Burob:Poor man and mouth. Na lie I lie before? No be garri and rice dey carry you go vote, including urgent 2k? Na only poor man pikin dey talk ethic politics. Go and research it. Oya, who first shout “ebi n pawa”? You follow inside. The way you carry a leader who afflicts his ebi n pawa people with so much poverty and misery without shame, requires forensic examination. |
anonimi:The same Obi who has become the tormentor in chief, with the simple truth and no bribe supporters? The same Obi whose name takes away sleep from the eyes of your principal? Na fear hold all of una. The same baba who Buhari had consigned to the dustbin of political history and had to shout those famous words in Ogun state? |
Burob:No be only picture, na pinshure. Show us one picture of staggering baba going about with his wife or his son to donate five hundred million or one billion. Tell us where the money comes from. |
Burob:Voter’s card, you no get. On election day if no be drinking garri, you will be playing football or ludo, if no be so, you will be at the polling booth looking for urgent 2k from party agents or collecting rice. Na wetin we take know una be that. Na mouth una get. Nothing more nothing less. |
Burob:But one baba’s son and his wife go around from one end of the country to the other donation five hundred million, one billion, etc and yet no one knows where the money comes from. Do they hide their own good from cameras? Hypocrisy no go let una sleep. Between the baba and Obi, who’s a fraudster? After all Obi’s sources of income, family, friends, childhood and schools are well documented. Where can we find baba’s records? Anyway, no sleep for una eye tonight. Maybe you should just ask for the next school to be visited. Get there, wait at the gates and ask for some help when he passes. |
anonimi:Meanwhile, with content creation, he garnered over 6 m votes in 2023. Baba who had been eyeing the Presidency for over twenty years could not get forty percent of votes country nationwide. No sleep for una eye tonight over that money. |
Kylekent59:The likes of Bayo Onanuga and Reno Omokri will not sleep well tonight. What a pain it will be in their hearts? They will say “this man again”, even in their sleep. Chai. This man sofri sofri. Some people here on Nairaland no go sleep well too oo. |
Richtaiwo:Hahahaha. Henceforth, each time you say OK, it should remind you about Mr. Peter Obi. Thankfully, your likes who have flooded social media spaces, deluding yourselves, always inadvertently promote Peter Obi. Go and read from your colleagues and see how your lies keep promoting Obi daily. Meanwhile why don’t you face and promote your failed fake certificate principal, who you cannot successfully launder his dirty laundry? Deal with those. |
Richtaiwo:At least you have not been spared the well packaged fraudulent Tulumbu failed fake promises. Enjoy the misery and poverty. |
Richtaiwo:Now we have a President who has been accused of certificate forgery and drug peddling. If he managed to become the President, how do you want to hinder Peter Obi, or any other aspirant? Who is more fraudulent between a man who’s records are in the public and a man who riots and qualifications, including childhood and ancestry are unknown? Who is the packaged fraud between the two? Obi is the nemesis of those who want to live in fraudulent and corrupt societies. Your likes who thrive on corruption and embezzlement are scared. Deal with it. |
Arsenal for both trophies, with no stress. That’s the destiny of Arsenal this year. The league and FA cups surrendered to allow Arsenal focus on the biggest ones. No more losses. Let’s go GUNNERS! |
Richtaiwo:Claptrap and yet you read it and responded. Make your reckless Obi comments again and get equal response. |
Richtaiwo:Now remember that if you do not want to be quoted, reserve your comments for APC/BAT. As long as you think that you can make reckless claims against the person of Mr. Peter Obi, who you have written his name as pitobi, expect responses from people like me. Just as you guys almost swoon when BAT is addressed as a drug baron, expect your candidate to be served in such measure. |
