One of the tactics I used by conquering it was facing my fears. The things that triggered I would watch them be it porn, sex videos I made with my girls. Aftrr a busy day I come home then I would watch over and over till it gets in my brains and I'm so in the mood then I just lie down and sleep off. By the time I wake up the feeling is gone.
The tiredness from the busy day contributed alot cos even when I'm in the mood I would be so tired to even say let me call one of my girls to come through.

My babe just sent me the pictures and videos of the attack. She told me that one of the deceased was a friend to her female friend, and that he had invited her female friend to accompany him to this SAME SUPERMARKET, but strangely the lady who ordinarily likes going out, politely turned him down, and told him she wasn't feeling like going out that night and he went out alone, little did she know that God just saved her from becoming a victim of circumstance, no how she would have escaped it since the guy she was supposed to go out with was fatally shot dead..
