Who will invest in useless Nigeria stocks exchange? It's nothing but pure scam. I can never forget how I lost all the money I invested in Daar communication shares, Japaul oil and gas shares, transcorp shares in 2008. Where are those companies 'shares today? Nigerian stocks is a daylight fraud. |
Guys, can you help me out with areas in Lagos where there is large number of restaurants and staff canteens with high numbers of customers? Is it in corporate areas or residential areas of Lagos? I have products I want to sell and my target markets are restaurants, bars, and staff canteens. |
Treasure1919:If you want to sell goods on credit to your customers, you will supply small quantities of goods for them to sell in their shops. For example, if your customers want you to supply them like 20 cartons of fruit juice, you can supply them 6 cartons of fruit juice. Any customers that want more than the 6 cartons of fruit juice, you will tell him/her they will pay cash in advance for the excess supply. As they sell, you will come to their shops and collect your money from them for previous supply. If they default in payment, you will not supply them any goods until your customer clear his/her previous debt. That's the trick to sell on credit in Nigeria. |
vanmusco:Does the Next Titan favours existing business owners only? Can a start-up also stand a chance of winning the reality show as well? |
If you are into production business like fruit juice or yoghurt, there is no way you will not supply wholesalers in the open market on credit. Because as a new product in the market, the wholesalers may not trust your products enough or take a risk to make instant payment. They will want to collect your products on credit and pay you as they sell until they are sure your products sell fast and highly demanded by their customers in the market. So, selling credit sometimes depend on the nature of the business and you can not avoid it. |
Bro, you haven't reply edoman2016:Please try to reply my comment above. I want to do business with you on pineapple supply. |
Still needed |
It's 12 years and still using it. |
What? Don't tell me he built that beautiful house from meat selling. Is meat selling that profitable? In fact some bank manager can't built such a house. |
fxid10:Is it a dozen of pineapples that is #400 or #500? Or it is just one pineapple you mean? Also is the pineapples seasonal or available all year round like Cotonou pineapples? |
adadadon:Perfect. Thanks. Some nairalanders are just annoying. Instead to attack the message, they are attacking the messenger. Some don't even know the meaning of middle class. They could as well say Agege, Mushin, Ajegunle are middle class neighborhood in Lagos. Rubbish. |
The reason why I am asking this question is that I am a sales rep of fmcg products. And I noticed our goods sell fast on the island compared to Lagos mainland. Mainly because our products is more affordable to the upper and middle class earners. And I am sure island on Lagos has more of upper and middle class earners hence why our products sell more there compared to mainland. The problem now is I am trying to figure out middle class neighborhood on Lagos mainland so that I can capture some market share there as well as a sales rep. |
eph12:Low income earners is anyone that earn less than 70,000 Naira in current economy. |
thesicilian:No!!! Just carrying out a business research about the growth of middle class in Lagos. |
Apart from local governments in island of Lagos such as lekki, ikoyi, Victoria island, Marina/CMS and Lagos island, which local government on the mainland of Lagos can we find large number of middle class earners that live there? Is it true that it is only low income earners that live on the mainland of Lagos? |
I need a factory space for rent in Ogun state. The factory space should be suitable for production of fruit juice or sachet water with all the nafdac standard facilities in place e.g 150ft borehole, well tiled production room, etc. Kindly comment if it is available. |
What is your price of the pineapples? Do you also sell by dozens or weight? Where are you based in Edo state? |
I just confirmed it's only indigenes of bayelsa, Delta and Rivers State that are allowed to apply. Any other states will be disqualified. I sent a mail to their customer care and that was their response to me. |
crownprince102:Also, it's far easier to sell to the rich and middle class compared to the poor. For instance, a fruit juice company will be able to sell more of their fruit juice products to the rich and middle class more than to the poor. Because the rich and middle class will have the purchasing power to afford their products and also know the benefits of drinking their fruit juices. Whereas the poor may see the company's fruit juice products as a luxury and could not be able to afford it or be easily convinced about the benefits of drinking their fruit juice products. I In summary, I just believe the poor are problematic to deal with. Even the richest man in China, Jack ma said the same thing about the poor |
Is Edo state among the south south states to apply? |
can someone from Edo state apply? |
Sgttanner:I will tell you the fact. You can not get a good job in Dubai irrespective of your educational qualification from Nigeria. The jobs you can get in Dubai are construction work, security, waiter, waitress, etc under their hot weather. And the pay is between 90,000- 120,000 naira maximum. Though, you will be provided free accomodation and transportation by your employer. Your employer will also take care of your permanent residence application. Still, I believe if you can secure a job in Nigeria that can pay you more than 100,000 naira monthly is far better than travelling and working in Dubai. Thats my two cents. |
GoHost:that is why there is a condition of city and outskirt of city. You can't eat your cake and have it. |
Guys, if you are to choose between buying a flat in apartment building in the city or building a bungalow in the outskirt of the city , which will you prefer even when they cost the same amount of money ? |
How many credit days do an fmcg distributor give an wholesaler in the open market? Is three days too short for wholesaler to pay up for goods (fruit juice) supplied to them in the market? |
Guys, among the various fruit juices sold in Nigeria, which one is your favourite and consider the best. Why is it your choice? |
mizzochocinco:You are a very disgusting lady. I checked your profile and all I could see is your plan to marry a rich man only. Can't you hustle and be independent? Continue to search for a rich man that will be gullible to marry you as a liability. Stu.pid lady. |
Guys, among the various fruit juices sold in Nigeria, which one is your favourite and why is it your choice? |
sabanageorge:Madam, if you can invest in my business plan which is manufacturing of fruit juice, it will be worth it and profitable to you. I need start up capital of 5 million naira to start it and the company name is also registered at corporate affairs commission. Quote me if you are interested. |
ol2012:Equity investment means you will sell equity stake in your business to an investor. So you will use the money they pay you to expand and grow the business. The consequence is that the business is not yours 100℅ anymore. Incase of mismanagement, the business can be acquired from you by the investor. Now this is where Youwin connect are very smart. They are not going to pay you any money. Rather they will link successful beneficiary after the training to private equity investor. Who will evaluate your business and know its worth and viability before investing in it. So its not automatic to applicants. Rather it's favour existing business owner more than start up. Cause they will have records and transactions to back up their business. |
Josmila:I have no problem with equity investment Seriously. But the problem is equity investment is mostly for existing business, not start up. That's why you will notice Youwin connect is unpopular among Nigerian youth unlike Jonathan's Youwin. Jonathan's Youwin give grant to start up. There are many graduates that have business ideas and training but still can not start their business because they have no start up capital. And banks give loans only to existing business and not start up. Which is the mistake the same you win connect is making. |
