Hi,
There is a small problem with generic business plans - always assume that any investor that requests a biz plan from you is of above average intelligence and exposure and that they are used to seeing business plans.
These folks can smell a generic plan from a mile away and it puts them off more than anything.
Reason? If you can't take the time to do a custom business plan, what else can you do?

I use Zenith Bank and their Internet Bank platform but for some reasons I don't do tokens with any of the banks.

I see you logged in successfully.... Did you use the token to log in? Or you are trying to do a fund transfer?

Also, did the bank assign you with a default PIN? Did you successfully change the PIN to one of your choice? On first login?

Usually people I know with this combo, log in using the same PIN + OTP combination so how did you log in?

I smile when people use Umanah and "Change" in the same sentence. 3. I still buys some of my shirts from tokunbo clothes sellers, sometimes at costlier prices than what I spend in the average boutique. And believe me, they are far superior in quality than what is out there in the so called boutiques - when you compare the prices. A lot of people know this too so that is why this biz is going to be there in the long run. If she spends a few weeks learning the trade, she can start with selecting grade one of easily disposable clothing like ladies undies,etc. Great thing about this biz is that if she is not seeing cash, she's seeing her stock right there. Nothing is disappearing. without explanation.

4. You cannot barb someone in her absence. Have you asked her what she can possibly do with the 200k? You could be pretty amazed with what she could come up with.
