Yes this uber is not by force, then face other businesses aside uber and stop complaining about drivers. Startup a pure water company, or organize boi to dey help you sell galas for traffic .. Rather than ranting and looking for drivers to enslave.

Uber is not meant for rentals. Driver your own car yourself, Set destination and you are go to go. Must you get a driver to make money for you when u cant even afford paying drivers such amount weekly.

Don't be bias, I own a cars and have a driver also.. Both side should always ve their conditions and agree to understand themselves.

Fail businesses is what made some business owner who cant pay regular salary to venture into uber biz... You know yourselves. Lol...

He never called back. Two days later, the car had been sold. He called and I was now too busy to pick up. His tune changed, he composed a dirge over the car and somehow we became friends. He started getting sentimental about the whole thing and It was at that point I realized he loved white cars, And he loved mine and tasked me with the responsibility of getting him a clean one.

A dealer bought the one I sold so I asked him to see if he could get from him but it was expectedly above his budget like. Suddenly I stopped hearing from Ibrahim. [/b]I hoped he didnt go around third mainland bridge with that mood

It was hire purchase actually. I took that route so as to avoid things like this.

Am thinking of selling the car and cutting my lose if i do not have a reliable model to continuing this.

Do you know of any such model plzz
the only reasonable and available model is to drive on the platform yourself. The #1 you make with peace of mind is better than the hypertensive #10 you're expecting. You don't need to drive everyday. Just drive enough to to keep yourself and the car healthy.better still like someone suggested sometime on this thread, get drivers from the village, once they start learning the ropes or before they become really smart, disengage and employ another village driver.chikenna

Stupid fools are easily detected on Nairaland, they are mostly not educated and that is the reason they abuse people easily, just bcus they have that small opportunity to possess a mobile phone, they type and say rubbish, they are so childish that they have no brain in their skull

morning bro. Honestly I didn't have you in mind but that fahrenz ,the poorman, that made mention of the tons of cash our foreign counterparts make ,not factoring the ton of overhead accumulated. You were not insultive.I tender my unreserved apologies. For-rent or fahrenz or whatever he calls himself is a saboteur of a good cause.people like him are abound everywhere. Retrogressive in everything in life, even if it means an upgrade in his well-being. Pessimist and antagonist. Sadistic self loathing, lowlife and turn coat.
Today,You be been considered a snitch and traitor.anything you say here will be heard as the voice the slave masters.
My brothers that made this strike possible,May the Almighty path a way for your agitation and also soften the hearts of the wicked to submission.

You guys think Strike is the best way to go here in Nigeria. I just dey laugh. India and Nigeria is a different terrain. What worked in India might not work here. Did U all remembered what happened when Uber reduced their fare by 40% last year April. Drivers went on strike and protested. but nothing was done about it till date. Drivers went back to work. Uber became more resolute and adamant and stocked to their new prices. Am not in support of fare reduction or other grievances drivers may have with Uber/Taxify. But I think there are better and reasonable ways this can be handled
please proffer solution my guy. Personally, industrial action is the only peaceful avenue available. Reason why everyone should sound it with one voice. Can't wait to be on the platform

they can afford to go on strike.
for every 12 there's a judas.you've here all day biitching about poor drivers, whereas you're the wretched one.hustling to meet up because you don't wanna be broke. The big boys are the ones observing the strike.they can afford to.but you? A day off ehailing will spell doom for you. It seems you 've just started making small change and don't want the action to burst your bubble. You my bro,are the REAL POOR MAN. undecided

To be fair, you started the rudeness and insults, look at your bolded comments below

So its only fair you stomach a little of what you gave out to him. If na me u come at so rudely that way, then ill give it back to u irrespective of whether your submission was right or wrong, that's exactly the reason people like Cosplay has made himself more enemies than friends on this forum despite the enlightenment he brings. Pls try and be more civil, its human beings youre actually dealing with and you're not feeding him either
thanks for your observations. Presiade,I tender my unreserved apology. We started off on the wrong foot.I was a bit off in my notes, but you gotta to realise at times as a business man, some things will be brought to your notice in different forms and disposition. We agree to disagree.happy sales

Obviously you're ignorant. And this is the last comment I'll dignify you with. This faceless forum give a lot of urchins the confidence to talk to anyone... Get this into your thick skull, this is Corolla Sports, not just Corolla. And as I said earlier you know better than the manufacturer, SMH.
I'll ignore your rantings as that of a pained child. Your defence gets weaker by the moment cause you concentrate more on insults than observations, which is the fact that you're passing off an older car for the latest version, cause you want to make an overkill in returns.
If truly this was your ride kid, you won't place such premium on a 208k miles, manual driven, and a sedan of 12 years. Btw learn to do research before being ridiculed on a faceless forum. Pride goes before a fall. You and papers that don't prove jack

The way you bolded the sports, one would think the sports is different from the other variant.

Oh cool I forgot, it has a different body kit with rear spoilers and a different speedometer cluster. huh

and not actually horsepower or torque or lighter wheels or lighter materials or bucket seats or better exhaust. grin
the boy is just impossible the way he posit his invalid arguments to justify his ignorance. His emphasis on sports defeats the contention on ground, which is the year and ridiculous price placed on a car that it's value is dwindling by the day grin
