Politics › Would The South Be Peaceful If Jonathan Was Rigged Out by egift(op): 6:48pm On Apr 22, 2011
Its only one with a lying fingers that will type that the last Presidential Elections was not rigged.

I ask, if Jonathan had lost the election and it is believed to be rigged, will the South - especially the SS be peaceful? For instance:
- Will the militants keep quite?
- Will the Northerners in the South be safe?
- No bloodshed?

I hate it when folks defend this rigged election just because it favours their candidate, kinsman or a man of same religion.

I do not support the killing that have taking place mostly in the North, but you guys should not act as if it would not have still happened if the reverse was the case.

And the yeye Jonathan's boys behave as if Jonathan had lost the SS of all places will be peaceful.
Politics › I am Suing Jonathan And Fg For Murder by egift(op): 5:20pm On Apr 22, 2011
For the senseless killings of law abiding Nigerians in various parts of the country, especially in the North, Niger Delta and other places owing to the weakness of the Federal Government to secure the lives of Nigerians.

I want to sue.

We should be tired of complaining endlessly and instead take action against these lapses of Government to be responsible to the lives of Nigerians. Its no longer time for our leaders to find people to blame for their incompetence.

Bottomline is I'm looking to sue Jonathan/Federal Government for murder and wanton destruction of lives and property and I'm very serious about it.

So I have these few questions for Lawyers and those that know law in the house.

1) What kind of charges can I file against Jonathan/Federal Government given the fact that I am not directly affected by this violence.
2) Would it be better to get those that have been affected directly to file a suit? For example, families of those that have been killed and folks that have had their properties destroyed!
3) What directions is a case of this nature likely to take?
4)What kind of evidence linking Jonathan/Federal Government to the violence would be permissible in court?
5) When this case is done and when its been won, what type of claims and compensations can be obtainable?
6) Can the law suit be filed anywhere in the country or only in the location of the violence?

Please all, feel free to advice. The lives of the innocent people that have been killed are not less than the freedom of these politicians that do not comprehend their job descriptions.

I am suing and I'm serious about it!! Don't care how much it would cost!!

Yes I can give you hosting space for a token. Do you have a domain already?

Also any host supporting Softaculous should have it, only if they do not have Tech support for Dolphin, you may have to do customization yourself or get someone else to do it.

Politics › Where Is Mr President? by egift(op): 7:06pm On Apr 18, 2011
The Nation is boiling, one would have expected by now that the President will act as on and get things under control - but he is nowhere near the matter.

I ask again where is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria? If this degenerate, we will hold him responsible. And no facebooking this one ooooh.
Politics › Re: Where Are All Bb Supporters? by egift(m): 1:31pm On Apr 18, 2011
We full ground my dear. My conviction about Buhari have not shifted. Nigerians have made their choice and I respect that.

But it will be foolishness for anyone to think that Buhari lost because Jonathan was better than him, hell NO. He lost because Nigerians voted more for Jonathan.

If given all the goodwill, huge funds, PDP structures, incumbency factors, Power of the office of The President, PDP man-power and others - even a goat should grab a landslide.

I congratulate Jonathan and also Buhari whose within a year with his CPC have coursed such a tsunami to the PDP that has been in government for a straight 12 years.

Congratulations, Mr Buhari - we got your back!
Politics › Re: Two Blasts In Maiduguri, culprit apprehended by egift(m): 9:37am On Apr 16, 2011
An explosion hit a police station in Nigeria's northeastern city of Maiduguri just as presidential elections were beginning Saturday, the second blast in the past 24 hours, residents said.

The blast happened at a police station in the Lami Sula district of Maiduguri, which lies in the remote state of Borno near Nigeria's borders with Chad, Cameroon and Niger.

"People are so scared. Some have started abandoning the polling stations," said one resident who asked not to be named.

A blast tore through the local office of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) late last night, although nobody was injured, officials said. There were also sporadic bursts of gunfire overnight.

There have been a spate of killings of politicians, police officers and religious leaders in Borno in recent months. The violence has been blamed on radical Islamist sect Boko Haram but has become increasingly political in the run-up to the polls.

Two gunmen on a motorbike shot dead a soldier in Maiduguri Friday morning. The leading candidate in governorship elections being held on April 26 was also shot dead in January along with other officials from his party.

Yes-0! I heard people threw eggs at the Pope once. Can't even count how many times European leaders have been pelted with eggs, fish, and potates.
Well, here for naija, that 13 year old rascal needs to know that throwing these things at politicians will attract the death penalty, not just for yourself, but for your mama who born you, your father who shot the sp*erm that fertilized you, your brothers and sisters too, just for being from the same caused womb as you angry
You should be ashamed for supporting this terrible decision.
- The Boy is a minor
- The court should have thrown out the case instead of detaining him
- Can a "Pure Water" kill person

Its shameful. And PDP/Jonathan is still asking for our vote, just because they are not satisfied with the suffering Nigerians have had and don't want to get their filthy hands off Nigeria Cookie Pot. PDP = A collection of the finest criminals Nigeria ever produced.

BB all the way - Lets fix these mess. Its now in your hand to decide smiley