reddingtonblack:No, Atiku tried to sabotage OBJ and failed woefully. If he succeeded, he would have been the President in 2003. If he waited patiently, he would have been the President in 2007. Atiku has consistently showed that you cannot rely on him. He has consistently deceived those who have put their political trust in him. In 1999, after OBJ secured the PDP Presidential ticket, there was the challenge of who should be the VP candidate. Atiku had won the Adamawa state governorship election. There were the likes of Adamu Ciroma to be chosen out of five names that included Atiku’s. Fortunately for Atiku, he was the leader of the then Shehu Yaradua’s PF political platform, which controlled northern politics. That advantage and the need to defeat APP/Buhari in the north, led to the choice of Atiku over more trusted people. Atiku was replaced as the governor of Adamawa state by Boni Haruna, who contested as his deputy. Atiku became the VP of the country. OBJ gave him so much freedom and power. Atiku was in contact with the governors. He was in charge of the economic team. But beneath him was absolute greed and jealousy. He planned to use the Governors to remove OBJ at the convention in 2002. He had 21 governors whose delegates would vote for him. He always preferred that kind of arrangement. That’s why he chose consensus over direct primaries against Obi. The late Chief Tony Anenih and Ahmadu Ali saved OBJ. They were absolutely trusted by OBJ and they never failed. Atiku did not know that Anenih had approached the governors and overnight, the story changed. That’s how OBJ won and retained his Presidency. Trust was broken and OBJ dealt with Atiku ruthlessly during the second term. That’s the genesis of all the bad names OBJ has been calling him since those years. Atiku has not stopped. He contested on ACN and failed. He lost to Buhari in APC in 2014 and decamped to the same PDP that he joined to destroy. He contested on PDP platform in 2019 and 2023 and failed. This time again, all he needed was Obi on his side and he played the usual game. He failed completely. When they say the north, I always disagree. When you say the north, please be specific. The north central is not of the same thinking as the north east and west. Atiku may have his leverage in the northeast, but Kwankwanso has his leverage in the north west. Can he control the north central? No. That’s APC territory presently. Next year, a weakened PDP will be on the ballot in Kaduna. Atiku will be on the platform of ADC. Obi scored greatly in Kaduna, so this time with NDC, it will be a battle. The same goes to the north east and I do not expect Shettima and co. to let Atiku have any peace. How can Atiku even excel in Adamawa, with Binani now on the ticket of NDC. There will be a big contest there too, with ADC, PDP, NDC and APC. Wahala dey for Atiku. He made a huge mistake first with OBj and next with Obi two times. I do not see how Atiku can ever be the President of this country, with his poor permutations. Wike will be laughing his head off. |
LagosOrigin:He’s the sole reason why those NASS members decamped to ADC. Atiku has repeatedly exhibited his greed and poor political calculations. He does not have the right map to the Presidency. The opportunity came to him in 2019 and 2023. His impatience and poor calculations cost him the opportunities. This time Atiku may be that fifth columnist in ADC/opposition colors, working for the success of APC. His greatest error was in 2023. Even with Obi on the ballot, if only Atiku agreed with Wike, he would be the President today. First, he would be guaranteed the financial and physical muscle needed from Wike’s side. He would be guaranteed the Rivers state votes. He also would be guaranteed the votes from other governors who were in Wike’s side. Ortom would not need to contest on LP ticket, etc. Atiku’s greed and reckless/over bloated political arithmetics cost him all. He chose a very weak Okowa. A man who lost his own state and Infact was very unpopular in his own state. The same Okowa would be soundly defeated by Ned Nwoko for the Delta north senatorial seat. Now Atiku has a very solid Obi to contend with. Just as it happened in 2023, if he allowed the South to proceed and then wait another four years for his turn, the seat probably would be his in 2031. Now ADC, an opposition party, has become an opposition to NDC, another opposition party, aside from opposing APC. Now NASS members have left him. Atiku is alone with Melaye and others who live in delusion in the very soon to become a defunct ADC. Obi has become an opposition to them in ADC. Now again Obi has become a social media man. They live in grand delusion. The truth remains that Obi is the name. He plays politics better than them all. He understands the permutations. He understands the arithmetics. He reads the political barometer clearly. That’s why he outsmarted APC, when they thought that Atiku had helped them trap him in ADC. Obi was long ago agreeing with NDC/Dickson. The rest is history. The Presidency has been zoned to the south by NDC. All agreed. Now they will have direct primaries to determine the candidate. Kwankwanso will be on the ballot with Obi. APC sees the real threat and now no more sleep. |
SpencerForbes:Stop showing this level of ignorance on social media spaces. How you come dey disgrace yourself like this? Na Ogbomosho you dey live? Abi na Sambisa forest you dey? |
Topman7:Too much alaye life does not let people reason well. Now it is “average governorship”. Na jealousy no let una see road. |
