As a sales rep in a new company, selling goods on credit to wholesalers while they pay you as they sell the goods will enable you to capture more customers and grow fast. |

I hope Governor Ambode will summon courage to give quit notice to Oriental Hotel owned by Bola Ahmed Tinubu in lekki. The hotel is built on drainage channel as well and should be demolished. What is good for goose is also good for the gander. |

I want to know why buying land in Ogun state slowly appreciate in value compared to buying land in Lagos. I noticed that the value of land in areas of Ogun state such as mowe, ofada,Ibafo etc is still far cheaper than land in areas of Lagos such as ikorodu, ibeju lekki etc. Even though areas in both states almost cost the same price of land, ten years ago. But now land in ikorodu and ibeju lekki is far more expensive than land in mowe/ofada axis, Ibafo, sango ota etc. What could be the reason for the differences in value? |

As a new table water producer, do you think granting credit to customers is good for a start to capture them? If it is good to grant credit, how many days maximum should I give the customers to pay me back for table waters I supply them? |

I want to learn from house owners or those that are still building their own house, the sacrifices they took or are taking to have enough money to build their own house. Please keep it simple! If you ever decide to grant credit, make sure that it is only given to well-established supermarkets with a record of prompt payments and document everything collected from you.
