Have you forgotten that SC judgements are also Laws?.

With the judgement of SC on Oyetola vrs Adeleke 2022, I know that the reliance on electronic transmission of results to win an election in Nigeria is a waste of time.The judgement on favour of Adeleke has rubbished any IREV results.Analogue preparation of results is what we need. The SC judgement on the matter is a new law on itself.

As to the LG matters, LGs allocations will go to the respective local governments.No joint payment.

i am curious to know the percentage increase on salaries henceforth especially of fed government workers. as the new minimum wage of #70000 has been approved by the fed. the old minimum wage was #30000, that is automatically 135percent increased.
does that systematically and mathematically means i.e, if your current salary is #100,000. you will now be earning #235,000, is that how it going to be?

While Level 1 has 70000k others will have percentage from 70000k added to their salaries.
For example level 1 70k ,level 2 to 7 20 percentage of 70k will be added to their salaries, level 7 to 9 15 percent of the minimum wage will be added. and level 10 to 16 10 percent of the minimum wage will be added .
That is how it works.

In a bid to return Nigeria on the path to democracy, the Abacha military junta allowed for the formation of 5 political parties in 1996 to replace the previously existing 2 parties (SDP and NRC) that participated in the June 12, 1993 presidential election that was conducted by the Ibrahim Babangida regime, which the Abacha junta had disbanded after taking over power from the interim national government of Ernest Shonekan in 1993.


Those Abacha 5 parties,

1. United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP)
2. Congress for National Concensus (CNC)
3. Grassroot Democracy Movement (GDM)
4. Democratic Party of Nigeria (DPN)
5. National Center Party of Nigeria (NCPN)

would later adopt Abacha as a consensus candidate in April 1998, with only some of CNC politicians (Alhaji MD Yusuf and Tunji Braithwaite) putting up some resistance and going to court on that matter, but the Appeal court rejected the suit by claiming it lacked jurisdiction over the case.

The aim of the Abacha transition programme was to hand over power to a democratic government on 1st October 1998.

National Assembly elections already held on 25th April 1998, while gubernatorial and presidential elections were scheduled for 1st August 1998.

Abacha died on 8th June 1998.

If it is one reach out to them for your entitlements If the wives are two and only children of one of the wives sold the property without giving the other wife and her children money , it is a serious matter.On fact the buyer is playing with fire because you can institute a case against him as a rightful owner of the property too
