To prove this more to you, why has Chibuike Amaechi not been talking against the president until both of them fall aside as a result of the real winner of governorship forum chairman, which he Amaechi felt that GEJ want to rob him, and that was the day his campaign against the president started. I want every Nigerian to know the truth, I know haters must exist, but before you condemn GEJ please try and go through the man achievements. Yes I know insecurity might and lack of political will to prosecute corrupt politicians must have contributed to the criticism, but you must know that his achievements out weigh his failure.

One thing that I know is that, you don't fight the North politically. It is never advisable to let the North have a common enemy. When you fight the North, they tend to come together and fight their opponents regardless of their party affiliations. All the Northern Governors who claim to be in support of Jonathan are currently under pressure to dump Jonathan. Governor of Bauchi and Katsina will be put under a lot of pressure by Emirs and Sultan to dump Jonathan by end of next year. These governors will definitely dump him. Normally, the Northern elites do not favor Buhari but they are ready to support Buhari to get there and deprive Jonathan the second term he so much crave. The North has been threatened by Jonathan utterances of "Igbos are my back bone" "the votes I got from the North only came from Igbos". Those utterances were wrong by the President of Nigeria. As a a matter of fact, it was Sultan of Sokoto and some Emirs who declared support for Jonathan in the North when IBB, Atiku, Adamu Ciroma and others were giving Jonathan tough time. This was at the time of tension in the North in 2011.

The goal of the North is to get anyone from their region elected as President. It doesn't matter who that person eventually is.

still knows that you are the head. Yu need not shout or scream it daily. Its important for you to know when and how to be firm and put yur feet down over issues, however don't become a nagging husband just to prove that you are the head.

3) Issuing threats:

Beating, verbally abusing your wife, issuing threats of divorce or bragging abt marrying another wife does not make you a man. Your strength is in your ability to tame your tongue and control your fist. When she is acting her "childish woman" part, play the "matured man."

4) Reporting your wife to friends and family:

Wen yur wife offends, correct and talk things through. You don't have to tell everyone about her mistakes, that will paint her black nd sell her cheap such that you will not be able to redeem her back. It is also out of place for any man to love his mother more than his wife and kids, doing this only sets up your home for crisis.

5) Competition:

Have you seen couples who compete with each other over material acquisitions? Their properties and investments are always in separate names.

God bless us the unemployed Nigerian youths.According to my dictionary,unemployment is a situation where people who are willing,able,qualified and healthy are not working.This is the situation we the Nigerian youths have found our selves,and there is no hope on when the condition will improve.Looking at the number of graduates our institutions turn out yearly,our country have failed us.When I wake up sometime,the first thing that will strike me is the fact that I am unemployed.I have struggled to graduate financially,its true,I served my nation in the one year mandatory national youth service corps.Now the next thing is to work and contribute my quota to national development,but the work is nowhere to be found,except for some Nigerians from elites background.We the youths are helpless and we are begining to lose faith in this country.I suggest that an urgent step should be taken to avoid unprecedented chaos in this nation,I am just advising.They said that we should be self employed,as good as it sounds,can one be self employed without little money in the pocket,unless you mean that we should become professional beggers.This days every graduate want to enter military,even those without the physical ability,this is the effect of unemployment.In those days,how many graduates would want to enter military?The number was always very few,and if you ever desire it,certainly you are 100% sure of being taken.
Our country is 53yrs old,at this age we as a country ought to have achieved progress in all the sectors of our economy but the reverse is the situation.
In Nigeria today nothing is working,oh yes, we hear in the pages of national news papers of progress here and there but still the transformation has not manifested physically.
My question is what is the way forward?
I personally thinks that diversification of our economy is a key to ending this problems.States should be encouraged and allowed to extract whatever resources they have.Our police should be decentralised to state government.Also our Local government empowered as the third tier of government with full political and financial autonomy

Alliance (NPA) yesterday threatened that the region
will consider seceeding from Nigeria if President
Jonathan is barred by the Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP) from contesting the 2015 election on its
platform. Rising from a meeting, the group in a Communiqué
entitled, ‘2015: Time to bid Nigeria farewell’, said
the condition given by seven PDP governors that
Jonathan should not contest in 2015 as a ground for
the restoration of peace to PDP was insulting and
humiliating. The Communiqué jointly signed by Deacon Angoneme
Fedude and Nsikak Ebong, president and general
secretary respectively argued that the move to stop
Jonathan from re-contesting the top office was being
conceived because the president is from the South-
South. The group said: “President Goodluck Jonathan must
be allowed to exercise his constitutionally guaranteed
right of seeking a second term in the 2015 elections.
But in the event of any attempt by any individual or
group to deprive him of his democratic rights, we
have resolved to match force for force, even if it will lead to Nigeria’s disintegration.” Condemning political developments in the last couple
of days, NPA said it had “monitored, with deep
concern, the trend of events in the country,
particularly the various efforts at truncating the
administration of President Jonathan. “While we had opted to remain on the sidelines and
watched the plot against Jonathan as it unfolded right
from the period he assumed the mantle of leadership
as acting president, we view the recent move by a
group of northern governors, self-acclaimed political
leaders and elders, led by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, to illegally stop Dr. Jonathan from contesting the 2015
presidential elections as the highest threat to the
continued existence of the minorities of the South-
South region in Nigeria as a political entity.

