It was reported that A Nigerian man has been Homeless in abroad in a freezing weather after he was thrown out by his white lover for not cooking.

The homeless Nigerian man was found sleeping on a bench in a dirty area of the city by another Nigerian man who recorded the incident.

The homeless man explained that he's been with the white woman for 5 months and satisfies her in every way.

However, on that fateful day, he was too tired to cook.

When she returned from work and asked why he had not cooked, he explained that he was tired and would do it later.

But she threw him and his belongings out of her house, causing him to sleep in the streets in freezing weather.

He said he has no where to go and has been suffering since he's been with the woman, but said he had to endure because of papers.

A Nigerian Lady has begged the federal government to help her after she is being locked inside a jail in ivory coast for reporting a Theft.

The victim, a trader based in Bondoukou, Ivory Coast who is identified as Itunu Babalola was thrown into jail for refusing to accept police “settlement” of N100,000 for the crime of burglary committed in her house.

SaharaReporters learnt that the Ivorian police had threatened and resolved to deal with 21-year-old Babalola who reported a case of theft to them in October 2019, but the suspected burglar was said to a top police officer’s close relative.

It was gathered that instead of charging the suspected burglar to court, the police perfected a plot to bribe Babalola with N100,000 for her stolen items, which she refused.

SaharaReporters gathered that when the police authorities saw that she was adamant and demanding justice, they arranged trumped-up charges against her and sent her to detention.

A journalist, David Hundeyin, who followed the case, stated that the woman had come to Nigeria to check on her sick mother in September 2019 when her house in Ivory Cast was burgled.

He said, “In September 2019, 21-year-old Itunu, a trader based in Bondoukou, Cote d'Ivoire travelled to Nigeria to visit her sick mum in Ibadan. Unknown to her, her return to Cote d'Ivoire would mark the start of a harrowing ordeal in a notorious Ivorian prison, which is still ongoing.


“Shortly before Itunu was due to travel, her flat was burgled and items worth more than N300,000 were stolen, including her TV and gas cooker. Despite the blow, she decided to travel anyway after reporting the incident to the police. She returned from her trip in October 2019.

“Upon returning, she was informed by a lodger she left in her flat that the thief had been identified. The thief turned out to be a 14-year-old boy who lived nearby. His embarrassed dad apologised and admitted that his son was a habitual thief. The items had already been sold.

“Itunu reported this to the police who told her to return on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. The appointment was held on Wednesday, November 6. There she says, the Divisional Police Officer informed her that the suspect was in fact his nephew. He then offered her a settlement worth roughly N100,000 to drop the case.

“She refused the settlement, citing the disparity between the value of the stolen items and what was offered. Next, she says, the visibly enraged DPO tried everything to frustrate her to drop the case, including making her travel to Abidjan for a police appointment.”
Hundeyin continued by saying even when Itunu hired a lawyer, the police ensured they frustrated her case by refusing to cooperate with the lawyer.
“Frustrated, she returned home to Bondoukou. Around 5 pm the following day, a convoy of police vehicles showed up outside her house and publicly arrested her. On getting to the station, she was charged with theft –the theft of her own items in her own apartment. She spent the next 4 days in police custody, after which she was taken out of the cell and offered her freedom if she agreed to sign papers dropping her case.

“For whatever reason despite the clear bad faith displayed by the Ivorian police, Itunu says she rejected the offer and chose to go to court instead. She says she then overheard an officer saying "Elle est une Nigériane? Elle mourra ici!" ("She's a Nigerian? She will die here!"

“The decision to go to court turned out to be a monumental error of judgment compounded by her own naivety about the Ivorian justice system. The (French-speaking) court did not allow her adequate legal representation or give her a chance to properly state her case,” he added.

SaharaReporters learnt that Itunu was speedily convicted and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.

Hundeyin narrated further, “Complicating this was her decision to identify herself to the court as 'Becky Paul'. She says she did this to avoid getting her family name mixed up in bad news and potentially upsetting her aged mum.


“As a result, for the past one year and 4 months that she has been convicted, Itunu alias 'Becky Paul' has become, to all intents and purposes, a forgotten inmate at the notorious Maison d'arrêt et de Correction Bondoukou (Bondoukou Remand and Correction Facility).

