Politics / Re: NCC Denies Leaking Peter Obi's Phone Conversation With Oyedepo by edetic: 10:02pm On Apr 04, 2023
Ezewuzie01:
Like a thief in the night, he appeared; moving about in black attire like a bereaved person whose loved one has just answered the heavenly call. Behind his comely exterior is a bigoted soul: A stoker of flame whose aim is setting Nigeria afire on the woof of tribal and religious differences. He would pretend to love Nigeria publicly at interviews, gives false information and statistics; but behind the scenes is a soul who jumped into the fray of the presidential election just to put Nigeria on her knees.

A unifier he should be, who would unite a sundered country across tribes and religions, but Peter Obi turned out to be the behemoth of dicey religious bigotry. He would move from one church to the other, turning pulpits into campaign premises, while telling the Christians to “wake up and take back your country.” Really?

Is the Muslim-Muslim ticket the pretext on which the country would be taken from Christians? Are there not countless numbers of Christian-Christian tickets in the past and currently at state levels? The whole of the Southeast, South-south, and Southwest are currently led by Christians; have the Muslims gathered and cried foul that the Muslims should take back their country? Even in the Muslim-dominated north; are there not Christian governors in Plateau, Benue, and Taraba? Are the Muslims unwise for their tolerance?

https://thenationonlineng.net/peter-obi-a-bullet-well-dodged/
this is precisely the aim of the doctored audio, to create tribal and religious tension, and to divert attention from the real issues at hand, the release of the doctored audio is an unintelligible effort by the APC to vilify PO so that Nigerians will begin to cast aspersions on his untainted records, the fraudulently contrived electoral process that selected Tinubu as winner has only added to the long list of criminal malpractices that Tinubu is already internationally notorious.

it will simply takes an obtuse, dull witted brain to choose a moribund, decrepit, slowpoke who can barely walk straight to lead a dying nation, when the other three candidates are not only healthy and strong, but are very intelligently resourceful, does it make reasonable sense, for our choices based on tribal sentiments, to hand Nigeria in it's present condition to a man whose pathological interest is just to become Mr president, because it's his turn, a man who is currently receiving as much medical attention as Nigeria is also receiving, or to hand Nigeria over to someone who is not only physically fit, who is not only intelligent, who is not only patriotic, but someone who will bring Nigerians together as one united nation, someone who has the good of Nigeria at heart will not instigate tribal tension and animosity between those who voted for him and those who didn't vote for him,

According to INEC's fraudulent manipulation, Obi is still a phenomenal surprise, if the election was free and fair, and INEC did the right thing, APC and PDP put together could not have gotten up to five million votes, but it's not about PO, it's about the people, they are tired of the nightmare they saw under APC, and PDP is no better, the only way APC can continue to remain in power is just what INEC did, and from now on, APC can not win in a credible election in Nigeria as at now, worse is that they did not only field Tinubu, a man that even the Yorubas don't want him, they fielded a same faith ticket.

FFK, you had time to call Tinubu out as a drug lord but you never did!

You are two faced, do you think Nigerians will take people like you seriously

Anyone that genuinely have the good interest of Nigeria at heart is labelled Igbos, fined ...

We will not take this intimidation any longer!!!

The way this government is talking about this conversation, if you and this same government put in the same effort, you would have eradicated poverty and insecurity in this country

You have no honour, you just want Obi out of the way so that you will continue to loot Nigeria

Sensible Nigerians are backing Obi and we are saying NO! to all your criminalities

