A good friend of mine is considering divorcing his wife. He found on his wife's phone that, his wife has arranged with another guy on terms to initiate chat to outwit the husband. Per the snapshots, the woman agreed with the guy that, when he wants to chat her, he should type 'glory' and she will respond 'glorious'..per the arrangement, anytime the other guy doesn't get the 'glorious' reply, then it is not the lady typing. Is my friend right to divorce his wife based on this finding? Can he prove adultery In court based on this? Thank you.