Richtaiwo:Your oga moved from AD to ACN. Ask him why he could not manage the disagreements within the then AD. If Tinubu could manage Lagos, what stops a fellow ex governor from managing the federation? You all are confused and bitter, just like Datti. You claim that it is the turn of the South and yet expect Kwankwanso and Atiku, who are partners to run? You expect Obi to become someone’s deputy, seeing that APC can ignore him at their peril. Or you expect Kwankwanso to delude himself when it is clear him that Obi performed better than him in the north in 2023? As we know, BAT once said “na statistics we go chop”? Note that statistics will lay facts bare. I advise that you look through the records of 2023 and prove to yourself that Obi beat Kwankwanso. Without doubt Kwankwanso will deputize Obi, knowing fully that the unwritten agreement is for power to remain in the south until 2031. Kwankwanso expects to run in 2031 when it will be the turn of the north. Atiku can keep deluding himself. Please help us tell him that the horse long bolted away. |
dragunov:You only have one vote and nothing more. On election day na one thousand naira be your own and you go surrender yourself. Any other thing na mouth. That’s why dem dey call una elenu. |
benardtotti:No be only store, na supermarket. Una yansh open for public to see. Una no get secret for life. Una own na small satchet added to one thousand naira or one cup of rice and una go surrender una life. You have absolutely nothing that you are capable of. We already know. Babangida told us long ago that if your people say there”ll be war, he will go to bed with fear. Na mouth una get. |
codemaniacs:So why did you not tell your tribes forefathers to reject the idea of fusing them together with other tribes to form Nigeria at independence? If you cry poverty, then know that it is a function of partying while others are working. It is a function of drinking while others are working. Who do you want to blame? Those who work hard to earn their living, or those who knock on the doors of the hardworking beg for money, matches, maggie cubes, pepper, etc? |
codemaniacs:That is your very warped poor man’s opinion. If your reason of getting to that position is “economic power”, then you delude yourself and you will keep voting for the wrong leaders. For your information, good societies are built by good leaders and not tribalistic people. Vote for good leaders and you will be guaranteed proper development of your societies and people. It is only poor people who talk about tribalism and religion when there’s talk about building proper societies. You are like the Iranians. While others are developing their countries and practicing free trade, you build weapons of mass destruction and stagnate yourself and people. Let tribalism alone and grow up. Your politicians who pollute your minds have their children intermarrying, while your children of the poor suffer no growth. So who they choose to led them brings them peace and happiness and that’s all. Carry your tribalism story waka see whether hungry no go finish you. |
benardtotti:People like you play football on the streets on election day as you do not have voters cards. Those of you who have voters cards, get to polling booths to wake for urgent 1k or 2k from party agents. Some of you just drink Ijebu garri and small epa and go back to sleep. While you are sleeping, serious people are out the voting and getting the right people into positions. When they are through, you come to social media pages to shout dem don kill una finish. No be only take to bank. Na take to Baba Ijebu. |
Goodvibes007:Well, your mentality sounds colonized. If Igbos hold political positions in Yorubaland, it shows that they are interested in governance. While you sleep and wait for tiny slices of Agege bread, they are working hard to build empires in the areas that they find themselves. Have you tried to contest an election outside your area? Have you even ventured out of your one room, one window apartment to know what’s happening in the rest of the country? A very big and resounding NO. Venture out of your area and let this tribalistic mentality leave you alone. You are factory fitted with self delusion, jealousy and bitterness at the successes of others. Well the constitution guarantees freedom of association. Can you wipe it out? |
benardtotti:That’s your opinion as an APC fan. Unfortunately for you, he did not win on the APC ticket. That’s not an APC area bro. |
