maninmood: Like seriously, what quantum of joy do you derive in driving other tribes to the dust? I am a Yoruba man, unlike you, it would be quite shameful of me to point a wrong finger at other people(tribe). Love and be lovedHow did you know he's Yoruba? ![]() |

Gbawe: Guy, what are you talking about? Why are you bringing extraneous jargon to something that is realy very simple? What is ACN "wrong" at here and on this thread? Someone says Amosun has done "Nada" and I show proof (written and pictorial) of what he has done. Simple !!!!! Can some of you not stay on topic and not bring spillovers of what you are thinking elsewhere to what is currently under discussion?Mr Gbawe I ain't supporting Desola's word on "Amosun is doing nada". But you've got to know that you can't keep fooling us that ACN members are saint. Wasn't it of recent that three lawmakers in Ogun decamped to ACN from PDP, are you saying these people are now saint since they've joined ACN? Mr be factual when necessary for us not to fall into pit we're just getting up from. You wanna tell me Tinubu's(ACN leader) act of collecting 10 percent of lagosians tax which amount to over N2Billion is justifiable? Isn't the crime surrounding Lagos state head of lawmakers worth going to jail for? Desola: I don't know what to do again o because it seems some of you just don't bother to read. Forgive my laziness but I can't be bothered to return to my previous posts on this thread to prove that I didn't make my assertions based on first hand knowledge. I did stress that my awareness or lack thereof is primarily based on what I read predominantly on the net, newspapers and on t.v. I haven't had first hand experience of goings on in Ogun for some years now as it's been a while since my last visit. I didn't check the ogun website but really, if I had checked their website would I really have seen objective information? I don't think so. Nairaland is one of the avenues in which I test the people's pulse on happenings in Nigeria and unlike Lagos, I don't get much information about Ogun. I didn't make any secret of that.Myself? Die hard ACN member?! Never. Is it a problem stating what I think it worth saying? And on your last phrase: you've got to say whatever you feel like, no has termed you evil for saying your mind. Just exchanging ideas and sharing views of perspective on issues, nothing more ![]() |
@Desola, You also have to change your way of thinking. Ignorance about the performance of a governor shouldn't be the basis of conclusion that the governor is under performing. I guess you're just a kind who('s) spend(s)/(ing) all her life in Lagos city, and relies only on what she reads on internet. What gave you the impression that Amosun is "doing nada"? May be you haven't even been to the state since he came into office. I'm not defending all ACN's actions, but you have to know that they are miles better in an incomparable way to SW PDP flag bearer. No governor in Nigeria can ever, I repeat "ever" be compared to Fashola in term of achievement. You making comparison of Fashola and Amosun is unjustifiable. I can relate it to asking which would fly higher between an eagle and a hawk. One is by far opportune than the other. Other SW(ACN) governors are aswell not dulling from my assessment. Someone like the governor of Osun is just unlucky with the false trumpet his PDP rivals blow of him. He his made a scape goat due to his uncontrollable mouth. I see the guy as an extrovert who talk about anything he sees, thereby giving people like GEJ headache. Oyo state is know for her unorganized plan of structured and ancient building. Should we blame the present governor for this? It's unfair. I know the guy aswell is not sleeping and he's bringing orderliness to the state. So Desola, please don't judge the performance of a governor on what you read from media |
Upon all the respect I have for Mr Gbawe's maturity and outstanding intelligence. I find it uncomfortable when I see him display his childish defense on matters that are obvious ACN is wrong at. The fact that ACN is giving a free ride in the yoruba state doesn't mean we yorubas can't boycott them anytime they fumble like their predecessor. It's ain't bad the way ACN is following the trend of our founding fathers(Awolowo, ige, abiola...), which is undemocratic. But it's unjustifiable when it's leader(Tinubu) is known for using this uncommon privilege in accumulating the wealth of the people. This isn't the path/track the likes of awolowo laid. They give out what they have to suit the people they serve. Today, our next generation'll benefit from the great things awolowo has done. Can we say the same thing of the present leaders of the ACN? |
Desola: No problem, we have your brothers to cultivate and courier it to countries like Saudi, China et al and in return, we get their heads back on platters. ![]()

We both have deficiency but in different area. To make a meaningful comparism, we've got to look at the productivity of the two countries. India is by far miles ahead of Nigeria in term of production (automobile, drugs, mini electronics, generator, etc..). At the other side, Nigeria produces nothing tangible, except for mineral resources(crude) that she has. She doesn't even have the capacity to refine it, but export and thereafter import the refined ones with more cash. Therefore in this aspect, I'll say Nigeria is lagging. Population Upon all the productivity lead India has against Nigeria, her government is still not capable of meeting the basic needs of the larger percentage of the population. Although, this doesn't imply that Nigeria government is doing better. India has a population of about 1.1billion(+), making it the second most populous nation on earth. When critically examined, poverty is more in india than Nigeria, either in percentage or in digit. I'll say Nigeria is better in this aspect. I doubt if these two countries can be compared to each other, they're both still far from meaningful development. But India has more international recognition and better image compared to Nigeria. |
^^^I'm not the one 'chasing' after a certain issue (24/7) like my life depended on it. Look, it's ok to hate on Igbos, but when it takes over your life to the point of spending the greater part of your 'productive' day agonizing over Igbo-related issues, then i think it's time you paid your shrink a visit.....don't you?
Yes boss ![]() Yeye ibo boy ![]() |
That guy suppose to be behind bars now, if Nigeria government is a serious and thinking one. It's pathetic seeing him roam around when a hustler alleged to have stolen sum not up to one-tenth of his, is on a life in jail penalty |
I rather hope you get a ban quickly before I sacrifice mine to finish you empty brain ranting about how your irrelevant pictures was deleted
![]() You dey fear? ![]() |
^^^nigga your ramblings, bitterness, joblessness, incoherence, Igbophobia, and juvenile e-fights all sound kinda familiar....sure the 'eko atlantic' moniker you use is your first and only one on this website ? If it's not, it makes your situation all the more pathetic, and you really need to get out more, so this Igbophobia doesn't define and take over your lonely life.Cheers mate.
Who sounds bitter here? ![]() |
shut up. You and your ip need to be banned for calling igbos dirty. A coal calling a pot black. The thread was simply closed because the igbo boys there took you to school
Who's this useless fellow? Unreasonable maggot |
Hmmm mm..... See these jobless uncircumcised village youth jumping around. Definitely most of them are either dropout or still seeking admission into institutions. What the 'F' is Aboki's business if you've invested a lot on it or not. Who sent you to develop their land for them. Thieves, always looking for people's land to steal. Na so dem claim Lagos ![]() Same with Abuja ![]() They better learn from their Ebonyi counterpart, by selling galla or spare parts on major roads or been an hotel attendant. |
Callotti: Bullshyte. . .Don't mind those kidnappers Yeye people. They don't know they're doomed by now. The Ijaws are taking their place already |
Yeah I'm fvcking damn fed up of these mortherfvckers useless mods. Why the hell did they delete a picture I up loaded while trying to discuss with my akpu Igbo brothers from the East. I guess they're damn been partial. They now later close the thread. That's damn unfair https://www.nairaland.com/1051200/lets-lend-fashola-onitsha |
Of course, the fact is just indisputable. Is it the North filled with suicide bombers? Or the S/South with militants East with gay(izm), Fahg, old women molestation, carrying of marijuana and kidnappers.
