Because you could have still use same amount for better cars like the Honda civic 08, camry 07(muscle) or even an Honda 08(evil spirit).
Even if its a camry 05(big daddy) u brought in with that a amount, it would have still be a bit fair.

Every car make or model has it fans......there exist people who pay over a million to get a good grade benz 190 limited edition into the country (something that is very difficult to do right now but possible if you don't mind spending money for it).

By your logic, a tokunbo benz 190 should cost no more than 50k, but that's not realistic.

The same way it may look stupid to you or someone else, buying a V12 bi-turbo engine, 2014 tokunbo S class benz for 25million, when you can buy a fuel efficient brand new 2020 corolla for 13million or even less........

Car that has same look, design and engine from 2000-2005. You think anyone would wanna buy this box for 1.4? When you could actually buy a civic 08/09 for 1.5.
1.4 can get you better alternative.1.4 or less can even get you toks of DC 2007 model. Or a good naija used 08/09 evil spirit(if you're patient and calculating)