Enough is enough

Nigeria must be liberated!!!
becoming constructive in government such as eradicating poverty is for broad minded intelligent patriotic persons, not for people like FFK, the man has a belligerent attitude, a man that is feeble minded enough to beat up his wife, that is disposed to uncontrollable fits of anger, a man that is so mercurial in his decisions that he can't take a definite stand on a course and hold onto it under pressure, a man that is so venal and dubious that he will betray his followers with the slightest dangle of a carrot, the man is insincere, dishonest, and has no regard for honor, look at the recent pogrom he instigated against the Ibos in Lagos, will any man with common sense do that to a people that have lived with you your entire life, they are practically like a family to you, and because of one politician, he rose against them, even within a family, the man can decide to vote for a candidate, while his wife decides to vote for another, maturity demands tolerance and understanding, which FFK doesn't have, otherwise he would have been successful at home.
Politics / Re: Leaked Audio: It Is Time To Declare Peter Obi A Terrorist - FFK by edetic: 2:06pm On Apr 03, 2023
Tinubu's Muslim Muslim ticket is not an act of terrorism, the incendiary and unguarded comments by FFK and co against the Ibos in Lagos, which led to the disenfranchisement of Ibos, as well as the destruction of lives and properties of Ibos in Lagos is not an act of terrorism, it is a personal conversation between two people calling a spade , a spade that is an act of terrorism. By opting for a Muslim Muslim ticket, is it not an act of war, if you want to understand it better, the day the Christian presidential candidate of a ruling party will decide on a Christian running mate in Nigeria, it will not take 24 hours before all the churches in the north are razed down, just try it if you don't believe it, even FFK left APC initially when there were rumours that Tinubu will field a Muslim Muslim ticket. He was enraged then, now he's the spokesman, his job is to see black and tell Nigerians it is white.
Politics / Re: ₦‎5m NBC Fine: We Will Not Let Our Voices Be Silenced - Channels TV's Seun by edetic: 1:27pm On Apr 03, 2023
A reckless despot is about to come into power, through a fraudulently contrived electoral process with the shameful connivance of the umpire, democracy has thus already been suspended, and when democracy has been suspended, it becomes a crime to appeal to the sitting government and the Court not to swear in a new government when litigations against it are yet to commence. The fine levied against Channels Tv at the prompting of the fraudulently elected president is symptomatic of a new autocratic order that must duly follow the suspension of democracy, freedom of the press and freedom of speech must be suspended. Already under Buhari, tension had built up across racial and religious divides, and the atmosphere generally charged with hatred, anger, and suspicion as insecurity and wanton kidnappings, gratuitous killings, and corruption became the order of the day, which also engendered the resurgence of new separatist groups from the West and South East. Nigerians saw an era of frightful butchery never seen before, It was obvious Nigerians were looking for a way out of this quandary, and therefore looking for a leader that is impassionate, intelligent, vivacious, and patriotic, now what they have gotten, or has been forced on them does not meet any of these expectations, first of all, the man, being a Muslim, which is good, did not consider the feelings of Christians, in his choice of a running mate, especially with the currently charged atmosphere in the country. With this choice, it is clear that what matters most to him is his selfish ambition, not the unity of the nation, current events in Lagos and other parts of Nigeria are evidences that the already fraught unity of Nigeria will further depreciate, the volatile atmosphere in the country will degenerate and more tension will build up in concerted efforts to pulverise discontents, usually with draconian measures, of course, the opposition will not remain silent, many will find sympathy with those clamoring for separation, the grievances of the separatists already looking justified with the disenfranchisement of certain sections of the country, and the road to unity now looks unreachable, these are intrinsically, the symptoms of the absence of democracy.

If obi deceived christians, what did Tinubu do to Nigerians since 2015 with his promise of change?
all those who prophesied Obi would win had based their prophecies on the hope of a free and fair election, as the true results show, Obi won the presidential election, all of which was overturned through the criminal process masterminded by INEC, it's a shame that the only way tinubu can win an election in Nigeria is through the process of criminality, and criminals are jubilating because the era of criminality is about to begin in Nigeria which has always been their dream, Nigeria is about to enter into an era of wanton lawlessness and criminality where thugs are going to be appointed as ministers, where the law is going to be suspended,

Politicians don't tell the truth, talkless of a criminal, Buhari made the same promise, the dream is the nightmare of insecurity and wanton kidnappings that has overwhelmed Nigerians, what Buhari could not achieve, an old slowpoke wants to achieve, that couldn't win an election in a fair and credible means, how can a government founded on criminality turn Nigeria into a Dreamland, only the deluded will believe it. More credible politicians have failed Nigerians, talkless of an incoming government that has already lost credibility.

Tinubu has never been interested in the herdsmen killing of Nigerians, even when stakeholders in Yorubaland created Amotekun, Tinubu was indifferent towards this move to curb the indiscriminate killing of Yorubas in their own land, the Fulanis even warned him to use his influence and disolve Amotekun or forget his presidential ambition, so with Tinubu as president and with the Fulanis in control of the reigns underpinning his powers as president, there's nothing Tinubu can do about the Fulanis invasions, killings and kidnappings in Nigeria, in fact, the deterioration of the security system under Buhari is going to be child's play when Tinubu resumes office, unfortunately, even those clamoring for Tinubu's presidency now would equally not be spared,