lawani:The LGA talked about has a very fair balance of Nigerians living there. It traverses Isolo, Ire-Akari, Ago/Okota, Mafoluku and Oshodi. It’s a very big local government area, with decent people. Religion is moderate and tribalism is moderate. It is one of the most peaceful local government areas in Lagos and it is quite developed. The last elections saw LP defeat APC - in Alimosho of all LGAs -, at the Presidential stage. It did not have to do with tribalism or religion, but the candidate. When it was the governorship, APC won. It did not have to do with the threat by touts, but the choice of the citizens. Ago/Okota keeps expanding with road infrastructures and people who own houses/businesses are of different tribes. One cannot explicitly say a particular tribe is dominant. But it is incontrovertible that it is Yoruba land, with Obas, Baales and Chiefs. Chieftancy titles in those areas are not restricted to our Yoruba citizens only, as others hold Chieftancy titles there too, well respected and peaceful. When it comes to elections, the ruling party has not always been the dominant party there. It does not have to do with the tribes, but with the people, who seem to go the individual way. Everyone in Ago/Okota, Isolo, Ire-akari, seems to know everyone. They are independent and are very unbiased when it comes to their candidates. That’s why you can see that the area is not an APC dominated area, even though APC wants the area under its absolute control. It may not be so. But the people are happy with their representatives. |
bsonenterprise:Well, you only have one vote. E pass so? You are free to use it. Ensure that you do not wait for pittances at the polling booth to use it. If your vote counts and you win, that’s fine. If your vote fails and others win, do not cry. Let the man voted for irrespective of tribe or religion, do his job peacefully. By the way, tell your people to stop shouting tribalism. That’s how you all voted the last time and now shouting ebi n pawa. |
cyberbro:If a Yoruba representative cannot emerge in Enugu or Imo, who would you blame? You hypocrites in this country can never have peace of mind. While you shout xenophobia in South Africa, you engineer and maintain the same xenophobia inside your own country. You are the ones who victimize others and claim to be the victims. Confused people. While you complain that Igbos hold political positions in Yoruba land, you pretend not to know that there are Yorubas in political positions in Western countries. They are citizens of those countries and no one discriminates against them, on either the basis of their names or skin. While the President of our country happily rewards those who worked with him to get to the position, your fickle mind has not allowed you know that those rewarded would have played roles to get the man to power. If the President does it, just like Wike, what stops others from doing the same? By the way, the party involved is not your beloved APC. That’s not the only party open to contest such positions in Lagos state. So if his people supported him and he won, you expected him to reward APC members and your like, who voted on the basis of tribalism and religion. Your little mind should have told you that Oshodi/Isolo is not all about Yorubas or Oshodi bus stop, where your beloved agberos and touts control. That LG covers the whole of the aforementioned area, including Ajao estate, Ire akari, Okota/Ago and Isolo, which areas are dominated by moderate and very decent Yorubas. They have lived peacefully with every other tribe for uncountable years. Those areas are dominated by people of different tribes and not the Yorubas. The area, including Ajeromi/Ifelodun, Ojo, etc, are not APC dominated areas. Ojo fell into the hands of APC in 2019 owing to the selfish performance of the then PDP people. When people like you talk tribalism, think first. Youths like you have your minds muddled up by politicians. All Nigerians are free to contest elections anywhere that they please, if the are popular there. Our constitution guarantees that. If your people cannot contest elections outside their tribal territories, then they must check themselves. It means that they have issues mingling with others. That’s how most of you who have not ventured beyond 7up toll gate, not to talk of Shagamu, come here to discuss what happens in other states, with no knowledge at all. You talk of river Niger and Anambra state , not knowing the location of River Niger, not to talk of the state where you have never visited. If you lot want Nigeria to remain, then let others have peace. If not, you can all speed up the break up process and let others have their peace of mind. |
Four terms and you are from a poor background. So your fifth term will qualify you among the families of the rich. Painfully though, voters will collect pittances, stand in the hot weather to vote for him and he in return will keep performing poorly. Such hypocrites as this fellow should be shown the door away from the places of power. A chronic liar, in the name of democracy. |
Kalulu44:Na man you be bro. Gunners always! |
seunmsg:So you be Gunner like me? Chai. E pain me say na so. No wahala. The cup is ours. Congratulations to us! |

we never really serious for this country 🤦♂️
