The IGR is increasing in every state in Nigeria while Nigeria populace have become the world capital of poverty by UN. Try to reason analytically not emotionally so that Nigeria can be better for you and me. Increase in IGR in any state in Nigeria mean that the state will have more poor masses. Freezing money from poor masses through multiple taxation in the name of increasing state IGR doesn't make any sense, until state start increasing their IGR through export of finished goods, creation of jobs through industrialization, that is when the state will start growing.
