3months ago I met one hot tall American man with abs and tattoo that can make you slap you aunties. We started texting back and forth and he told me that he is in love with me and he wants to marry and I should be ready to marry me.

The problem is I have been living with this guy that relocated back from abroad sometime last year and I feel like he is suffocating me because he does not do nice things for me like he used to before. When he was in the UK he would buy me shoes and bags but now he has been complaining that business is not going smoothly since he came back home and started afresh. I am deeply annoyed by his actions because he is not considering how I feel about having to post my videos and pics on social media with the same clothes and accessories over and over again.

So this American guy is into construction and he has a home of his own and his children live far away with their mother in another state, so I am guaranteed no disturbance. We have been planning how I will get K1 Visa to join him so we can get married and live happily ever after. He will sponsor me once I get there and he promised me that I will not have to work because he will get the bills paid and all I will have to worry about is my blog and youtube videos since they are very popular.

This guy from the UK that I will now refer to as my roommate, has not made things easier for me. I need money and he is not providing. I told my future hubby that I will get my visa paid up by myself but this roommate of mine has not given me enough to do so. I told him I needed to go to US to buy some stuff for my business so that I do not have to ask him for money for my stuff again but he has failed to co-operate. He is stopping me from being with the love of my life and I have been miserable since. What do I do to him since he is being selfish and thinking of his own business alone without thinking about my future? Mature advice only.

Since I started investing, I have invested exactly 97℅ of my savings.
My car isn't in top shape. I could buy a brand new one, but I have decided to invest the money instead. I have put away over 24m I could have used for other things. All of these investments are in intangible assets. No land, no cars.
Am I making a mistake here in depriving myself or in not acquiring tangible assets? I really feel like I'm being unreasonable, and I've started googling philias & phobias related to investing.

Youwin under the last administration was fraught with a lot of corruption, monies were just handed out to people, not entirely on merit. This is because I know very good brains that applied, went through the rigorous processes, but didn't end up being beneficiaries. What is wrong with equity investment in viable business though?? Are you aware many were handed cash that didn't end up in the businesses they collect the monies for??

When you wanna do CELTA, normally they don mind what degree you have. All they need is a degree.

That will be too dicey. I think the best way is to capture them is to beat down the price a little bit at the start to attract them and also give extra on each products supply.
