Who told you they printed hard copy of the notes, I didn't know I am conversing with an olodo. That's not how it works, let me school you. CBN did not printed hard copy of that N60b to be shared among states, what CBN did was creat money, and wired the money to the states account to sustain the economy during the COVID-19 crackdown, CBN prints hard copy money only to replace the mutilated notes or when it introduces new notes.

Obaseki and Wike are ignorant of what they are saying, Obaseki can be asked, how did he collects his money, was it in cash or transfered?

There is nothing wrong in Government printing money to sustain it economy, so many powerful countries does that, but if you are an illiterate and dumb that's how you will mixed up things, thinking you are dragging someone to the mud.

Most people thought that CBN printed hard copies of monies to the tune of N60b for the states to share, but the fact here is, CBN only credit the accounts of those in question. If you know you know and if you don't know now you know and stop making fool of yourself or showing yourself off that you are an illiterate.

China did it, in fact China printed trillions to help build their economy and today they are better for it. If we have good economic managers in Nigeria, they should print trillions of naira to support infrastructure and not for recurrent expenditure.
