My brother, do not unnecessarily knock another man hustle out of anger. Agreed you may be disappointed with your purchase but I and my brother has bought and recommended at least 5 persons who bought from this guy - since 2015 (if not earlier), without any of the TVs having any issues at all! I still have a 40" Samsung that I bought from him over 4 years ago, that I now moved to one of my restaurants that is still working without one single issue. Funny enough, I had two folks who ordered and got their TVs delivered virtually without any physical meeting and they are still using the TVs which is more than 2 years old by now (counting 2019).
Even Toyota and the biggest brands in the world have recalls, let alone a Tokunbo TV - which is why the prices are as low as they are in the first place.
Try and reach out to him and find a way to amicably resolve this.
