More importantly, Tony Okocha appealed that ex parte order. From Prayer 4 in the screenshot I shared, it is clear that the substantive matter has not been determined by the High Court. Consequently, the Court of Appeal directed all parties to return to the High Court for the hearing and determination of the substantive suit.

The narrative that the Court of Appeal sacked Tony Okocha exists only in the imagination of those determined to undermine him. It is the same group of Wike's detractors who consistently misrepresent facts in their eagerness to see him fail, yet repeatedly find themselves disappointed by the actual outcome of events.
