Should the citizens who purchase phones in the phone shops be made to suffer from the failure of the Standards organization of Nigeria or NCC? Is it not their duty to ensure that substandard products are not imported and sold in the markets? You walk into a shop, find a phone of interest, purchase it at a very exhorbitant price and then find out much later that it does not meet with the rules.
