the call as I was so surprised he could say those mean words to me.

All through that day he didn't call back and I did not as well cos I was expecting him to realise I was hurt by his actions. A week pass and still no call from him so I decided to call him and he didn't pick. I'd sent a lot of of messages to him and has not replied to any. I'd gone to his house to check up on him and not met him too. Its been three weeks now and we haven't spoken and seen despite all of my effort to talk to him and or see.

Guys please I'm confused and do not know how to handle the issue. Pls advice.

First and foremost I am a 2.2 graduate. But from what I have seen so far, I have come to discover that job adverts specifically give preference to first class and 2.1 graduates and very few give room for 2.2 applicants. And I am yet to see any job specification that includes graduates of third class degree.

Now someone with a third class degree can only do masters after completion of a postgraduate diploma. However, job advertisements for lecturing positions still lay emphasis on minimum of 2.2 for lecturing positions. So a third class degree applicant who has masters and PhD still doesn't stand a chance as compared to first and 2.1 or 2.2 applicants.

So my question is, what is the way forward for third class graduates, should they abandon the degree and enrol for another first degree? Or universities should abolish the award of third class degrees to graduates.

In my own opinion, students who have poor grades that will eventually earn them a third class degree should be given some form of remedial programmes for a year or two which will attract additional fees so they can have opportunity to boost their grades and at least earn a 2.2 upon graduation. Just my opinion!

Please feel free to make your contributions as well. There are a lot of third class degree holders out there who are really frustrated and would want some advice on what to do!

yea, things are so bad that we can't even trust anything or anyone.my colleague sent me a number like that to call yesterday saying that it was an IPPIS customer care number. I followed the instructions and finally had a conversation with a lady.I supplied my IPPIS and account numbers to of which she told me it was a system error affecting many staff.
Not too satisfied I searched the number I used in calling with true caller and found out it's connected to alpa technologies.i called the number I found on their website and they confirmed to me that they provide services to IPPIS. na there my mind take calm down oo.

I and my colleague just woke up this morning to see alert of our December salaries.

it's risky out there but we shouldn't condemned everything/everyone.peace

from the day you are admitted into NDA ,you become a soldier, that is why you are placed on salary till you graduate. Nms isn't like that because you are not a soldier yet that is why you pay fees every session including text books but offers you an opportunity to become one when you decide to. You Go to6 months training and you are passed out as a Private

as an ex boy,to officially become a full fledge soldier,you still have to go to 6 months training in jaji to qualify as a soldier. Stop arguing with people who were born into the system. As a student of NMS ,you pay school fees because you aren't a soldier yet. Once you join NDA you automatically become a soldier and that is why they dont pay school fees or tuition in NDA , but in NMS you pay fees

For those who trully want to know though,an exboy is a soldier from the day he successfully graduates from the Nigerian military school.
This means you can be deployed to maiduguri or even train Corp members in nysc camp.
I've lost count of my course mates in maiduguri.
The late capt tosin oni is one of them.
Tosin later went to academy though.
But whether u are commissioned or not as an exboy you are a soldier!
Does an exboy serve in Nysc? No! He's already serving his country.
By the way for your information nms is one of the major inlets into the Nigerian Army,aside Depot and nda.

But NMS graduates don’t have any rank, also they don’t receive salary from FG, also they don’t get deployed to fight battles/wars, they are not attached to any army formation etc

Also, when one graduate from NMS, he is given the option to join the army and start his career as a private (pvt) but he can decline the offer or proceed to continue in the military, it’s not a must and it’s a matter of choice. Some may decide not to continue in the military career and enroll in University.

So what exactly makes them soldiers?
