Diademk07:The English attack is too young/inexperienced. Either Rooney or Wilshere should be pushed forward. There were some simple things that were needed to be done from the right and middle of their attack, they were done very wrongly. |
England fell my hand. I want them to prove critics wrong but look at how they started. Although they dominated completely. I blame Hart for that goal. Where else was that header going? It had only one destination and Hart was a spectator. Smalling and Cahill went to same direction, else one of them should have contested that header. Wilshere was too forward when England needed to kill time. At the end he was losing possession, and he appeared to have lost the possession that led to build up and pressure for that equaliser. I think there was something missing between Lallana and Kane. Lallana was not creative and didn't apply the right weight to his passes. |
Nihilist:Na wao! |
MaziOmenuko:You are right. Pogba was poor today. He was easily the worst player in the French midfield. Kante played very well just as we saw him did for Leicester all season. But Payet ran the show today. What a show for Payet. |
Paddy McNair has revealed Jose Mourinho contacted him to wish him luck ahead of Northern Ireland’s Euro 2016 campaign. The defender has since totalled 21 appearances for his club, and good form has seen him named in Northern Ireland’s squad for the European Championships. The 21-year-old has won nine caps for his country, and he has revealed Mourinho has wished him luck ahead of the tournament. McNair said: "He sent me a text message wishing me good luck for the tournament - that was nice of him. "I'm sure he'll be watching and I'll be trying my best and hopefully he likes what he sees." #BREAKING David de Gea "It is all a lie. I'm the first to be surprised by the news. I want to deny it. It's a lie and it's false. Nothing more. I feel even stronger about staying with the national team... it is all false and it is in my lawyers hands. I have not planned to leave the national team. "I have no idea where this story is coming from or how it got in the press. I'm just calm and looking forward. I dont know how I could be mixed up in this. "I am a quiet guy and it is difficult that something affects me. And when something is false more reasons not to be affected. It gives me strength. I know what I have done with my life. It is all false." |
PietroRico:Mehn!!! Just when his time had arrived to keep Casilas on the bench. And who knows what happen next. Hope it won't expand to Martial eventually? Just we when want it take a giant stride forward. |

Are beautiful women scares? All these our footballers sef! |
raumdeuter:Lol, the one that involved Anthony Martial, it was our young players that were involved. All of them chasing one woman. Lingard, Januzaj, Powel, Varela and Martial who had an ADULTERY WITH HER. lol, I don't wanna use extra-marital affair. That is polishing it. footballlive.ng/footballnews/tatafoo/five-man-united-players-chase-one-girl/ |
It beats my imagination how Pogba can even cost beyond £65m. May be I don't really know his worth. But he is Juventus best player. |
elrony:Lol |
SailorXY:You are right. But Phil Jones is not really on the tall side, just above average. That is if you meant Phil and not Stones. Phil Jones is not tall, he only has jumping power/ability. Phil is 5 ft11, Eric Bailly is 6 ft 1/2 these two guys are even shorter than Vidic and Ferdinand. But they both have jumping power. Eric, an Africa player, will surely have that ability. Eric Bailly and John Terry are same height. Cahill is far taller than Terry, but I believe Terry is better in dealing with aerial threats. We had two many starting players who offered nothing in aerial contests. Blind, Rojo, Valencia, Mata, Herrera, Lingard and Carrick. Carrick is very tall but lack ability to battle aerial balls. He has no jumping power. |
According to AS in Spain, Jose Mourinho has offered €100m for Paul Pogba, but Juventus want €120m. .............. Mourinho's obsession with physical players. |
While at the Spanish Euro16 training camp David de Gea this evening has spoken to Spanish radio station Cadena Ser. Again he was asked about his future and a move to Madrid and he admits United needed a coach like Mourinho. "I know nothing about Madrid wanting to sign me. I'm calm. I've 3 more years at United. "I've played big games and won titles at United. I'm a more mature player now and prepared for anything. "I feel like the same kid as I always have. The same calm and the same will to compete and win titles. I am very grateful to United and I'm very happy there. "We hope that the arrival of Mourinho, with its winning character, will return to United at the highest level. I have not spoken with Mourinho nor I have asked colleagues, I believe that we already know it all. "We've missed a manager like Mourinho, has personality and winning character; we needed him, his signing is a success. We hope that Mourinho, with his will to win, will take United back to the top." olabode89:Lingard is an average player. Januzaj needs plenty games for one to assess his maturity. |

Spy360:I like his kind of football. It's so unique. Wish we had him last season on the right side and Martial on the left. |
I beg, we don't need this Pogba.

