They promised to give 30% of the credit used for the month. i used about 7k credit. Uptill this time , i have not seen any 30% they promised. This etisalat is a joke

I subscribed to etisalat blackberry service on monday after my BIS expired last sunday. I took my blackberry to the call center and the staff loaded it with N5,000.00 worth of airtime . Immediately it was loaded N3K was deducted from it. Till now after 4days ,my BIS is yet to start working . I have taken it back several times and all they promise is that they will look into it. I have also called the customer line and its the same story. I even went to thier office at Saka Tinubu today and still they have not done anything while the days are counting; Etisalat has shown poor customer service and I am highly dissapointed. The took my money and refuse to give me value. Please beware because it can happen to anybody.

Those guys in starcomms are rubbish. I was there for over 3 weeks .its always come on weds.and when u get there on weds .its like we have only 250hrs package. I got there last week only for the girls to tell me its remaining just 2 and they directed me to another lady for my izap.ol boy wetin i see ? I can count over 5 Big boxes filled with izap. In fact the lady had to use blade to open the one of them and removed the one she gave me. Still baffles me why they have to hoard it? By the way, the izap is rubbish ,too slow. my evdo was way better.

izap is one big lie. starcomms is one big fraud.i regretted wasting my money on it.zoom is way way better.

I dnt quite agree wt d poster dat said paying tithe wl prevent lost of personal belongings. As fo me,i have'nt lost my fone since i started using fone. Am using my 6th fone and d previous ones are still ok bt i gave them out to my junior ones.
What i believe is that some people are just lucky that their belonging does'nt gt lost bt it does'nt mean dat they are more righteous than others. Bt never rule out d law of karma, cos i hv 4goten my xpensive fones inside a passenger bus 4 3 gud times yet i got dem bak, likewise i returning other peoples lost items to dem.

A colleague lost his Nokia E71 this morning and vowed never buy buy any fone worth more than =N=10,000.00 . Its really serious. I ask myself does it really worth it? If we can only be using =N=5000.00 fones,maybe it wont be attractive to thieves again. As for me i have lost my fones at different times and each time i still found my self going back to buy another expensive one. How about you? How many cell fones have u lost?
