So if you buy the car you may need to go and register it with Coscharis (after you have personally done your comprehensive vin check to confirm that the car wasn't stolen overseas).

Plus, this variant of bmw was officially launched april 2022, for all you know the car may even be used as it is......

A simple google lookup of the value of the car online, a vin check can guide one on a wise choice of price.
