Miracle2020: when they were burning police station what did you do? When they were blocking roads are raping our girls what did you say? When they break prison and released the prisoners, what did you say? And what stops them from being arrested, isn't that the first reason for the protests? You don't use live arms against unarmed protesters, that's just it no matter how you paint it. |
Politics › Re: Alausa Protest Ground Reportedly Surrounded By Security Agents, Light Turned Off by elujah1(m): 10:25pm On Oct 20, 2020 |
SilverNorGold: The military must enforce Law and Order... They've even tried. They never interfered in the protest until protesters began looting and burning government properties, including police stations; raping girls, releasing criminals from jail, and engaging in all manner of atrocities..
Yet some are still questioning the military for taking this noble action?
Well, I am very sure, that by now, all law-abiding protesters are off the streets. Therefore, any hoodlum caught by the men in khaki should be dealt with ruthlessly.
Nigeria is not a banana republic.
Nigeria must better. By shooting them? Do you reason at all |
Politics › Re: Gunshots At Lekki Toll Gate As Security Agents Attack EndSARS Protesters by elujah1(m): 8:04pm On Oct 20, 2020 |
mrsteel: Put sentiment aside! When protesters resist govt order, govt will resort to any means possible to disperse them! It is like that all over world! They should go home, after the curfew, they can regroup. By remaining there when there is a standing curfew means they are disobeying d govt & any govt will react! Using live ammunitions? Yet same soldiers chicken out when Boko Haram attacks, they have lost the little sympathy many have for them. |

Ever8090: Best way to go...I think the youths should deploy this approach..do not allow them arrest or extort people for fine...the police here in Rumokoro port Harcourt are so irritating. They hand around the place till the middle of the night collecting money from taxi drivers.. Taxi drivers here in Rumokoro are really suffering, after loading #50 per passenger, police will take their own different set of agberos will take their own and the driver will be left with hundred naira..they only recover if a passenger drops along and they are lucky to get another passenger..I really feel for those taxi drivers at Rumokoro.. The drivers too are stubborn, they don't park properly and when you drive behind them, they give you a deaf ear |

obyrich: They should reform SARs and send them to the North. Here in the south, Anti-kidnapping, Anti terrorism squad, ATS are sufficient.
All these are special units of police force dedicated to fighting violent crimes. Nobody has protested against them. To a great extent, they have been above board. In as much as i understand the fear of many if SARS is scrapped, there has been several daylight robberies, how many times has SARS responded to those robberies? |
