Jarus:
Peak of childishness. What is the essence of asking us to vote when you campaigned for one candidate. That is the question rigging.
Who is childish - Sanusi or Soludo. Because if you want to pick a fight with me, it will be very difficult. Everyone has one vote and you can also reply your comment here.

But its like the only expression you have to post is and insult on my person. So between Sanusi & Soludo who is more progressive in approach as CBN governor?

Ibime:
How can you cast a vote when the question is rigged?

Stop all this childishness.

Both Soludo and Sanusi did/are doing a good job.
I was thinking you will suggest one. Am very dynamic. And when two people have done well its not bad to compare them. Sanusi still have time to do more, but have done a lot so far to attract assessment.
Politics › Re: Breaking News: Aondoankaa Goes On Leave by egift(m): 6:41pm On Feb 12, 2010
Is that Aondoankaa walking to the door? Call him for me.  Hay Mr special duty, Madam wants to re-branding you. Go back to your seat!, not so fast? grin
Politics › Re: Unrepented Aondoakaa Still address Dr Goodluck Jonathan As Mr Vice President by egift(m): 6:09pm On Feb 12, 2010
My people, don't worry about the disrespect of Aondoakaa. Madam Dora, will teach him what fire does with the tail of a rat. Since Aondoakaais a typical Nigerian, it will be fun watching him pick the metal gong, kneel through the globe apologizing to her in shame.

He have many choice: to do it at the National Assembly, on Newspapers-Magazines-Internet-Radio-Tv-Telephone OR in Court with compensation (he is guilty already as contained in that yeye apology letter he sent. He is not even wise enough - he taught saying dEAR sISTER will save his neck.

Oh boy, pass me the popcorn again  cool
Politics › Re: Seriously, What Are The Functions Of A Minister For Special Duties? by egift(m): 5:54pm On Feb 12, 2010
It is a post if given to a new comer, he will go to church for testimony. But if you were the AGF, then it means that the Devil have abandoned you on the way (especially after a long time of working together on everything).
Politics › Re: The Crisis Bw Dora Akunyili & Aondokaa Deepens As She Rejects "apology Letter" by egift(m): 5:35pm On Feb 12, 2010
There is no leave, no transfer and definitely no rest for the wicked. Aondokaa had a rare opportunity to serve Nigeria - alas, he rather chose to serve himself and friends.

I would have cried if he is not made to swallow all the lies he spoke with his mouth. Madam, I salute you! Let dust the floor with Aondokaa. He have chioses - Either at the National Assembly, Newspapers - Magazine - Internet, or in Court.

Nigeria will rise again. Even if we fall a thousand times, we will rise again. But those that make us fall will pay for it. Aondokaa its a payback time.

Guy pass me the popcorn cool

marvix:
@egift Obj can never be said to be our best president infact he is d worst in our history wateva he gave wit d right hand he took wit d left c wat he did wit our telecoms he gav us MTN nd co but totally destroyed our NITEL c all d probs he escalated in the N/Delta c his protection of our democracy 4 8yrs but completely ruined the democratic process the list goes on and on.
The ascension of Goodluck shld not be credited to Obj but 1st to Yaradua for always insisting on following due process no matter how long it took and the perseverance of Goodluck.
@ marvix: In leadership, you can initiat an action, it may not be good enough, but once its well intended, others can perfect it. His efforts in the telecomm industry is one of the best thing that happen to Nigeria (I believe you know we are the fastest growing in this field in Africa.
Politics › Re: Cbn Job: Soludo Vs Sanusi Approach (Vote) by egift(op): 4:31pm On Feb 12, 2010
Sanusi should have been far better that Soludo if he built on what Soludo left behind. But he chose to put down the building and build his. Now that is not helping us in general.

Kx:
Not so fast my people,
the watchword should be cautious optimism.
after all na the same papa and mama,PDP naim born Yaradull and Goodluck.
Besides,na d same man OBJ handpick dem 2

Lets just hope and pray that PDP blood will not run in his vein.
I think he can do well or more than OBJ for three reasons:
1. Since Obasanjo is his mentor, as far as Nigerian politics is concerned, Goodluck has the best hand.
2. For Obj to be relevant in the high levels of Nigerian politics, Jonathan (his guy) has to do well.
3. If PDP should dream of any relevance in 2011, this Good administration MUST succeed.

