The political tsunami that happened in 2014, leading heavyweights in PDP to decamp to APC were triggered by Amaechi and co. We all clearly recall the events that led to the 2015 victory of Bubari.

When you are out of power, you support protests and pretend that you will fix the nation if given the opportunity. The people vote you into power and you turn around to do worse things than the previous government.

What else can citizens do if not protests? Citizens cannot carry guns to fight, but they will not keep silent in the face of hunger, misery and intense poverty.

Nigerians have not had peace of mind and rest since APC came to power in 2014. It has been one stress or the other, with fake promises of fixing the same economy that they used corrupt practices to ruin.

Every decent country ensures safety and food security for the citizens first. In Nigeria, the people are told to fast and pray, by the same people who used protests as one of the weapons to get to power. So while they urge citizens to fast and pray, they are busy moving their own children abroad and living very large.

Was it not the same insecurity that they used as a political tool in 2014 to push GEJ out of power? Why are they afraid of getting the same treatment, if in all honesty they are fixing the country?

The difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is the thinking, the vision, the focus and the determination.

The United Arab Emirates has agreed to unfreeze billions of dollars for Iran. Four sources told Reuters news agency. According to the report, two Middle Eastern sources said the UAE will release $10 billion for the Islamic Republic, while two other sources claimed it is about $20 billion - to be unfrozen as a condition for halting Iranian attacks.

One of the sources said a first tranche of $3 billion has already been made available to Iran.

I gave him money to purchase the servicing parts and went away. It was a Saturday evening.

The next Monday, I asked someone to help me monitor what the mechanic was doing. When I got there in the afternoon, the mechanic had moved the car to another workshop for setting of the new gearbox. My person who I asked to help me monitor the mechanic pulled me aside and told me what made me angry. He said that the mechanics in the workshop who were setting the gearbox, noticed that the oil filter was a fake one and wondered why the owner of the car would spend such huge amount of money purchasing a new engine/gear and end up buying a fake oil filter. They said that they particular fake oil filter would destroy the engine is less than four days. I was very angry and challenged the greedy mechanic who changed the engine, collected commissions, money for servicing parts and share of the sale of the old engine. It was a Mercedes’.

You will always get original and genuine parts in Ladipo at good prices, but the challenge can sometimes be the greedy mechanics. There are countless greedy and dubious mechanics there.