Godwin Alabi-Isama, is a reporter’s delight
anytime. He canvasses his views with passion and emotion, not minding whose ox is gored.
He was at his best, literally shooting from the
hips, during a visit to the corporate
headquarters of Vanguard in Apapa, Lagos. In
a two-hour chat with Vanguard’s senior
editors on his book, ‘The Tragedy of Victory, On-the-spot Account of the Nigeria-Biafra War
in the Atlantic Theatre,’ the civil war hero
made startling comments that are bound to
raise dust and generate controversy in the
polity. For instance, he said the Northern and
Eastern Nigeria have jointly been ruling the country since independence in 1960 and
Nigeria has not known peace; there was no
pogrom against the Igbo during the war; Biafra
would not have lost the war if her military
leaders had been tactically disciplined and
prosecuted the war professionally; and that Nigeria neglects her heroes and heroines. He said the problem of Nigeria is disloyalty, not
corruption; Obasanjo lied in his book, ‘My
Command’; the first 1966 coup is not an Igbo
coup but it ruined Nigeria. A Delta Igbo by
paternal lineage but a Yoruba-cum northerner
via maternal links, Alabi-Isama said God has destined Nigeria to be one country and those
trying to dismember the nation labour in vain.
He prayed that Nigerians should not witness
another war because people are now very
vicious. Excerpts: Motivation to write the book I did not know I have what it takes to be a writer. We
all left secondary school to join the Army because
they will not take you if you are from the university
due to lack of trust at that time. They thought
graduates would leave after a short while. The point
has been proven that graduates did not do well in the Army then just as the likes of Rotimi and Emmanuel
Ifeajuna, who were recruited from the university to
the infantry, did not do too well. Victor Banjo was a
graduate but he was recruited for the engineering
aspect of the military where they have always
recruited graduates. In the medical (corps), you had to be a doctor, but in the infantry they never did.
However, they decided to experiment on recruitment
of graduates, which yielded no positive results. For you to be a general in the Army, you would have
done a minimum of seven to eight years of training. If
you went to the university, I don’t think you will
spend up to that to get a Ph.D. I went through all the
military training, and when I was to write the book,
there were a lot of thoughts on why I’m writing a book. I discussed with some friends, including
Adekunle (Adekoya) who is here. They encouraged me to carry on with the book based
on the ideas and my experience. Kunle told me that
the book will make a good read. So we started
working on it. On my 70th birthday, General Alani Akinrinade came
with a book, My Command, written by General
Olusegun Obasanjo. I had heard about it but I had not
read it then. He said that Obasanjo, who was our
commander, said something about me in the book;
that I will have stomach trouble if I read it. I questioned that comment; he then bought two copies
and gave me. How his mother preserved war materials When I finished reading chapter one of ‘My
Command’, I was so annoyed that I wanted to write.
Luckily for me, I went to renovate my mother’s
house in Ilorin for my 70th birthday. When I got there,
I found a big box locked up. With a thought that my
mother had kept money for me again, I broke the lock and found my military uniform, cap and so many civil
war pictures. Though not arranged, the pictures had
been saved for 40 years. When I got hold of them, the
pictures were clean and clear. So every picture I
looked at, I remembered what happened. ‘Obasanjo
had lied,’ I said. *Gen. Alabi Isama *Gen. Alabi Isama So, I started writing. Obasanjo has claimed so much
for what he did not know, and where he didn’t visit,
let alone attack. He didn’t attack anywhere, or
capture anywhere; he didn’t command a battalion
or even a brigade. Now he was saddled with a
division, the best division of the Nigerian Army at the time and that was difficult for him. But he didn’t
want us to see that it was difficult for him. I didn’t write because of Obasanjo A lot of people would have thought that the book was
written because of Obasanjo which is not true. In this
book, I have gone beyond personalities, but you
can’t avoid talking about one or two people and, as
a soldier, I had never thought that I should be saying
‘oh that man, oh that woman, oh that division, oh that state.’ In my book, I mentioned the states, I
mentioned the names of those concerned and if they
have any concerns, then they could get in touch with
me. In this book, there are 450 pictures and I still have
over a thousand pictures. I have gone beyond
personalities. What I want really is to discuss my vision in our diversity, to discuss this country. How
can we move forward? Where are we now? How did we get here? If we are satisfied, let’s
remain so, but if not, how are we going to get out of it?
We did not agree with unitary system of government
that was introduced by General Aguiyi-Ironsi, but here
we are. We couldn’t get away from unitary
government. Why did Ironsi die, why did the Army kill Ironsi or anybody for that matter because he (Ironsi)
suggested unitary government?