“When her Nigerian friends in Cote d'Ivoire approached the Nigerian Embassy in Abidjan to provide consular assistance for her case, officials reportedly asked for N400,000 to get her a passport before anything can be done.

“She says she has exhausted all her savings over the past year, spending well over N1 million to try to clear her name while the Ivorian justice system as well as individual prison officials collude to frustrate all her efforts. She has lost hope and she has attempted suicide twice.”

A pastor who is identified as Jeffery Ihievu has been arrested by the Edo state Police Command for indecent assault after he touched the private parts of a pregnant woman.

It was gathered that the pastor with the Assemblies of God Church in Esan South East Local Government Area of the state was arrested after trouble broke out between him and the husband of the pregnant woman.

According to crime correspondent, Festus Alenkhe, the woman had gone to the pastor to complain of some bad dreams she had been having since she became pregnant.

The pastor then told her that she needed deliverance to stop the bad dreams. He asked her to UnCloth while he applied anointing oil on her private part and breasts.

The woman, who is now eleven months pregnant reported the incident to her husband when she could no longer feel the kicks of the baby.

Her husband was said to have led hoodlums to Ihievu’s house and attacked him.

The family subsequently reported the incident to the State Police headquarters in Benin city and the pastor was arrested.

During an interview with Standard Gazette, pastor Ihievu revealed that he applied anointing oil on the woman's private parts for deliverance purpose.

“I actually did it for deliverance purpose and nothing more. She complained to me of her situation, and l took her to my office where l used the anointing oil on her private part, and l do not mean harm. Her husband even brought thugs to attack me at home." he said.

The police said investigation on the matter is ongoing.

According to the reports, A 52yr old man who is identified as Olabamidele Olumide Bewaji has been arrested for raping an 83-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.

It was reported that Bewaji was accused of attacking the woman at the Pillars of Mankato home in Mankato, Minnesota since the beginning of March, was nabbed by the woman's son who set up a surveillance camera in his mother’s room so he could keep an eye on her while at home.

He told a local newspaper that he Bewaji, a carer, caressed his mother, before stripping her clothes off and sexually assaulting her as she lay in bed. He alleged that the carer then climbed into the his mum’s bed, where he allegedly sexually assaulted her a second time.

A court heard that a surveillance camera set up by the victim’s son was equipped with a speaker, which let him broadcast his voice into her room. The son ordered Bewaji to leave his mother alone, it is alleged. He was said to have eventually complied to the son’s demands.

A gay rapist has been caught at Crescent University in Abeokuta, Ogun state's capital.

It was reported that the suspect was accused of drugging students before carrying out the act. In the videos which have gone viral, he admitted giving a male student a Mouth Action.

It went viral after Some staff who work at the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja were filmed sleeping behind the reception desk during work hours.

The Lagos Anchorage unit has arrested some stowaways who were hiding under the rudder of a ship heading for Spain.

The video went viral on social media as it captured the moment the stowaways, numbering about four, were caught.

It was reported that EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission) has arrested 29 Yahoo boys inn Awka, Anambra state.

According the EFCC Enugu Zonal office on Tuesday March 9, 2021, the29 (Twenty Nine) suspects were arrested for various offences bordering on cyber Crimes at a hideout in the Anambra state capital


The arrest was sequel to credible intelligence obtained by the Commission on their nefarious activities necessitating an extensive surveillance on them before they were arrested in the early hours of March 9.

It was reported that a White teacher Karla Lasiter has been accused for forcing a 5yr old black child to wash toilet with his bare hands.

it was gathered that the incident occurred on Friday March 5, at Crystal Hill Elementary, North Little Rock in US state of Arkansas.

Mother of the 5-year-old boy, Ashley Murry said she was horrified when he told her what happened at school. She also disclosed that she has pulled her son out of the classroom and enlisted the help of her mother Tami Murry.
Ashley said;


“It’s degrading for a child so I don’t feel like any child should have to go through this.
“They basically made him go in the toilet and get his feces and the dirty tissue out of the toilet."

Tami Murry on the other hand said;

“You want a child to put their hand in there physically and clean out the commode- no no no no no. He’s not a janitor, he’s not a custodian, he’s not maintenance, no, not at all.
“I don’t ever want this to happen to another child again."

Ashley also disclosed that the teacher told the principal that she was trying to teach how not to "stop" up the toilet.