sad As a Born again Christian who is meant to speak the truth at all times, i would like to appeal to Mr Peter Obi and Atiku to call their supporters to order. I condemn Violence and incitement in any form. We have no other country but Nigeria. Let's not burn down our country because of Elections that will still re-occur in 4yrs time. It's shameful that most religious leaders especially the Christian ones who are supposed to douse the tension in the land are all Partisan. The Muslim leaders led by the sultan appealed for calm and urged everyone to accept the result as the will of God while Pastors are inciting the masses. If we are not careful, this Obidient movement will soon metamorphose into a wild terrorist group sad
it will metamorphose into a long overdue wild revolution, were people not being slaughtered like cows as herdsmen and kidnappers plundered the nation as they seized lands, has Nigerians not been killed gratuitously, it will amaze you how many Nigerians are living as IDPs, when there's no war in Nigeria, the past eight years has been a nightmare for every Nigerian, with the worst of all the worries being the lack of insecurity, there's no need to mention the rest, Nigerians are tired of APC, Nigeria as a nation is sick, it doesn't make logical sense to hand it over to a sick Old man, if APC must continue in government, they should have fielded Osibanjo, Osibanjo is better than PO, every one would have gladly voted for him, a country that is at the height of polarization because of religious discrimination is now to be governed by a Muslim president and a Muslim vice president, Christians were being killed indiscriminately under a Christian vice president and you think a Muslim Muslim president and vice will be better especially with shettima being suspected long before now of being a BH apologist, the fears expressed by both Christians and Muslims are well founded, in as much as our hope is in God for protection, we shouldn't fold our hands and watch a collusion of criminals steal a mandate that is not theirs, if Tinubu had won in a free and fair election, nobody will contest it, but when there is a preponderance of evidence of flagrant manipulation and distortion of figures with overwhelming evidence, with fraudulent announcement of results in places where INEC officials did not turn up, with glaring difficulties in uploading results, while INEC has announced results that conflict with results from the PUs, if Nigerians keep quiet now so that people don't die, tell me, why would the criminals not repeat the same next time since it worked very well this time, if it is you, will you come out to vote next time, it is better sorted out now once and for all, Nigeria has been stalled and held hostage for too long. If this criminality is allowed to stay, the message to all Nigerian youth is that the only thing that works in Nigeria is criminality, and your guess is as good as mine.

They are hypocrites who joined the bandwagon, but we sane Nigerians have ensured we will not suffer like Anambra suffered.

I am not happy that Peter Obi did not win. There are clear fundamental factors that were so herculean to overcome the very moment LP/NNPP alliance failed.
Now that Atiku is seemingly out of the way, it is time to galvanise the opposition towards 2027. It is going to be a marathon, so let us start now. There is no point wasting resources on election tribunal. With the capacity shown by Obi, 2027 is possible, but we need to do the following:

1. Not waste time and resources on election tribunal, but need to let Nigerians know of the brazen robbery APC governors and Wike perpetrated. If the PDP wants to challenge the results, let them do so themselves, without involving LP

2. Get real political structure for Labour Party across Nigeria. One reason we loss was because we did not have strong roots in the North.

3. Galvanise all elected officials to form a formidable force to take on APC, which is already reduced in strength from 21 to 12 states.

4. Peter Obi and LP should focus on the March 11, 2023 governorship polls. Obi should begin touring states LP won to boost morale of LP supports in the 22 states win high voters. Not waste resources in states like Katsina, Yobe, Zamfara.

5. LP leadership should begin talks with NNPP, progressive still in PDP and form a formidable party with structure, just like what ACN/CPC did. We need to start now.
. if Obi does nothing to reclaim the mandate given to him, it will embolden the criminals to do same in 2007, if fact, they'll do worse than this, if Obi does not reclaim the mandate given to him, the Nigerian youths that took all the risk to bestow their votes on him will be highly discouraged, if Obi does not reclaim the mandate given to him, the message he's passing to the youths that entrusted their confidence in him is that it is only criminality that works in Nigeria, which is what the youths were trying to change, if Obi allows Tinubu, APC, INEC, etc, to get away with this criminality, it will become the order of the day in Nigeria, the youths had thought to change the evil system in Nigeria will come through a free and fair election, but a system that is totally immersed in corruption can only be changed by a revolution.

The love of money is the root of all evil, that is one of the problems this man is suffering from, the same way it is robbery not to pay tax to the Nigerian government is the same way it is robbery not to pay tithes, the tithes paid belongs to God, just like the taxes we pay belongs to the government. The only way you can stop paying taxes is when you renounce your citizenship of the country and leave the country, but it doesn't give you the right to ask for all the taxes paid in the past. Same thing with the kingdom of God. Now that the man has denounced citizenship of the kingdom of God, he's not expected to continue paying tithes, but asking for tithes paid in the past while a member of the kingdom of God is provoking to God, except that we're in the dispensation of grace, where you can do whatever you like to God and get away with it because of mercy. Let him go to the government and ask for a refund of all the taxes he has ever paid in a system that is not even functional.
