For those who were in 'awaiting documents' status before, WAEC has been added to the list.

This matter is really stupid and provocative because we just made payment day before yesterday. Should have used an alternate evaluating body.

Dunno if to laugh or cry....
Last i checked, mine was "we are reviewing your documents" for over 2weeks now. Let me run and check

No it won't. Your delivery address can be different from the address on the bank statement or utility Bill you want to use.

Ok thanks

@jennypharb1

Thanks for the detailed response. I'll send to an address in the UK. However, they require a document in my name to confirm current address (Nigeria), won't this conflict with UK delivery address or it doesnt matter?

How did you make payment to WES? Did you use your naira debit card or western union. Also among WES, CES and IQAS which would you recommend for someone with UNIZIK certificate?

Used my naira debit card...

Still thanking God i found this thread, its been so so helpful. Pls everyone shd help with questions below as I'm planning ahead to avoid "had i known stories". Thanks

1.Please how long is UK Police Clearance valid for? Getting my docs ready while studying for IELTS. Should I apply for it now or wait till post ITA?

2. If you worked in the same company but different periods with a gap in btw (say 2013-15 and 2017-18), is it okay to use one reference letter in CIC format stating both periods (same NOC) or should it be two separate letters? Not getting this now...just clarifying

3. Read from one or two post that bank reference letter in CIC format alone is accepted without statement of account. If this is so, does it mean there'll be no need to worry about Gift Deeds (part of my POF)? My bank is Ecobank by the way....

Alright I will, thanks.

Thanks for replying. Pls my next concern is POF.

I got a bulk sum which is about 60% of my POF this month. Read a lot about Gift Deeds in first 100 pages...pls does this still fly? Was thinking of playing safe and waiting till Jan 2019 to enter the pool as it would mature by then. Your thoughts pls. Thanks

You are good to go if your work experience falls under NOC A, B or 0, paid and within the last 10 years.

Don't worry yourself too much, nysc of one year is still considered valid. People have use 6 months experience here in addition to a job of over 1 year. GT doesn't have anything to do with non permanence.

Thanks a lot, I appreciate
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 4 by Eddy4400: 12:44am On Jul 09, 2018
aTo the best of my knowledge, if it's 1. After graduation
2. You are paid for the trainee job
3. It must not be less than 30 hours a week.

So see if you meet the conditions.

I'm in the same boat, my head aches from reading over 200 pages at a go. Pls anyone at all with info shd give me hope @justwise @glitteringstar @newmum @canadianfly Thanks

I have 3+ years work experience as a Graduate Trainee (GT) with a break after the first 18 months during which I resigned to pursue my Masters Degree. Both GT positions (before and after Masters) are in the same company and same NOC. I'm currently on the 2nd GT now which is full time paid job/40hours per week (same with the first).

1st question - does this qualify as permanent work experience since both GT offer letter specify that the role is for 2years? Current GT offer expires next year

2nd question - If i decide to use only my payslip in addition to reference letter as proof of employment for 2nd GT, will the "Graduate Trainee" on my payslips imply the role is not permanent, hence ADR?

My projected score is 481 but this is holding me back from kick-starting the EE process.

Lolz...calm down already.

Yes, visa can be issued after school start date. Majority of schools have late start dates, which is mostly 2-3weeks after the main start date before CAS shutdown. Just keep in touch with pg admissions in ur school and inform them u'll be resuming late.

xenaaa:
Can we still actually make sept 17 entry?.... Can visa be issued after school start date? Does anyone know?

Nothing stated.

But, If you are nonchalant like me, you may wear a Polo shirt.

If you are moderate, you may wear shirt and maybe tie.

If you are serious, you may wear a 3-piece suit with your shoes shined.

And if you are daring, you may wear Agbada.

Please has anyone outside the listed course of study applied? If yes, were you sent a regret mail?

My undergrad degree isn't listed in the required course of study, but got a masters in Chemical Engineering.

Confused on which to fill. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