She said;
“She got on the phone with me and she said she didn’t have an explanation, she just knew she was wrong. But she stated to the principal that she was trying to teach how not to stop up the toilet.
“She needs to be terminated because you don’t treat kids like this. He is a kid."

A Buisnessman who is identified as Vincent Makori has being charged with assault after biting his friend's armpit for interfering with his cooking stones

Vincent Makori was charged yesterday, March 8, before Kibera senior principal magistrate Charles Mwaniki where he denied the charges.

He is accused of assaulting Kevin Kamau Nduati on February 25 at the Thiong'o road area in Westlands subcounty within Nairobi county, Kenya.

According to the reports from the police, Vincent found Kamau relaxing on his cooking stones, the stones he uses to earn a living, so he attacked him.

The police report says that the accused person used kicks, blows and also bit his armpits leaving him to bleed profusely.

He was released on a Sh50,000 bond or a cash bail of Sh20,000.

Mwaniki directed the case to be mentioned on March 15 for pre-trial.

A Medical doctor who is identified as Dr Okorie Ifeanyi Venatus collapsed after a 72 hour shift and also been unpaid for 3 months.

It was reported that Dr Okorie Ifeanyi Venatus is an intern doctor in Univeristy of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, UPTH, Rivers State. He and other intern doctors have not been paid since Dec 2020, a medical doctor on Twitter claimed.

Despite not being paid, Dr Okorie has been working as the only House Officer in the unit.

On the fateful day, after working for 3 days stretch, he reportedly collapsed with his forehead to the ground.

He was admitted to the hospital where treatment commenced immediately.

It was reported that a 20yr old man who is identified as Ternenge Ayankaa Lab was stripped naked and publicly disgraced after he was caught in the act of stealing chicken in Benue state.

The incident happened at Ugyie community in Vandeikya Local Government Area of the state on Tuesday, March 2.

The mob action has been widely condemned by members of the community on Facebook. One Labe Joyce said the young man didn't deserve the public disgrace for stealing only chicken.

It was reported that a Dutch couple Peiter Borremans and Nkechi Borremans have been arrested in Port Harcourt for engaging in fraud.

According to the The Port Harcourt Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) alongside Lagon Trade Limited for suspected $330,000 fraudulent deals involving a Marine Tanker Vessel

They were brought before Justice E.A Obile of the Federal High Court, sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on Tuesday.

A statement by that was released by the EFCC Spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, said the suspects were arraigned on two- count of conspiracy and obtaining by false pretences contrary to Section 1(1) (a) and (2) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act 2006 and punishable under Section 1(3) of the same Act.

They pleaded “not guilty” to the charges when they were read to them.

Following their pleas, the prosecuting lawyer, N.A Dodo prayed the court for a date for commencement of trial and for the defendants to be remanded in a Correctional Centre.

The defence lawyer, C. A Okowanya, informed the court of oral applications for the bail of his clients and prayed that the defendants be remanded in EFCC custody following the second wave of COVID-19.

Justice Obile adjourned the matter till March 31, 2021 for commencement of trial and remanded the defendants in EFCC custody.

A Viral Video went online after a student of Babcock University was mercilessly beating a younger student over slippers.

Reports on social media have it that the older students allegedly descended on the other one just because he wore a pair of slippers belonging to the older student.

It was reported that 32 people have been arrested and also sentenced for violating the COVID19 rules and regulations in Edo state for not wearing facemask.

It was stated that the arrest happened on Monday, March 1st, 2021.

The Edo government has made it compulsory for residents to wear face masks and obey other Covid-19 protocols in order to curb the spread of the virus.

The Prosecuting Counsel, Uyi Omoruyi, said that the 32 people were arrested within Benin metropolis and they pleaded guilty to the offence.

The Chief Magistrate, Rusberth Imafidon, directed the convicts to carry out community services in line with the Correctional Centre of Non-custodian regulation.

The punishment includes clearing drains, shrubs, picking of trash, compulsory community sensitisation and grass cutting among others.

Mr. Imafidon noted that the offenders should be punished for three hours for two days to serve as a deterrent to other violators.

He, however, did not give them the option of a fine.

He ordered that correctional officers should supervise offenders during the punishment period.

According to the reports, The kano state Hisbah board has arrested two young men for sending porn graphic materials to a married woman.

