What if those asymptomatic patients can spread the disease to others? The ought to be tested negative before being discharged. I don't understand what is going on.. |

factorial1:You're welcome. |
To treat insomnia, I'll recommend the following. 1. Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends. 2. Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep, and effects can last for several hours. 3.Avoid large meals and beverages before bed. A light snack is fine and may help avoid heartburn. Drink less liquid before bedtime so that you won't have to urinate as often. 4. Avoid or limit naps. Naps can make it harder to fall asleep at night. If you can't get by without one, try to limit a nap to no more than 30 minutes and don't nap after 3 p.m 5. Remove all electronic gadgets during bed time such as turning off the TV, putting your cell phone away to minimize distraction and help you get enough sleep 6. Try to make your bedroom comfortable for sleep. 7. You can also visit a pharmacy to get a mild sedative to enhance sleep. |

Nairaland has helped me understand that men and women can't be at peace with each other on social media. Everyday you'll see threads and counter-threads, comments of both sexes bashing each other.. ![]() In all, Nairaland is an educative forum, I've learnt a lot from my time spent here. My opinion though.. |
The medical name for it is Anosmia. Anosmia can be caused by nasal congestion from a cold, allergy, sinus infection, or poor air quality. Other anosmia causes include: Nasal polyps - small noncancerous growths in the nose and sinuses that block the nasal passage. Injury to the nose and smell nerves from surgery or head trauma. |

*Be careful* Prolonged use of the mask produces hypoxia. Breathing over and over exhaled air turns into carbon dioxide, which is why we feel dizzy. This intoxicates the user and much more when he must move, carry out displacement actions. It causes discomfort, loss of reflexes and conscious thought. It generates great fatigue. In addition, oxygen deficiency causes glucose breakdown and endangered lactic acid rise. Some people drive their car with the mask on, that is very dangerous, because, the stale air can make the driver lose consciousness. It is recommended to use it only if you have someone in front or very close, and it is important to remember to lift it every 10 minutes to continue feeling healthy. It is counterproductive for people who serve the public for 8 hours, as they are intoxicating themselves without knowing it. All lives are important.! " That prevention does not lead you to another problem ... let's use the mask knowingly. |
She's so beautiful.. |
It's alright, but hope they will adhere to the preventive measures against Covid19. One can never be too sure these days. |
According to sexologist Dr. Jordin Wiggins, ND, owner and creator of Health Over All Inc., people who do not have sex for a long period of time may notice a weakening of the pelvic floor muscles, called atrophy. "We need strong pelvic floor muscles to improve bladder tone and prevent urine leakage and to have good quality orgasms." People with vaginas who abstain from knocking boots might also notice pelvic floor dysfunction, "which could lead to painful sexual conditions (like vaginismus) when you attempt to have penetrative sex again." If this is the case for you, Dr. Wiggins suggests seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist for personal assessment, or "using Elvie or another pelvic floor trainer that will give you feedback on how to do exercises properly." For those quoting me, I realized I arrived at a wrong conclusion. Pregnancy hormones do act on the pelvic floor muscles during pregnancy, I didn't take note of that initially. The write-up says "when you attempt to have penetrative sex again". Please op, take note. My apologies.. Cc: Eulalia |
We have already started seeing 'the worst' since Covid19 entered Nigeria.
What other 'worst' could be worse than what we're experiencing now? |
I'm tired of seeing these Covid19 updates everyday.
I really do hope a cure is found soon. |

Some parents think they're are always right not knowing things have evolved and times are changed now. In some situations a child might make a better judgement of things than the parents. But with our African mentality, parents can never be wrong! |
