Now, since Obi left 156 million dollars in the state purse, why did Obiano not pay whatever outstanding was there, seeing that the state had more than enough? Maybe you APC people, who keep on searching in vain, did not read it when Obiano said that part of the funds left by Obi were used to build the airport in Umuleri, assuming that you know that name.

Whether una like am or not Obi will floor Soludo and Tinubu again completely in Anambra state in 2027. Soludo said worse things in 2022 and he got his reward at the polls. He failed all of you and Tinubu completely.

Anambra state votes APGA at the state level, any party of Obi’s choice at the state/federal assembly and Presidential. The same will repeat itself in 2027.

Very true. Anambra has a peculiar friendly politics now, unlike before. This is because calm heads have insisted that reasonability must prevail, but Soludos bitterness risks changing that landscape. If he was a wiser politician who wasn't driven by emotions, he could have tolerated Obi at best or simply turned a blind eye to avoid the current back and forth, like Obiano largely did. There's no way this passive approach would've hurt his own future ambitions. Now, the APC Tigers are watching calculatingly. Whatever bargaining chip he hopes to negotiate 2031 with is being burnt from both ends. This is because the few who'd have stood on the sidelines would now with a bigger resolve ensure that Obi wins Anambra 100%, as they'd consider him a victim. Should that happen, Soludo has nothing to offer in order to be considered in 2031.

Soludo has an eye on national politics when he vacated the office of the Governor. I strongly believe that he intends to decamp to APC with his cabinet before he vacates office, using the state as his bargaining chip for national office.

Peter Obi is that barrier. As long as Obi is there, Anambra state will not vote APC. So Soludo needs to de-market Obi as much as possible, to enable him secure some votes for APC in 2027.

Anambra people vote for APGA at the state level, but Obi at the national level. Again, with NDC, just as it happened with LP, we expect those who are on the back of Obi at the national level - Victor Umeh, Tony Nwoye - to retain their seats, along with members of the state assembly. Soludo has a very huge headache with Obi’s popularity in Anambra state. His little appearance anywhere in Anambra state commands huge crowds and troubles traffic. Anambra north where Tony Nwoye comes from is a total Obi zone.

I think Soludo may become politically irrelevant, just like Obiano and Mbadinuju after 2030, if he does not play his game well. Soludo desperately needs APC for his political survival, but that won’t happen in Anambra state.

Soludo plays extreme politics and doesn't have the restraint of an Obiano or Ngige. He's trying hard as he might to prove that he can fight his own brother dirty, but I pray his ambition doesn't end up consuming his own political career. He is certainly yet to realize that they already have an opinion about him.

That’s exactly the reason that he is disrespected in the state. Unfortunately for him, his bitterness has not permitted to see the bigger picture of Obi, who’s popularity in the state cannot be wished away by him. Soludo has an eye on his next political office. Remember that Obi’s nabe opens doors for many? So antagonising Obi gives him one foot in APC, while he weighs his ambition after 2030.

All public records and general consensus proved that civil servants were paid their salaries until the day when Obi handed over to Obiano. Did you hear Obiano complain that he inherited a civil service owed salaries by Peter Obi.

Show us documentary evidence of debts by Obi’s administration as of the 14th of March 2014 and Soludo’s government is showing a video of that protest. What a clueless administration. No wonder he is not regarded in Anambra state. Those of us who have managed to ask others to give Soludo a chance are not ashamed of Soludo.

Was Soludo not sure of himself when he claimed that Obi never owed? Soludo’s government is not able to meet up with that simple challenge. If he likes, he can conjure, re-draw and wipe out, the records are there. Show us evidence of any wrong doing by Obi.

All the yeye strategies to get votes of out Anambra state for Tinubu, would be roundly and crushingly defeated in 2027. Soludo has not forgotten the pain of 2023, when Obi crushed him and Tinubu in Anambra state.
