Barely a month after the release of Marvel’s “Black Panther” – a movie that has crossed the $1 billion mark at the global box office – Nigeria’s movie industry Nollywood decided to produce its own version of the game-changing movie “Wakanda Forever”.

While Wakanda is a fictional African nation appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, Wakanda Forever is the salute of the people of Wakanda.

The Nollywood version of Black Panther, which was released a few days ago, and was produced in a village in Nigeria, brings together traditional storytelling with juju/voodoo and comedic special effects to explore family and lineage in an African society.

While the superhero Black Panther is still enjoying global attention not only for its spot on acting or storyline but for representing a symbol of black power and solidarity, the Nollywood’s Wakanda Forever is already gathering thousands of views on YouTube.

Beautiful Nollywood actress and video vixen, Asakomhe Mary, aka Maryjane Benson has shared her opinion concerning wooing a man which is considered a taboo in this part of the world.

In Nigeria, it is considered a taboo to a lady to woe a man as well as propose to a man. It is considered acts which should be done by men alone.

In a recent chat with Potpourri, the actress who began her career in 2011 spoke about relationship issues and her take on dating.

She revealed that ever since she has been in the industry, she has encountered the good, the bad and the ugly and she has learnt so many things, including shelving inhibitions most girls grapple with.

When asked if she could make the first move to date a guy, Maryjane said;

“Yes, I can go out of my way to approach a guy I really like, I don’t see anything wrong in that, if the guy doesn’t make the move, I can make it." Sometimes men and women miss each other because of fear of who’s to make the first move. It may be that the guy likes me but shy to make the move. But if I make the move and the guy doesn’t respond in kind or refuses, I will leave him alone. I can’t force a guy to go out with me. I’m very emotional and I have cried for love before,”

she added.

She however refused to admit that video vixens are cheap and loose as widely believed by so many people:

It is not true that video vixens are loose and tend to lure musicians to bed. Though, I can only speak for myself but many video vixens I know are not loose. Besides, they do not even have the time to go about luring artistes to bed because the job is so stressful,” she quips. Maryjane Benson has featured in films like Magic Queen, Living with a Stranger, Room 440, Lustful Desire, The Graduates, The Johnsons TV Series, Jenifa’s Diary and many more.

Astronaut Scott Kelly spent a year in space and returned a changed man.
https://misspetitenaijablog.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/aptopix-year-space-1140x700.jpg
Kelly, who lived on the International Space Station while his identical twin Mark Kelly stayed on Earth, returned after 340 days with 7% of his genes altered, according to NASA.

The shocking transformation means Scott is no longer genetically identical to his twin.

Scott, who shared his own surprise over the latest NASA twin study results, tweeted,

“What? My DNA changed by 7%! Who knew? I just learned about it in this article.”

“This could be good news! I no longer have to call @ShuttleCDRKelly my identical twin brother anymore,” he added.

NY Daily News reports that ,some changes — like the lengthening of Scott’s telomeres, or the endcaps of chromosomes that shorten over time — reversed once he was subject to Earth’s gravity again.
https://misspetitenaijablog.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/year-space-memoir.jpg

But other changes persisted after six months. Researchers found a deficient amount of tissue oxygenation in Scott’s cells, and signs of stress to mitochondria, which transform nutrients into energy, along with increased inflammation.

Scott, who became the first American astronaut to spend a year in space, returned to Earth in March 2016.

A Twitter personality who calls herself @qwinbigma or “god of sex” on Twitter has tweeted that she is looking for someone to have regular sex with. The Nigerian media personality, took to the platform to kick-start her search stating that age isn’t really a factor but maturity in mind and emotions is key.

The self-proclaimed sex-god does, however, draw the line if her potential suitor is none of these and only wants her for her body, in that case she is not interested

Her tweets read,

“So I’m in the market for a constant lover/boyfriend-type situation. And I’m serious. Age isn’t really a factor, maturity in mind and emotions is key.

Just looking for a friend/companion I can have regular sex with. Is that you? Slide in my DM.

Please note that if all you see in the above tweet is the “sex” part then I ain’t talking to you. I can have sex whenever I want to.

I’m just looking for a companion, and great sex is just an added bonus, not the main deal. Are we clear?