On Monday, March 1st, A statement was issued by the board’s spokesman Lawan Ibrahim said that the suspects were traced and arrested after the woman had lodged a complaint with the board.


The statement said that the married woman had informed the board’s officials that she did not know those sending the messages to her phone.

It said that the commander-general of the board, Dr. Harun Ibn-Sina, ordered a full investigation into the matter.


“The board collected the phone numbers from her which led to the arrest of the two men at Unguwa Uku in Tarauni Local Government Area. The young men are between the age of 20 and 21.
“We have summoned their parents to speak with them and for them to pay keen attention on their wards’ way of life to avoid such behaviour in future,” the statement added.

It was reported that a Family has come out to seek for Justice after their son donated their family house as a seed to Christ Embassy in Warri, Delta state.
According to the family, Shedrack donated the house to christ embassy and also left them homeless.

The abroad based man who is identified as Shedrack, is said to have retuned to Nigeria last year and became serious with religion, to the approval of his family.

Last year, he also gave his car as a seed to the Church and his family members had no problem with it.

However, he went on to donate the family house to the church not long ago.

His family members were not aware their home had been donated until Shedrack's father noticed men going around, viewing the property.

When the older man made enquiry, he was told the property now belongs to Christ Embassy and has been valued to be sold at 25 million Naira.

The father has now lawyered up after reporting to the police, and so has Christ Embassy.

In a statement, Shedrack's father pleaded with the General Overseer of Christ Embassy, Chris Oyakhilome, to intervene.

The house was built on land owned by the entire family and with money contributed by the whole family, though Shedrack contributed the lion's share.

The house is occupied by Shedrack's father, cousins and 4 tenants who paid rent.

The father of Shedrack stated that he has written to the senior pastor of Christ Embassy in Warri and he promised to take action but a month passed nothing happened.

According to the reports, a 38-year-old Nigerian man who is identified as Prince Chukwama Hezekaiah has been arrested in Junagadh, Gujarat for defrauding a 70-year-old man of the sum of N5m.

The Nigerian also known as George Martins alias Emmanuel Chukwuma Hezekaiah, was arrested in New Delhi’s Dwarka area.

According to Junagadh District Police, the Prince Cjhukwama duped a 70-year-old man of over Rs 1.32 crore (5,032,500,000) by promising to bring him donation from foreign countries for his proposed charitable trust.

Earlier on January 13, the victim, Jivraj Pansuriya, a resident of Mendarda town of Junagadh district, lodged a complaint against unidentified persons with cyber police station after he was cheated of Rs 1.32 crore.

The police said Pansuriya wanted to set up a trust hospital and in this connection came into contact with Hezekaiah who promised to bring him donation from foreign countries for his proposed charitable trust.

An unsuspecting Pansuriya believed in the Nigerian’s words and started sending money to him and his associates through online transactions.

Finally, when the septuagenarian realised that he was being cheated, it was already too late and he had already sent Rs 1.32 crore to the frauds.

“Based on the mobile numbers and bank account numbers, we traced the accused to New Delhi's Dwarka and sent a team to nab him. We brought the accused to Junagadh and he has confessed similar crimes as well," said a police officer.

Police said that the accused also confessed to having committed three more crimes of similar nature in Gurugram, Rajasthan and Mumbai.

Police prepared a list of mobile numbers and bank account numbers through which the accused gang were siphoning money from online victims.

It came as a surprise to many nigerians as Boko haram terrorists released a bride and bridesmaid as they were abducted along Maiduguri-Damaturu highways.

It was reported that the bride’s entourage were travelling to Damaturu to meet the family of the groom after the wedding ceremony was conducted in Maiduguri on Friday, February 26, PR News reports. The news outlet said before the victims were released, the terrorists screened their mobile phones.

A friend of the family, Malam Gimba said the bride, the bridesmaids, and the entire entourage were released without molestation or ransom payment.

However, they trekked to Mainok where they were picked up by the groom’s family and security personnel.

Meanwhile, in another heartbreak for Nigerians, some innocent people have once again been kidnapped by Boko Haram insurgents. Those kidnapped are some passengers along the Damaturu-Maiduguri road. They were abducted on Thursday, February 25, in the Jakana axis of the road.

