I see INEC shifting the date for a second and third time until the prevailing voting condition have been forced to favor their paying master, Buhari.

I guess the next person in line after Dr Abdullahi Baffa Bichi is a Christian and a southerner. Therefore, the cabal in the government has to lobby for TETFUND boss, Professor Suleiman Elias Bogoro, a fellow hausa/Fulani .

TETFUND under this present government is organization specialize designed to better the northern Universities. Before a project/research grant is approved for a southern University by TETFUND, know that 20 projects grants has already been approved for a northern Universities under this regime.

Something tells me that Buhari is not aware of this appointment. He would have shopped for a professor with blood/marriage ties from kastina, Kano or kaduna.
