kobonaire: Yes, they do source some parts locally (tyres, break pads, wind shields etc etc) but the critical and most challenging engineering components of the vehicle are sourced from China :- Engine, Gear Box, transmission, electrical modules etc.He makes 60 per cent of his parts , that's above pass mark for a start and he Said he hopes to imprOve. Peeps like u don't reason like this when u see imported cars , but u can't contain ur country is making cars. I know u are not even sure what he makes and what he doesn't. Many car plants abrOad source for more materials than innoson and Are still labeled aS manufacturers. This bad belle won't lead us to anywhere. The company was inaugurated as the first black owned car plant by experts and dignitaries , based on their knowledge of how tnz happen in the world. Olusegun aganga flaunted the car aS made in nigeria on his instagram. Watch the yOu tube first |
kobonaire: No that's not how Toyota started. Toyota started by designing and manufacturing their own car....the Toyota AA in the year 1935. Innoson does not design their own vehicles. They assemble the cars from designs and parts sourced from China etc. Don't get me wrong, they (Innoson motors) are doing a remarkable job but to make a statement that Toyota also started that way is not factually correct.Dream On InnOson makes 60 percent of his parts. Its not an assembly but the First indigenoous black car plant. It was commissiOned that way. Only low lifers bring this assembly talk into ivm. The peOple that mattered attended the inauguration and they Didn't dispute the manufacturing status. U can watch a you tube of his nnewi car plant. Assemblies were fOr peugeot , nissan and cO |
oderemo: Typical igbokwenu mentality. Spare part owner for day armed robber for night.YOrubas didn't make any wealth Of their own. Its either they destroy a ublic corporation or they are among the beneficiaries Of awo policy of 1972. Imoverished ppl that think that hard wOrk doesn't pay. What have u beNefitted from all your rituals , robberies and beggings? |
IGBOSON1: Nice one......but for him to be the 'richest in Alaigbo' i expect to see one or two solid investments in any South Eastern state, or Delta state! I'm still struggling to see what his company (SLOK) has in Nigeria that makes him so wealthy! His businesses are nOt in naija |

In 2012, an estimated 2.3 million individuals worldwide were newly infected with HIV, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Many have prayed to see the day a cure is found – and those prayers may soon be answered. Researchers at Temple University in Philadelphia have found a way to destroy HIV and AIDs by operating on the DNA system. Professor and Chair of the Department of Neuroscience, Dr. Kamel Khalili, talks with CBS about how they did it: “Basically converting infected cells to un-infected cells and that is very important because the current therapy can not eliminate the virus from cells…we have a cure for HIV elimination. We have a system to eliminate HIV from the cells in the laboratory.” According to CBS Local, it’s now just a matter of bringing the system of elimination discovery to life with clinical trials on animals and eventually humans. According to Dr. Khalili, there is not a specific period that the discovery will make its way to clinical trials, however many people are tuned in to see what will happen next and if the HIV and AIDs epidemic has finally come to an end. #bl0gbuster ![]() |
Yung Joc recalls backlash he received from family and friends following the release of a Forbes list he was featured on. While topping Forbes’ Richest Rappers list might seem like quite the feat, Atlanta rapper Yung Joc says topping that particular list in 2006 turned out to be “the worst thing that could have ever happened” to him. The former Bad Boy South artist made it to the #20 spot on the list and says that the publication revealing that he made $10 million in one year put him on bad terms with a lot of people, including family members. Joc even went on to compare his issues with friends and family following the release of the list to a skit on “Chappelle's Show.” “That was the worst thing that could have ever happened for me,” Yung Joc said. “That Forbes list shiit. You had people who may have come to me and asked to borrow $1,000. And where I was able to give them $1,000. After that shiit came out niggas was hitting me like ‘Damn, my nigga, I asked you for a stack. You could have gave me 10.’ What? You know what I’m saying? People was looking at it like ‘Damn, you been short changing me all this time. Damn, my nigga, you asking for deals and shiit. You asking for me to show you some love and give you the hookup. And you made 10 million?’ It made people really upset with me, dog. I never seen no shiit like this in my life. “It’s almost like when Dave Chappelle did that skit on the show of his self,” he added. “And he went in to get a haircut and it was like $1,000 for a haircut. Everybody was overcharging em because they knew he had did that 40, 50-million-dollar deal…Even family started looking at me differently. Like ‘Damn, you ain’t did nothing for me and you made $10 million?’ It was just the worst thing ever, Vlad.” Yung Joc later detailed how he was able to earn $10 million in the span of one year. According to the College Park, Georgia rapper, touring provided a great deal of income. “By the time ‘It’s Going Down’ had took off I was on like two, three tours at one time,” Joc said. “Going to a city and you do a daytime show for some kids and these people pay you 20, 25,000. And then at night you do the arena for the adults…And you talking about you look up and I’m getting 30,000. It’s like 50,000 in one day. You do the math. It really wasn’t hard. But just as fast as the money was coming, the money was going because you still had to promote yourself. I feel like that’s why I was successful the way I was. I ate a very long time. I’m still eating. I get publishing checks monthly, quarterly. You know what I’m saying? So, it wasn’t hard.” #blogbuster |

blink182: Your paintings are fine but most of your drawings are wrong especially this man riding a bicycle. His eye level can not go higher than the doors and windows of those houses no matter how far the buildings are unless they are on a hill. From your mid line or vp I can see the houses are not on a hill but flat ground. You can verify what I'm saying by snapping this same scene with a camera. It is better to draw from a picture than to draw from imagination, the rules to follow while drawing from imagination are too much but using a picture will guide you. Even the great masters like donatello, caravaggio, da Vici, Michaelangelo and even picasso despite his non realistic approach mostly worked from images. It is obvious you have a lot to learn and it seems you want to make a living of art, then I advise you go back to learn how to draw.Who be dis wan?! ![]() |
