I have not missed a day meditating on my chakras since when mellin posted the method. I think that heart chakra is opening. I had a dream about a woman that offended me in 2012. Anytime I remember that offence, I curse the day I was born for the shame she caused me. But I was weak that time. I saw that woman in need of help in the dream and was full of compassion for her and helped her. When I woke up, I asked myself 'is it possible to let that slide? Note that since 2013, I have not seen that woman and had no reason to remember the offence, but why should I have that particular dream? Enki almost put that woman in danger for causing me to remember her again.