So in any case, if Goodluck succeed, then its good for Nigeria. For the issue of VP and ministers - You can't beat Obj in discovering new guys (good Soludo, Ezekwesili, Dora, Ribadu, Elrufia, etc or not yar'adua, Anaconda
Politics › Re: Mr President Appoint Vp In January 2011 by egift(m): 4:05pm On Feb 12, 2010
If am Goodluck Jonathan, will not accept any VP until beg me to be full C-in-C. And I like idea of Ribadu for VP. It will win public support and put government official on alert at all time.

Its good to note that one of the theme Goodluck have been repeating is fighting "corrupting" - both in his address and swearing in ceremony of Secretaries.

Nothing to celebrate. We should even use it as a day of reflection.

My only joy is that we survived the Yar'Aduas, thank God for that. But I strongly believe Nigeria is one of the greatest nation on earth - its only leadership that is killing us.

Politics › Cbn Job: Soludo Vs Sanusi Approach (Vote) by egift(op): 3:41pm On Feb 12, 2010
It is obvious that Soludo and Sanusi have run things at the CBN very differently:

SOLUDO: When he took mantle of leadership in CBN
Saw a very weak system. He hit the ground running in no time. Restructured the system in no time.

Nigerian Banks were stronger, haring, selling shares, giving loans, new businesses springing up, giving bonuses to shareholder, establishing branches, private and government projects were executed, investments from within and outside, I even saw a lot of guys doing seminars - writing books on stocks - making cool cash, opportunities and hopes everywhere, the going was just good.

When he was done, thinks were just fine.

SANUSI:When he too took mantle of leadership in CBN
After after a careful look including the observations he had when he was at First Bank, he saw that although this house is well designed, booming, painted and more, that there were some bricks that make up this house that has falling. There were not missing because those that leaved in that part of the building gave them to some people but have not been returned. I hail Sanusi for observing this.

But instead of him getting whoever that gave/took this bricks to return them - and keep building and painting this great house (economy) of ours, he rather came in front of the house and shouted started shouting - "all the people living in this complex, do you all know that most of the blocks used in building it have been borrowed out or stolen!"

What do expect the residents to do, hell run! People started disposing their stocks, the prices started falling, banks started relieving workers, borrowing stopped, so was investments, and others. Now its banks chiefs loosing their jobs, CBN boys taking it over, CBN investing some money, now owning the banks (as major shareholders), London firms investing funds in three banks for development (now they too are stakeholders - they too now have a say).

He can as well leave for yonder. I wish his as.s was kicked a little more. Well Jonathan should instruct the SSS to keep and eye on him. If he resigns, EFCC should do their job. But Goodluck should concentrate more in governance, Nigeria needs results - and soon (you know we can be impatient at times).

Great idea, though I doubt it will be granted. Oga Admin is very conservative. The traffic and stream will be much too. He should do that when he is ready for major expansion.

Its good idea. But you should be more creative with it. You may think of a search engine for a particular need or niche. this way you dominate and become relevant in no time.

There are also some scripts that you setup and ready to go. Maybe few customization or do from scratch. All the best! www.

Like it or not: Obj is the best President Nigeria ever had - leadership, strategy, courage (boldness), love for his country, being at the forefront (not room for being second), employs the best hands he can find, the right muscles in handling affairs, etc.

Obasanjo's only problem was being personal over some interests, and crushing opposition with extreme measures (though this works fine if against a common enemy). I still like him (though I don't think he can humble himself to apologize to Nigerians, but he is making sure the worst does not happen)

Are the going to do Voodoo (to the dead), whisper (to the one in coma), See him! (through the insiders secret passage), or are they going to tell Turia and she in turn go to Yar'Adua and perform the ritual of telling him.

Sabos, they should make Goodluck complete C-in-C.
