I can't boast either, I will want you to have your say on it. |
Do you have a facebook page for your website? Or perhaps a fans page you own? Post it here. Mine is http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Coal-City/363111729262 for my website. |
Goodluck my friend and you look cool too.

What do you expect from the same Senate that |
@ shotster50: The president paying attention to what is happening to his facebook page is like opening his office for everyone (no reservation) to come in talk with him. Here is an example, some weeks ago, Sarah Palin endorsed a candidate many "tea party" base did not support - her fans page on Facebook was flooded with negative comments. Remember that Jonathan's ascension to Presidency was driven by this grass root efforts (mostly online and few street protest match). Its a good development. If well managed he can as well become the Nigeria Political figure with the largest following online - don't underestimate the power of numbers. |
What is wrong with you guys. I mean its a welcome development. Obama' fans page have over 8million fans. Even Sarah Palin now uses facebook page as her office - since leaving Alaska. I own the largest Enugu Fans page on facebook, if you are on FB, kindly join us. http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Coal-City/363111729262 |
ChinenyeN:@ ChinenyeN: "Ibu onye igbo?" - Am just asking. I expect you should give reasons why you oppose, and not just repeating "it won't work". As ezeagu stated, the parliament idea is better. |
Its very important they verify his claims. But now that is not going to be in his regular habitat - he may not sustain long. |
An 83-year-old Indian holy man who says he has spent seven decades without food or water has astounded a team of military doctors who studied him during a two-week observation period. Prahlad Jani spent a fortnight in a hospital in the western India state of Gujarat under constant surveillance from a team of 30 medics equipped with cameras and closed circuit television. During the period, he neither ate nor drank and did not go to the toilet. “We still do not know how he survives,” neurologist Sudhir Shah told reporters after the end of the experiment. “It is still a mystery what kind of phenomenon this is.” Read details: http:///starving-yogi-70-years-without-eating.html |
@ Poster: Endeavour to be useful. You cannot be relevant by pulling others down. The Igbos will be always be exceptionally ahead. Shake off that low-self-esteem. Its eating you up. |
johnie:His Excellency the President Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya Jammeh Grand Master of the National Order of the Republic of The Gambia GMRG, FAAICL and Commander-in-Chief of the Gambia Armed Forces on Saturday presided over the 2010 Investiture ceremony at the July 22nd square in Banjul. The colourful ceremony was attended by the Vice President, senior government officials, members of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps, religious leaders and a across section of the society. The Gambian leader conferred the prestigious national medals on 363 individuals, civil society organizations, institutions, and philanthropists who have distinguished themselves in various fields of service to The Gambia. |
mcdokwe:If there is anyone sowing a very bad seed here, its you (note I will not insult you, ok). But this thread would have had a lot of substance if you started by telling us some of these "evil seeds". You are not only insulting these great men who sacrificed a lot for this country - but you also spit at those of us who hold them at a very high esteem. So you can start by - telling us "some evil seeds" they sowed or tender an apology for the insult you have directed towards these men. |
OmniPotens:Apology accepted. I finished 2006. Read Computer Science. Specialized as a Web Developer. I have had to help a lot of people as they had challenges accessing their results. Jamb should just put things together in expectation of the usual heavy traffic. I really love the fact that results are released faster now than what I had in my time. |
To keep having this problem is not acceptable at all. They should have expected these traffic. Moreover, the traffic they get in the first week of releasing their result is still lower than most search sites get on a regular bases. I hope they do something about it. |
It is sad to see the JAMB website not meeting expectations at all. They seems to be having these problems all the time. Am sure I may not be the only making these observations. From my point of observation, here are few: - Difficult to load (this cannot be file size - because most of the time it doesn't look big) - Unavailable (I hear some people tell you its at night it works - they be witch?) - Too many names (jambonline.org - jambng.com - jamb.org.ng - jambutme.com - jamb.biz) these can cause confusion. Jamb and those in charge of their web portal needs to sit up. Am not a JAMBite but as a webmaster I find it appalling. Most of the problems are very easy to fix. |
Big B1:I wonder if this is how you guys are in reality. How can you make statements you know nothing about. Anyway, I salute Nuzo for his decision to make real efforts in driving home his points. Unlike many N'landers who stay here 24/7 in a battle of last-to-post. |
If you allow some people the privileged, they will milk us dry in one signature. |
Kalamaya:See trouble! Is his approach different from Sanusi's way of operations. Is it not the sanusi that - Does all the possible press conferences - Releases names of debtors on TV/Newspapers - Lambaste Nigerian Banks from London - etc. Perhaps its better to speak to him in his language. I pray he does what is best - because it affects us all. Moreover its our economy - we have no other. |
You can also visit them here www.wibiya.com |
There is a new toolbar that I will like to recommend to everyone. It is called Wibiya. When I review the result it has on my site its very remarkable. View it in action on my site http:// |

You assertions will only be true if what he is doing is the bidding of Obj. |
kosovo:You make it look like Jonathan contest for presidency or maybe he made Yar'Adua sick, took him to Saudi, refuse him to appear in public for eternity. My guy na God do am for him. The destruction of Jonathan will start the day he starts boosting he is self made. If he depends on God, am sure he will do more. Its that simple. |
I have long stopped this Sanusi issue. Let him do all he wants. Another will come and tell us the earth will quake. One of the problem that is holding Nigeria down is Leadership. Our leaders think the only way to be relevant is to rubbish the previous guy - then whatever he does now becomes the standards. The only problem I have with Sanusi is the manner he carried out his actions. People lost confidence in the market/economy when he kept pressing the alarm button. I hope he amends. |
The amount these guys spend in oiling their system is so much that the one put into developing Nigeria nothing - but a peanut. |
The Chairman of the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), Engr Mahmud Tukur, has raised the alarm that the nation’s reserve has gone dangerously low to the point that if drastic measures were not taken immediately to stem the tide, the 2010 budget would be a stillbirth, dead on arrival. Speaking with Daily Sun, he blamed the situation on the government’s decision to place its commitment to Joint Venture Partners through its Joint Venture Cashcalls (JVC) over the interest of the nation. According to him, payment for JVC has wiped out the entire $20.1billion in the excess crude (oil revenue) and slashed the excess domestic (non-oil revenue) from N322billion to N1.47billion all within one year, January to December 2009. Tukur, who was at one-time Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum, also said that the revenue formula currently in use, was illegal. The RMAFC boss, while explaining why the nation was having problem in the energy sector, also dropped a bombshell that the gas needed to power the thermal stations have been sold for 20 years and the little left, the multinationals consider it more economical to be flared. http://www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2010/apr/19/national-19-04-2010-001.htm |
I can now see IBB is utilizing the media in its fullest. I believe will say anything - anything to get back to office. Now if this gains acceptance, next week he will call a press conference, and issue an apology. Welcome the MARADONA himself. |
desthan:lol |
I hope he will keep us posted on how electoral adventures went. I wish him well. @ Poster: Its good to know we have people looking out for others. |
For being in the offensive - perhaps a good strategy for him. Maybe he have been attending a combat academy. So lets see if EFCC will back off or complete this task. |
