@ pheesayor, i read it on encomium magazine, but its quite unfortunate encomium has no website so i cant post any link but i will check the edition of that very story and post it for those that use to buy encomium.but i'm sure it was around october/november. to you guys it may be the first positive comment but to me it is just another post that is xterise by te reality aspect of the issue in question.it got to a point i realise that faze is too innocent a man to weather all these controversies on him,he accept destiny and believe in what future has in stock for him,it is you guys that always make him go beyond his limitaion by comparing him to some pple that are more succesful than he do. those models threating him not to come to south africa unless he is holding their money,but i got it from a reliable source that he had travelled to SA before the akon show to settle the debt,so i think we dont need to feast on this topic any more. |

i knew about his incident some months ago even b4 psquare shot their video because those model that dance on "do me" video happen to be the one that feature in faze's video,they insisted that they are not gonna feature in psquare video unless they pay them their money in full because faze paid them half of their money and refused to balance them after finishing the shooting of his videos.psquare had to pay double fees for these models to feature in do me video.left for me,the guy has realy tried on the management aspect of himself,he is been manage by his own independent label.it will be very hard for him in the aspect of finance to come out with such a world class videos,infact i commend his courageous effort which pave way for the akon deal.i'm sure he had travelled to SA after the incident to settle his debt,we dont need to castigate him because he has realy tried alone as an artist,all he need from us is our love because the more he realise he is in controversy the more he will loose his balance in the entertainment world.go on faze! |

sect,i'm not interested in ur post,so dont be carried away if i quote from you.akon is yet to unveil faze as an artist under his label but i know ceteris pluribus he will be sign under konvict. baro,i dont need to apologise to faze because i was stating the only fact of the story,although i label him a liar which i think it's too extreme considering the situation but he was too fast to anounce a deal that is yet to be under a seal.i was not wrong in any way because i read in encomium that he was given a paper to study before he will be sign to konvict.by the way it is faze that has learn a lesson or two from the controversy that came up from the deal,so learned nairalnder faze dont deserve apology from eleshin. by the way why is it that it is only faze deal with akon tht pple are discussing?i thought i heard akon mentioning both faze and 2face on his wish-list of african artist to be sign under his label. |

"gat to have it all,not just a bite" "gat to have it all,not by power not by might" 2face idibia(nfana baga) i also confirm faze/akon deal today on encomium magazine,but it is still sketchy somehow,because due to the report in the paper akon is quoted as saying faze is his brother and there is no way he can deny him,that the deal is suffering a setback due to the poor distribution structure in africa.well it is a step up there for african artist,2face featuring kelly,faze under konvict,it is nothing but a big break gor our artists.lets just pray for them that the deal brings more fortune to them and their career. |

@ baro and sect this is very certain now that you are personalising what is suppose to be a forum to express how you feel about an issue.baro ur post was born out of hatred and beef for 2face coz you didnt state the reason why he was booed off stage.what happened to 2face can happen to any nigerian artists even your less succesfull faze.in nigeria our artists dont perform with band,all they do is mime to their CD.lagbaja,femi kuti and some little few performs with live band others use to mime.but 2face had before now perform with live band,a vivid example was d first edition of thisday music festival and nta band on the stand,he perform exceptionally well at the nta band on the stand that the crowd yell they want more of him.you pple shud look 4 another medium to hit back on 2face after ur darling faze lied about a deal with akon.i'm sure you heard he still owe those models that feature in his music videos.all these controversy still trails faze whereas you guys are on the lookout for a wrong doing on the part of 2baba to capitalise on.come to think it,if it is faze in 2's position they wud just kill him instead of the fairer treatment on 2. 50 came to nigeria last month to mime "i get money",it happens everywhere only that it wasnt 2 lucky day.the incident does not occur because of any other thing but because he was miming his songs which is not part of their culture in america,i've watch many of his shows in america where he gave outstanding performance,this only happens because there are more americans in the crowd. |

@ baro you are funny!i want the thread to discontinue whereas me too wants the thread to continue,it's nothing but expression of our personal opinion.i felt it is high time we close the thread because even the hardest fan of faze will agree that grass2grace is better than independent base on the success achieved by the two albums.then on faze issue,I STILL STAND ON MY POINT THAT HE LIED THAT HE WAS SIGN TO KONVICT.akon clear the air that he wanted to sign both faze and 2face!how has that bail faze out of the lying controversy?.till now akon has not confirm faze as an artist under konvict music,he only said he is working on signing both faze and 2face.myself and me too can never disagree,he only wants the thread to continue,so you guys should go and collect the money you pay to PASUMA for the celebration of ELESHIN AND ME TOO DISAGREEMENT.coz aint no more party 4 you. |

pheesayor pls answer the question!.akon owns konvict,i dont see any reason why he shud lie about signing someone. mere observing the scenario one will deduce that he was still discussing with faze when faze jumped the gun and started basking in an abstract euphoria of been sign to konvict music.to be frank faze will learn a lot from this akon issue and i'm sure he will be more mature next time to handle such a sensitive issue .to me faze is alright as he is, if not for all his fans that are carried away by one single (kolomenta) and started comparing him with MTV and MOBO awards winner (u know who i'm talking about).i think we shud close this thread because all we need to know to determine the truth of the matter has been revealed by the major character himself(akon).till the time i'm typing this message faze is not yet sign to konvict music,so i dont see any reason why we shud be typing for no reason.the most amazing thing is that all faze fans now agree that he is not sign to konvict. perhaps they redirect their anger towards akon multifunctional attitude that can give you YES AND NO at the same time.maybe you guys shud mail him and unveil ur disappointment due to d way he handle faze. |