The terrorists had earlier attacked the army’s 28 task force brigade in the area but were repelled. Meanwhile, Legit.ng had reported that Nigeria's former military head of state, General Abdulsalami Abubakar (rtd), has said dialogue is not the best option to end armed banditry in Nigeria, especially the northern part.

The former military leader stated this when a delegation of the Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF) visited him at his residence in Minna, Niger state, Channels TV reported.

Boko Haram insurgents have released a new video of some children undergoing religious and combat training in an unnamed camp in Nigeria.

The HumAngle reports that the images show relatively young children dressed in combat-style clothing and balaclava participating in martial arts training, weapon handling training, and religious education class.

At least two instructors and one child had what appeared to be the Zastava M21, likely captured fromCameroonian security forces.

The Zastava M21, built based on the Kalashnikov design, has appeared in previous pictures shared by Boko Haram factions or reported to have been recovered by security forces. Some children were also shown holding different Kalashnikov pattern assault rifles with under folding, side-folding and fixed wooden stocks.

Popular Nigerian music producer Ayorinde Faboro a.k.a Dr Frabz is dead.

The death of the prolific music producer was confirmed to The Punch by his colleague, Samklef. However, according to a tweet by popular singer Nikki Laoye, the music producer was shot.
She wrote, ” “Oh my God persevering face… My dear brother, Dr Frabz @DoktaFrabz… This is such terrible news. Just heard that he was shot… Who did this? I am so pained right now. What kind of news is this ehn?”

Ever since the announcement of his death, other Nigerian celebrities have taken to their social media to offer their condolence.

Singer Emma Nyra wrote, “This life is really beans! That’s why it’s so important to live life to the fullest. I’m grateful that u shared your talent with the world. Rest in Paradise Dr Frabz Broken heart.”

Also, lawyer and social media influencer, Modupe Odele, stated that she spoke to the music producer a few weeks ago. She wrote on her Twitter account, “His last text to me only a few weeks ago was how we should grab lunch since we are now neighbours. I never confirmed. Rest in power rockstar. Thank you for sharing your gift. I’ll still check out Zion West in your honour.”

Dr Frabz was from is from Ekiti state. He started music at the age of six when he started playing the piano. He started music as a profession in 2006 with the moniker Dr Frabz which stands for Doctor of Flavour, Rhythm and Blues. After creating N’sayne Entertainment he has worked with several music stars such as Naeto C, Davido, Dagrin, YQ, Shank, Omawumi and others.

On Friday, Feb.26 Nigerian activist Aisha Yesufu has criticized President Buhari over his reactions to insecurity in the country.

While she was Speaking in an interview with Channel TV, Aisha Yesufu, said President Buhari’s body language has continued to embolden the terrorists.


Yesufu also said that the bandits knows that the President is ineffective, which has led to the increase of insecurity in the country.

“We are used to a president whose words mean nothing. He says one thing, and another thing happens,”
Since one of the major abductions in the country happened in 2014 – (the abduction of over 200 schoolgirls in Chibok, Borno State), Yesufu has been at the forefront of the calls made to the Federal Government to ensure the release of all abductees as well as to curb the rate of insecurity in the country.
“The body language of President Muhammadu Buhari enables the terrorists. They know that we have an ineffective President and Commander-In-Chief, we have an incompetent one a clueless one, who does not even bother about what is happening in the country.” She said.
“Yesterday we buried seven military officers, the best that we have, the nation was in mourning and the President was a few minutes away from where they were and the president didn’t even turn up, what does that signify? It Is high time we begin to make serious demands on the president.
This is such a sad moment especially with the fact that our government has not learnt anything in spite of almost seven years of advocacy that we’ve been calling on the government to do the right thing and to do the needful to ensure that the citizens are protected.
Before the Chibok Girl’s abduction, there was actually the Guniyadi killings where 29 boys were slaughtered in their schools”. She added.

According to the reports, The Security Operatives in Ogun state have arrested three Fulani herdsmen for burning several houses and injuring some residents of Ayetoro area of Ogun State.

According to the police, a gun and “a bloodstained cutlass” was recovered from the herdsmen after they were arrested on Saturday.
The herdsmen are identified as Musa Yusuf, Usman Mohammed, and Aliyu Abubakar.

While reporting, SaharaReporters learnt that they Injured resident identified as Ismaila Alabi with deep matchet cut.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, said the operatives combed the Igboaje bush where the herders were arrested.
