I agree with this. The dhumb mods mostly push sensational, controversial and rage bait posts to the front page. Topics that will spark constructive conversations they will never put it to front page.

On the macro level, the gender inbalance is inconsequential, because individuals don’t really care about such stuff. only governments and systems that think in terms of tax payers, populations growth, public services etc worry about gender imbalances.

Don’t think that women in Latvia are desperate for men. That is a lie. Relationships generally follows a 80/20 rule, which means that most women are attracted to few men. Female’s mating strategy have always been quality over quantity.

So if for example you have 10 men and 10 women, you won’t have 10 relationships, but probably 2 men dating the rest, while 8 men remain single.

Maybe when the top men are done with those women, then relationships may tickle down to the leftover men, who will then go on to proclaim that they’ve found the love of their life

Of course the ladies might not know they are sharing same men, but it’s the reality everywhere.

What I remember from my time in camp was females passing out from standing for hours. If you want to use them for war, teach them how to handle weapons first. Please, don’t waste anybody’s child. No parent who raised a kid from primary school to university level will want them to fight wars. They could make the choice when the child was a preteen. THE Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps, Brig. Gen. Shuaibu Ibrahim, says corps members are part of the national defence policy of Nigeria and can be mobilised for war if need be.

Ibrahim said this on Channels Television’s ‘Sunrise Daily’ programme on Wednesday while reacting to moves to scrap the NYSC scheme which is compulsory for all Nigerians who graduate before the age of 30.

The NYSC boss said, “You can imagine within the short three weeks in the orientation camps, the corps members are moulded. They are like soldiers. You see female corps members blowing the army horn, playing with the military band.

“So, if not for the knowledge, where are you going to mobilise such young Nigerians to train them quickly to put in their best for the country?


“So, corps members are on reserve. They are also part of the national defence policy. Parents should teach their children the spirit of patriotism.”

He said the NYSC was concerned about the security of corps members, adding that this was why they had been advised not to move around at night.