Sir Alex Ferguson reduced Paul Pogba to tears during the French midfielder’s time at Manchester United, according to the player’s mother. Having joined United’s academy from Le Havre in controversial circumstances in 2009, Pogba failed to break into the first-team squad at Old Trafford and consequently decided to move on. His mother Yeo Moriba has now revealed details of the final stages of his Premier League career – ranging from Ferguson’s last ditch attempts to keep Pogba at Old Trafford to the harsh treatment that followed. Moriba told Associated French Press: “I said, ‘What? Ferguson coming to my house! He came alone’ "We had got together with his brothers and we decided: he won’t re-sign. “Ferguson punished him, he didn’t play him, Paul was alone. He even cried in Ferguson’s office over the way he was treated. "Nowadays you'd have to say I know a bit about football, you can't fool me, I'm asked for advice, that's all. All three (sons) respect me, and they listen to me." [Source: AFP] #MUFC #Pogba #SirAlex |
Paul Pogba has admitted that he doesn’t regret leaving Manchester United after falling out with former manager Sir Alex Ferguson, with the club now facing the prospect of paying up to €100m [£78.1m] to sign a player who left them for just £800,000. United though are in the market for Pogba and Jose Mourinho believes he can build his new team around a character like the Frenchman, who has displayed huge levels of confidence as well as the talent to match it. That confidence was seen as early as when he was 19 years old, when Pogba told Ferguson that he would be leaving United despite the legendary manager wanting to keep hold of the teenager. “He's a coach I respect a lot, but he's a human. I'm someone who says what he thinks. Whether it's Ferguson or Obama, I'll tell him. “Ferguson came to my place. We talked. It did make me think. He wanted to keep me, but I'd made my decision to leave. "With them you train to the end, up to perfection, because Paul Scholes – despite his age – was still there at the end of practice, hitting long passes, shots. He didn't miss one. When you're there, you have to adapt fast. I like that – always challenges. [Source: Independent] #MUFC #Pogba |
Jose Mourinho has revealed that he cannot wait to start working with Michael Carrick after the veteran midfielder signed a one-year contract extension with the Red Devils on Thursday afternoon. And newly appointed United boss Mourinho admits that he was thrilled to be able to tie Carrick down to a new contract at Old Trafford. Speaking to United’s website, Mourinho said: “Michael is a very intelligent midfielder and a great reader of the game. “I am pleased that he will be extending his contract. His form this year shows his ability and his enjoyment of the game are as strong as ever. “Michael has a wealth of experience from his many years at the club and that knowledge will be invaluable to me. I am really looking forward to working with him.” [Source: manutd.com] #MUFC #Carrick |
"Manchester United and Everton are the only clubs I have played for as a professional footballer," the United captain said, according to ESPN . "I am happy to say now that, whatever may happen in the future, I will never play for another Premier League club. "I owe United and Everton everything for giving me my footballing opportunities. Everton and United, along with my family, gave me the support and opportunity to help me achieve my goals and dreams." https://m.yahoo.com/w/legobpengine/sports/news/manchester-united-transfer-news-wayne-130000844.html?orig_host_hdr=sports.yahoo.com&.intl=us&.lang=en-US&_device=tablet |
SailorXY:My heart rejoices..... Lovely! |
parrotibaba:Blind will be 5th choice CB under any coach at United other than Gaal. He could be a back up LB to Shaw. But Mensah and Jackson are in better shape for that role. Juventus were interested in Jackson towards the end of last season, then Gaal had to quickly give some games again to avoid the Pogba fiasco. And he did well in the last league match of the season, with good work with Martial while delivery those dangerous crossing. Midfield is a no no for Blind. Midfield could work for him in some other leagues like Netherlands, but not in the EPL. Too small, slow and one footed. At least Carrick is tall and two footed. |
tess1:So the gif is even two seasons ago, when he was 21? |
parrotibaba:Even if he wants to come, no need to go for him. |
Reports that we are in lead for Pogba, £78m. City is reported to have withdrawn. This money is too much o. |
olabode89:Mourinho recognizes the fact that we don't need Blind in that our Central Defence. |
sinizia:We should not sell too many. We should bring more than we will let go. |
The way dadehmola underrates Phil Jones is alarming. This was Phil Jones who was the regular in our defence in early 2011/2012 when we had a run of great results, beating Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham, Everton, and the memorable 8-2 victory over Arsenal. He paired either Evans or Ferdinand and was always rated higher than them. Smalling was either on the bench or in right back. It was injury that ruined the party and even when fit, SAF would use him for some dirty jobs in midfield against physical players like Fellaini, Bale etc. Now you said someone who could be said to be easily our best defender on arrival, doesn't have sense. When Jones was fit this season, he was having more clearances than Smalling. He has top our interception chart many seasons. |
