House34: Most people doing survival job already have work permit as studemt or resident...working with a tourist visa is illegal in canada and most employer will not want to break the law and getting a cash job to surive in canada is not easy ..do ur research well so you not stranded in canada on a tourist visa you last sentence. Some people are currently stranded unto this visit visa to work permit thing, compared to the Indians and Chinese we dont have companies that can offer fellow Nigerians job offer , one messaged me on Instagram asking for referrals. But most employers in the job application ask for status in Canada. |

Isn't that the same woman who has never lived in Nigeria, but gave a non-existent account of how her life and stay in Nigeria was tough and all?
So, even in Britain where she lives and was born, she's still a second-fiddle in the scheme of things?
Perhaps, the British have taken a cue from the “Yoruba Ronu” chanting kinsmen of hers and may have decided to start “Ronuing” by placing her in her place. she lived in Nigeria as a child. Born in uk, lived in Nigeria as a child before going to the usa and then uk |

mukkykene: Hello everyone,
I'm considering relocating to Canada via the Home child care giver support pilot. As a prerequisite, I'm to undergo training as a nanny to prove eligibility. I'm in search of nanny training institute where I can train.
I'm aware of Nanny Academy and Workforce training solution.
Please, I'd like to know if there are more recognized training institute asides these two. They are quite pricey and I can't afford them at the moment and I need to start up the training.
Thank you everyone.
. but there is no nanny training as part of the eligibility requirements. The most important thing is a job offer

Drniyi4u: Good day everyone.
Please I need some clarifications concerning my application.
I got OINP ITA last week Friday, I've accepted and currently filling the application forms. My point is 478 and I think I'll be invited in the next 2/3 federal draws (as they're currently on 483).
Though the outcome of this week's draw will determine my next line of action, however, can I get federal ITA considering the fact that I had already accepted Ontario's nomination (even though I've not submitted my documents)?
If this week's draw comes down to 480/481, would you advise I withdraw Ontario's nomination?
Lastly, please what's the average processing time for OINP recently?
Thanks. this reminds me of a friend of mine who had 2 years 6 months experience , while waiting in the pool for 3 years to complete. Oinp sent him nomination. He applied and the application was about about 3 months gone. Then ircc started doing draws of 471 to 473. His score when up to 468 after he got points for 3 years. Instead of waiting for ITA he withdrew his OINP so he could get refund of his 1500. The scores didn’t come down till he lost points for age and went to 463. Its over 3 years now he has lost more points to age and went to an European country to do masters. The 1500 dols he wanted to save he use am pay 15k euros school fees . Like gracious said bird in hand o. |

juvewalex: I just hope Dangote will consider Nigeria market as priority before exporting to other countries as the case maybe with a fair market price for Nigerians .
At least there must be a difference when you're importing PMS from abroad and when you get the refined PMS locally if the Nigerian factor does not get involved. this is business and he has several loans to pay. Has even missed repayment because the project was expected to be ready 3 years ago. Nnpc has 20% stake in the refinery, nnpc can sell their own share at subsidized amount. Dangote will not sell to Nigerians at a so called fair price. He will sell at international prices if NNPC 20% share cant cover the whole of Nigeria. Its business not emotions. Without subsidy fuel will be above 500, and Tinubu has said no more subsidies |

braine: My personal rule of thumb is: Whatever is actually a YES, I dont put a no just to make the application easier for me. These guys take misrepresentation more seriously than you think.
They do background checks. If they discover that he actually has some work history, maybe on LinkedIn, youll have a case to answer. there is no misrepresentation here. Spouse experience in express entry means work experience obtained in Canada. Answer is no, will only be listed in personal history after ITA. teepeehall: In the Section of Work History i selected NO for my spouse (dependant).Though yet to write Language test. I choose NO in work history because he is not adding to my score in that area. Are my safe with this decision ?

My mums tenants once confided in me as i was staying in the house at that point. Opened wine and alcohol shop for his wife but lost his job later at apapa port. His wife refused to assist with rent , he owed my mum for a long time. Meanwhile the wife’s shop was making huge sales . Many houses and land in ikorodu, ayobo, ikotun , abule egba etc were bought by women in the mid 2000s without their husband knowing. mrczar: Hi Guys,
please i will need your guide/advise on this; i just graduated from a college in Toronto ON (one year program). I am at a cross road of what next to do as my study permit expires next month.
Now i am thinking if i should embark on a second program or go ahead to apply for PGWP even though i am yet to secure a Job.
college fees are quiet expensive and i wonder the use of 2 PGC when it comes to career development.
PLEASE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSITION TO PR WITH JUST ONE YEAR PGWP? i will appreciate feedback from anyone who was able to do this or knows anyone who did.
THANKS. for your question it depends on your scores in the express entry profile. To qualify for CEC class under express entry you need one year Canadian qualifying experience . You supposed to have gotten a job by now to be able to meet up . You cant try getting work permit, another program if your express entry scores are low. |
