I have experienced that before. The seller said the shipping method changed so I needed to add extra money for the new shipping. I did that because I needed the item and the item was sent.

I don't know how this tax thing works especially for people who are employed under the private sector.

I know that govt workers get their taxes deducted from the salary but what of private employees?

And also, what of people who earn money by working online (fiverr, and other online businesses)? Are they supposed to pay tax too?
