Take ur time to always visit the portal at intervals, you will find it offline sometimes. This started happening after the GMD "soon" announcement was made public....
Moreover it is only an assumption from me.

People actually pay for your expertise in software usage, even if you weren't the one who developed the software.
Eg, many pay heavily to be taught how to use DreamWeaver which is a free software, just to mention but a few.
You should encourage him to either reduce his price or do it on pro bono basis.

Some people are asking how true is this, all I can tell you its based on Wat I was told me. My uncle work @NETCO Lagos. He is an engineer there. When we did the cbt, I asked him wen they will call d successful candidates n he told me it shouldn't be more than a month. And again after the interview ,I asked wen they will contact the successful candidates. He said its stage by stage, that while selection is going on, they will be paying d tf. He said it shouldn't take more than 1month. Lo and behold, after one month, no apl. August ending, I asked again. He said "why are you anxious like this, if they finish payments, they will go to the next stage. He said he could confirm they have finished collation of list. I know this is true because I can tell from here that they are still paying people as at d beginning of September. We met yesterday evening, and I told him they have finished paying people. He laughed and said "how did u know that? Are u working with the recruitment team" I told him I found out based on d discussions on nairaland that d last time they paid was on Monday and some of us concluded that they have finished paying. He told me we might not be hundred percent correct, that wat abt those that are not on nairaland. And he called one of his colleagues at d headquarters n asked and that one said the reccruitment team has d approved list of the successful candidates already. And they will start sending mail if they finish payment of tf. Brothers and sisters, that's how I postulated my own theory o.

The bolded... I think NNPC management (GMD and others) were determined to make a difference in terms of the ways and manner with which the public sector carry out general requirement...

They actually needed to set a pedestal for the public service recruitment and make a good name for themselves.
That's my take on this.

I ask this because most public sector projects are almost always marred by disorder, chaos and gross inefficiency. The reverse was the case in the case of Project Eagle.

Is there any correlation between Performance in the test and the interview scheduling? This one that those of us who interviewed on the 1st July are experiencing a sort of reckless abandon with this t-fare reimbursement, am not understanding oh. I had hitherto surmised that those of us scheduled for 1st July were top performers in the test and should be giving preference in subsequent communications...(an assumption though, reason why I need someone to clarify me).

What's more? I belong to this class of people who believe Holiness(kind of) is prerequisite for getting this APL hence, I have not engaged in the OTHER ROOM with any babe since May the notification mail for test dropped. Perhaps, one of the reasons have made it to this extent in the process thus far...smiles

Local man at the moment, is not finding it funny and I just pray this APL drops from next week ooh if not, Local man Can not can again ooh...e no easy!!!

Oh, I remember very well, one said he will give us his account number for a small charge while the other said he will give us for free.. One even went on to tell us how his own interview during his time was centered around the fact that he told his interviewers that he has a very beautiful little daughter.....The both of them made us feel very relaxed. Omg!!!! I never knew he was the one! This guy was joking with his colleague concerning our account numbers... The other volunteered to borrow us his account number in case anyone didn't have and he was telling us not to listen to small thieves! We all laughed.... (5th 7A.M batch ,don't know if anyone remembers?)

I think if you can get the one u used during registration, then no problems, otherwise just get yourself a valid ID especially National Identity Card.. Just my thought though

Fill appropriately and get your card details...i would suggest you print it out also, pending the time.

I think you can get yourself any other valid means of identification eg National ID card (which is actually very important, just in case we are required to include our National Identity Number during documentation), International Passport or Drivers Licence.
I don't think they will be particular about the actual ID card you used during registration.

I went back to INEC, they asked me to go to court.

Will the oath of afidevit be acknowledged during accreditation if I get APL? If not what do I do?. Thank you as I wait for any reply.

Guys o, some persons are already out to scam some applicants. I'll spare us the irrelevant details. I received a call this morning from a strange number (see attached) requesting I resend my credentials. Reason that they want to confirm if the credentials I submitted during the interview were mine. Local man was beaming with joy and happiness, in his mind, his name is on the APL List. I was sent mail addresses to forward the credentials to (they weren't suspicious mail address). Some minutes later I was sent two mails (see attached screenshots). On requesting how do I get my Serial Portal form, I was asked to pay to (#3400 only) to obtain the form ☺. It dawned on me that I passed through all these stress only to attend to a scammer. Mtcheewwww. Local man cannot hold this anger anymore.
