APC, the party of twists and turns

I went to school in delta State, all the schools in my area were in good condition, just overwhelmed by student's population. The real problem in schools and indeed public infrastructure in Nigeria is maintance culture, this administration will come and renovate and the next will still come and renovate the same school, students are very destructive due to several factors including hatred for their teachers
