He is doing very well. We just returned home from hospital yesterday, thankfully. Orthopedic mattress in the hospital was killing my bottom seriously

@Elmaspeed how did you use the garden egg leaves?

I extracted the raw juice from the leaf and mixed with malt to drink. I have a manual juicer that I used. In the absence of that, you can squeeze it by hand.

Team march, how are we? Our babies are coming o, and God is blessing us.

A little over a week ago, I experienced severe pains in my hip joints that restricted my movements and sharp pains in my cervix whenever baby moved down there, so I complained to the doctor during antenatals and he decided that the baby should be born 2 weeks before my edd, cos he was ready for birth and labour must be avoided at all costs. So I went back home and started preparing myself both mentally and emotionally. It was tough, considering that i have other kids with needs that must be attended to. But God helped me.
On the 21st of Feb, I went for antenatal and was booked for an elective C-section to hold the following day. Tests were run and my blood level which was previously very low was just right (miracle 1).

By 4:30 am on the 22nd, I got prepared and waited in my room, since I was expecting a 6am surgery, but the nurses didn't come for me till 7. As it turned out, my obstetrician had just arrived and had begun with another cs. I was moved to the labor room to wait my turn. At some minutes to 9, it was my turn so I walked into the theatre.

Everything went marvellously well inside, just as I prayed for. I was conscious all through and felt no pain, just incredible pressure. My favorite part was the feeling of being light suddenly when my beautiful baby was brought out. He looked so perfect and weighed 3kg.

Post-op recovery is going nicely. I spent the whole day on Thursday sleeping. On Friday morning I was able to get out of bed and started taking walks by afternoon. I found out that the more I walked, the stronger I became. Most of all, by listening to my body and allowing mykself get used to one movement before trying another, I was able to regain my strength quickly.

I'm still in hospital, doing very well.

I want to thank all of you for your help, especially in answering questions posted here. Though this is my 4th cs, I have learned so much from all of you.

I'm so thankful to God for these miracles. I'm thankful for the words of encouragement in the most difficult days of the pregnancy, when I felt like giving up. If I had given up, I would have missed the joy of having this amazing boy added to my family. His siblings adore him. His grandparents can't get enough of him. His dad is head over heels in love with him. Me? I have no words for how much I love this child.

I pray that everyone of us that is still waddling will testify as well, with healthy babies and happy families in Jesus' name, Amen.

The scientist is a girl o. She is recovering, but slowly. Grannies have arrived so she's in good hands.
I'm counting hours to boss baby's arrival now. It's so exciting.

That's what our amazing sisters here recommended for me cos I had the same issue.
I squeezed the juice from the raw leaves and mixed with malt and drank. Now my blood lever is just right, in less than a week.
Try it and testify.

Honestly speaking, nobody should fly at night in this country. Our airports are something else.
This just makes me remember sosoliso.

I have catarrh and cough which started since yesterday..

Mix honey and lemon juice for the cough. 1 teaspoon of honey per lemon. Don't take any syrups for baby's sake.
As for the catarrh, get a bottle of silver bird. Put a drop on a handkerchief and inhale if your nose is blocked. If it isn't, just balance with vitamin c and let it run its course.
It will be gone in a few days.

nnekaike don't be afraid. Fear will raise your bp even higher. I agree with Lilliesbud12 about emergency Vs elective cs, cos that's the exact situation I am in right now. However, it may not come to that. Whatever happens, you will share your BA and BS and we will rejoice with you. Nothing will go wrong OK?

My little angel arrived yesterday evening 17/2/18 at 5:33pm via VD, with tear weighing 3.1kg. Mama and baby are doing fine..father rejoicing. Birth story coming soon.

Hello, doctors in the house.
I missed my period on 18th of January, I did pregnancy test few days later and I tested negative. I waited for some weeks and then did another test, which was positive. My gestational age is 8 weeks plus and I went for scan.

I went to an ultrasound clinic close to my house to check the state of my pregnancy. The doc said I have PID and the pregnancy is ectopic. He suggested I remove it immediately before it burst and cause haemorrhage. I was very scared and confused cos I have knowledge about ectopic pregnancy and it's implications. Before I leave, he gave me an injection. He said it will stop further growth of the baby. Immediately he injected me, I felt drowsy, bitter mouth and pains at my lower abdomen n pelvic. I was sweating profusely too... Till it subsided.. He advised I come the second day for the abortion....
The following day, I went to another clinic to scan. The doc stated otherwise, he said the implantation is intra uterine but it's an empty gestational sac with no embryo and no cardiac echo. He asked me to check back in two weeks. I'm really confused.. I read it's going to lead to a natural miscarriage

Can you get a third opinion?
Just to be sure which of them was correct.
