NwaAmaikpe:

Fear Isikwuato village people, they won't rest till they see Bright back home tapping palmwine. But the truth be told, some people take life so seriously. That was a joke and the only job of a comedian is to make jokes. What did they expect from signing a comedian.
If EU and UN can't understand a joke and relate it to heartless Nigerian girls who want brothers to use up their life savings just to woo them then the joke is on them.
The UN is very hypocritical. Basketmouth made a joke about rape but Busola Dakolo lied about being raped. Yet she is still an ambassador.
Basketmouth may be a shoddy backstreet comedian, but the truth remains that he has the balls most Nigerian comedians don't.
Dude doesn't give a hoot about being politically correct. And since being an ambassador entails being politically correct, the UN can take their ambassadorship and shove it up the Pope, the Dai Lama or the Oba of Bini's butt. But rape is not an option. It is wiser to spend on yourself and pleasure yourself by yourself. Rather than undergo a feminist's intensively expensive rigorous recruitment process just to chop smelly and sour kpekus. Bright is perhaps one of the most vulgar whatever you call him...dude always talking nonsense and shiiit about women like he was hewn from some woods |

Gurumaharaji: My great grandfather was among d captured slaves to be taken to US but dat wicked man escaped and denied us d privileged of been a native of United States.... Imagine a country honouring a dog.. if it is in Nigeria, a hunter and his family will savour and even devour all d bones from a rabbit a dog caught and eat d dog too wen not satisfied ..... better to be a slave in US than a freeman in Naija
Modify : Some vagabonds quoting and spitting rubbish on my comment have limited knowledge..... My statement of better to be a slave in d US than a freeman in naija is Metaphorical, it doesn't literally mean to be a slave.... but, all these hungry people looking for someone to devour can't see beyond their myopic reasoning...!! KosiGee: I think you’ve all underestimated their group opponents. The Eaglets have played against well structured and tactically sound teams in Hungary, Ecuador and Australia.
Eaglets have been saved by their energy, high work rate and aggression. Their strengths just didn’t yield the required result today. If their shots had been a bit more accurate, they would’ve put a lots goals past the Aussie keeper.
I am more interested in the number of boys that will transition to the Flying Eagles and hopelly the Super Eagles rather than the trophy. We are on the same page, I have never underestimated their opponents...I have been and will continue to be more concerned about their understanding of the basics of football , the aim of the team and by and large what the big picture looks like for Nigerian football, it's either nobody has cared enough to paint that picture in the canvass of their hearts or that they themselves don't care ..but see this as a "one chance" to "make it" in life so must play to the gallery and at every opportunity showcase themselves..it's a terrible way to learn football. Listen, even if they had won tonight, I'd be happy for them but I'd still be very concerned about how they shape up against opponents and concede the way they have done tonight...and in this tourney conceding so early and coming from behind by shear energy and high workrate. The reason they're soooo wasteful in front of goal is same reason they want to take on opponents individually when you have another eaglets waiting in the flanks to get a pass....their motives and mentality is wrong and such they cannot clinically execute most basic goal mouth football tactics. |

KosiGee: Nigerian boys are playing with too much aggro. Lots of testestorone. Their legs are faster than their brains.
They need to calm down a bit, utilise their energy well. We said this in their first game, said it in the 2nd, we are saying it in the 3rd match. Unfortunately we will say Same in the knock out stages but that will be the last time we will say this because: 1. They won't change, they've been terribly wired that way before the tourney began...it was the basis for their selection by Garba Manu . 2. They may not go past their next opposition unless those are more wasteful, purposeless, individualistic and tactless than these boys |

braimeddy: The young lad are just playing beautiful nonsense. No team work. Every body wants to impress Dem wan travelllllll....they know the scouts are watching...it's not their fault really, this is the only way out for most of them....there are no jobs, no hope for people like this unless they are from the middle class homes or they have parents who will make the ultimate sacrifice to see them through basic life needs...it's just a reflection of the state of this kaleidoscopic contraption called "niger-area" |

sanusi44z: These guys are playing with their blood. I respect them.
Blame the stupid coach who cannot give instructions and tactics. All of them want to shoot, want to dribble, want to score, they need discipline. It's poverty mentality, they all want to disappear abroad without proper foundation. They don't even know the ABC of footie yet apart from ball hugging, dribbling and running all around the place like headless chickens . These bunch sadly with all the potentials they have MAY not make through the 2nd round. All a good team needs to do is watch their videos and take advantage of their selfish individual play and porous defense...finish!! |

The Ecuadorians have received good coaching...unlike our boys who must have been told to play and impress scouts as there's no way for them to make it back here at our local leagues...hence one of them will just take the ball and start running like speedy Gonzales Well, them fit still come back sha...but I haven't seen the sign yet...for now, they are still very rattled and all over the place |
