Brazil police is worst than Nigeria's. Actually, police in much of South America are more brutal than Nigeria's police. Right now Nigeria's supposedly scary police are in many places in Nigeria frightened of turning up for work. Brazilian civilians dare not kill and behead members of Brazilian police. Can't do that even in Jamaica, kill police officers like Nigerians did, repercussions would be dire.

Come to think of it, I can't think of many places in the world where civilians can murder police, saying they are angry, and not pay dearly. Perhaps, UK, maybe, but then repercussions would be a slow burner like PC Blakeluck...
