Does the 20k include shipping cost? I'd also appreciate the link when available...

Unfortunately, it's now about 30k.

Most AliExpress acclaimed psw na msw but i will bro. Help with a specific brand if u can pls.
Most are not branded

The one I bought is actually pure sine wave. No humming with fans or led bulbs. I just tried looking for it, unfortunately, the store doesn't have it again. The only store that has it sells at 14k plus 15k shipping fee so that's approx 30k.

I'll keep looking sha. You can also try searching by yourself. Take note of customer reviews and watch out for oscilloscope test pictures. That's your proof of the nature of the sine wave.

Yes ceepro na 25k 600w
U r right

I need psw WITHOUT charger if possible

If you don't mind waiting, you can get 600w Psw inverter on AliExpress for around 20k. Just type 600w pure sine wave inverter in the search bar. I got one from there last year.

With the resumption of international flight, you won't have to wait too long unlike when borders were still closed.

About 5months and counting, it has its cons and pros sha, cons being that u can't adjust charge profile and the charging amperage is quite low (10a @ 12v and 24v respectively).
Pros bring that it has a built in AVR and a dedicated DOD switch which u can set to 50% or 25% DoD.

All else is as it should be.

A friend here (Valto) once told me of an icellpower echo x4 12v 1.5kva inverter (continuous work rating is 1kva) with adjustable settings for almost everything and a low self consumption too. It might be worth looking into, though it was out of stock for sometime, you might be lucky to get one. I believe it can also serve u well.

NB: the icellpower inverter does not come with battery cables nor power cables.

This should not be an issue because charging will be mostly through solar panels. Thanks

It's not on Jumia but it's on the BTS store on Konga, as per it's durability I have not used it but I've used the 1kva BTS inverter model and the BTS brand is a rugged brand, so I feel it should also be good.

How long have you been using your BTS inverter?
I intend getting the 1.5kva 24v version. The only heavy stuff it will power once in a while is a small fridge rated 100w or so. I hope that's a good choice?

brother,
really its been a while. though i may appear to be absent from the thread at times, my spirit, my soul still
breathes solar.
i tactically stopped making reference to my system size long ago in order not to appear to gloat. some here
might even misinterpret it as showboating. even the solar harvests that i post from time to time is just a way
of encouraging a few of us here who still look at solar with hidden doubt, not too sure of its possibilities. it's
my own way of saying, "hey, it's possible. solar is real".
that said, i have a very robust system comprising 48 solar panels total nominal capacity about 15kw. batteries
used to be 12pcs 260ah zenith lead acid totaling 780ah
until earlier this year when i did an upgrade.
i will be posting details of this in the next few days along with pictures.

Sir, just open an electricity distribution company already! grin

The phone now be like Virgin.... I had to start installing and downloading. It was painful. Abeg who had a bitter experience with this recent update Abi na only me.?

You see what I was saying the other day?

We have gone from "why is Xiaomi not pushing updates to my phone, this is unfair"

to

"See what this update has done to my phone, why did they even release this update?"

There is no need updating your phone if it is working fine. No need fixing what is not broken!

Please is it true that xiaomi parts r nt available in Nigeria

You can get the parts here.

And by the way, you most likely won't have any need for spare parts because of the quality build.

I have been using my phone for close to 3 years now and the only 'parts' I have replaced are the phone cover/case and tempered glass. I deliberately replace them after a number of months just to keep the phone looking new.

What's all the fuss about updates sef? I am still on the version that came with my phone even though update notifications have been popping up. Why? My phone is working well and I am Ok with it.

The annoying thing is, some people will complain about not getting updates and when they finally get it, they will still come here to complain that the update did this or that to their phone.

I no blame una sha, na Xiaomi dey spoil una with frequent updates.

This one that you are seeing millions now!!

okay, the breakdown.. I don remove some gadgets shaa

43inch TV - 80watts
sound bar --- 70watts
led bulbs (5watts) -- 8pcs -- 40 watts
decoder -- 30watts
phone chargers-- let's say 10watts(10* 5phones)--- 50watts
fans--- (4pcs *40watts)--- let's say 200watts

All the above calculation Na 470watts

So, 470watts for 8hours

Now we are getting somewhere....cheesy

From your list, I don't think all these will run simultaneously for 8hours. For instance, your phones cannot charge continuously for 8hours so that knocks off the 50w from your continous load.
I assume your continous load will eventually be around 350w.

Now, lets wait for the gurus to come and give you figures in hundreds of thousands, shey that is Ok? grin

millions ke!!!! I never belleful like that ooo. please what can be done to reduce the cost..

like 600watts for 8 hours

I still see millions grin

How about you give an idea of the appliances you want to run on the setup?

Maybe gurus here can give you energy-efficient options or advice on how to best optimise the appliances for lower consumption.

600w continous for 8hours is still huge.
